ROOF UNDERLAY REPLACEMENT…read more It was getting time to replace the underlay on my roof. I had already called and had gotten two estimates, when a trusted handyman I worked with recommended Clarity Construction. I contacted Clarity Construction and within a day received a call from Jason to for my third estimate. He told me how long it would take (about 4 hours) to complete the work. Without coming to my home, Jason sent me things the other two companies did not: a picture of my roof, along with three options from the lowest cost to the most expensive and long lasting option. With all that, there were few questions to ask. Jason was polite and patient in explaining the few questions I had. I liked with the middle option. Clarity's pricing was the lowest of the other two companies I contacted, so I went with Clarity Construction. Clarity worked with me as I had to get a loan for the work. Even though it took two weeks waiting for my loan approval, Jason never put any pressure on me, and the price estimate did not change, which I really appreciated! Once the funding was in order, their people arrived in a timely manner on the date and time we established. They were quick, professional, and cleaned up so well you could barely tell they were ever at my home! I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend them!

Charles came by a day before it was to start, did a few other checks and was professional - understood this was a big and expensive job for us, super nice and assuring. The next day the crew showed up on time and worked from 6 AM to 6 PM -for 3 days- they were very polite and courteous. They cleaned up all debris- each day and left my property clean. Henry checked in on the progress and shared what they had done. From what I can tell they did a wonderful job- I am definitely not a roofer, but recognize hard work! We have never had a roof repaired and certainly not replaced- Henry Stewart did a 5 Star job and really put us at ease, finished with NO extra price or add ons - no pressure! Their way of doing business is hard to come by these days - very fair price, show up on time, courteous, and complete the job as stated. Shocked to get a price on the spot and end price was exactly the same! Would highly recommend!

Everybody that I dealt with was nice and accommodating. They gave me a quick bid then I started dragging my feet as I didn't want to spend the coin and frankly wasn't sure about the price (no edmunds for roofs). So I got a few more quotes, one almost 3 times the cost and asked a few neighbors that had their roofs done (yes, I live in a cookie cutter house with concrete tiles) and discovered these guys to be the fairest of them all. So I called to say I was ready to go. They scheduled me the next week and they showed up In time, knocked it out in a few days including sweeping up any debris that had fallen. I'm not easy to please, especially when dumping the kind of cash a roof costs, but these guys did it. I know 3 others that had their roof replaced by these guys, all happy. When I contacted Behmer Roofing and spoke with Tiana and then the owner himself, they immediately put me at ease and assured me that Behmer Roofing could replace my roof and would give me a leak-free solution that would last for years to come. After inspecting the defective installation and letting me know what would be involved I received an estimate that was more than fair and equitable. Replacing a metal roof can be very expensive. Behmer was able to replace my metal roof and re-foam the non-metal parts for an extremely reasonable price. Once the replacement work began, I was provided with frequent updates about the fabrication of my roof as well as the acquisition of other materials necessary to complete the task. I received pictures from Dave, the lead on this effort, had any and all questions answered quickly, and felt comfortable about the pace of the work. Not once did I feel uninformed about my roof. The replacement is done and I am extremely satisfied and impressed with the work. I highly recommend you contact Behmer Roofing for your metal and foam roofing needs. I will continue to contract them in the future to inspect and maintain my roof as I know I will receive professional treatment and unsurpassed expertise. Feel free to message me here if you are considering Behmer Roofing and need a reference. You will not find anyone better than Behmer!

If You Want Your Roof Done Right the First Time--Call Roofs Arizona…read more If you're looking for a roofing company in the Phoenix area that truly delivers on quality, professionalism, and integrity, I can't recommend Roofs Arizona highly enough. First and foremost, they are a local company with a long-standing presence in the Phoenix market, bringing years of hands-on experience working specifically in the Valley's harsh desert and monsoon conditions. That local expertise showed up in every aspect of the job--from design recommendations to execution. One of the biggest differentiators for me was the opportunity to work directly with Bob Murphy, the company President, throughout the bidding process. Bob was hands-on, transparent, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to walk through every detail, answer questions thoroughly, and make sure I understood the "why" behind every recommendation. They provided a very detailed breakdown of underlayment options, clearly outlining the pros and cons of each system. There was absolutely no pressure--just education and honest guidance. Based on that, I chose the Westlake TileSeal system, and I'm confident it was the right decision for my home and environment. They are also fully licensed and bonded, which gave me immediate peace of mind. The scope of work was extremely comprehensive and executed exactly as promised: * Installed new drip edge, T-top vents, and pipe jacks * Carefully saved and reinstalled all bird-stop * Completed a full tear-off of existing underlayment and battens * Performed a thorough inspection of the roof deck, proactively identifying and replacing a section of plywood where rot existed * Installed a rubber-based membrane and asphalt cap sheet in the dead valley for enhanced protection in high-risk areas * Added new water shield and 3-rib valley flashings in all valleys * Included replacement of the first 30 broken tiles in the price A huge plus--my roof tile is discontinued, yet they went the extra mile to locate matching replacement tiles, which is not easy to do and speaks volumes about their commitment to doing the job right. They also backed everything with strong warranties: * 30-year manufacturer warranty on the Westlake underlayment * 10-year workmanship (leak) warranty * Another major differentiator: their crews are all W-2 employees--not day laborers. That consistency and accountability clearly showed in the quality of the work and the professionalism on-site. Execution was flawless: * They arrived exactly when promised * Worked long, focused 12-hour days * Maintained a high level of organization and communication throughout the project * Finished a full day ahead of schedule * Left the property spotless, including cleaning and washing out the gutters * What really stood out to me was the overall professionalism of the process--no shortcuts, no surprises, and no last-minute change orders. Everything was clearly defined upfront and delivered exactly as committed. In a market where many contractors have strong ratings, Roofs Arizona stands out by combining deep local expertise, transparent communication, and true craftsmanship. Bottom line: If you want your roof done right the first time--with no headaches--this is the team to call. Call. Roofs Arizona - R.O.C. 255783 and 328230 Bob Murphy - President. 602-463-0805
