Iced coffee is delicious. The prices are a little high, so I tend to not go as often as I'd like. The baristas are friendly and helpful.

This place has really good smoothies but in regards to following covid-19 protocols they don't follow them AT ALL. First of all none of the girls wear masks, the girl who took our order in the drive thru had her head practically in the car (i think she would have stuck it all the way in if the window wasn't rolled half way up lol) and also they gave us our drinks with the straws already placed in the cup... probably won't go again because of these reasons. read more

When this place first opened it seemed great. The coffee has become so sweet it's almost inedible, its like the coffee to sugar ratio is 2-10. I decided to try a peach smoothie to change it up and I'm just as horrified. Pretty sure there was no real fruit. It was a weird ice texture with a terrible artificial peach flavor!! Okay, Desert Eagle is my favorite coffee shop to go to. I go to every single day. That being said I love their staff but after 8 pm they get weird;The staff doesn't seem to give a shit about anything, they chew gum while they take your order and prep drinks and they don't come out the same way they do in the mornings. I love when the manager is there she's spunky and you can tell she treats her employees right but please do something about your night staff they really let you leave with a bitter taste in your mouth and it isn't from the lemonade. read more

Just stopped by this little gem on the way home for the first time. I must say I like it already! Didn't want to get coffee this late so instead opted for a strawberry smoothie. Prices are okay, drink's a little too sweet but the people are pretty kind and service was hella fast (granted it wasn't busy at all, but still). No. Bad. Keep driving. I keep trying this place because it's on my way to work and there is rarely ever a line. I went there twice this week after having some pleasant encounters a couple of months ago. The first visit back-The girl that took my order was obviously new, which was fine-I was patient, but she was so grumpy and annoyed that it made me feel really uncomfortable...the inside of the shop was so filthy, it scared us. The drinks came out fast, my husband enjoyed his drink but they used regular milk instead of coconut milk for mine, which I know I ordered, so I was displeased. Today we went back-Everyone working there seemed tired/overworked and kinda sickly, I don't think I saw anyone wash their hands, and the inside was still really dirty. Our drinks today were decent, with the correct milks this time, mine was spot on and enjoyable, but my husband said his tasted different than the last visit-not bad-just not the same... Both the espresso drinks and the drip coffee are NEVER CONSISTENT in taste-sometimes the drip coffee is strong and sometimes it's incredibly weak, and the espresso drinks are always TOO SWEET (even when you ask them to ease up on the flavors) and they never, never ever, taste the same-and why can't they keep dang employees? read more

My husband and I love coming here for coffee however over the past 4 or 5 visits I have noticed they charge me more for my blended drink then they do my husband...they charge me an extra $1.25 for my drink and I do not get extra shots. They are geared for men coming in as that is their target clientele. They even gave my husband and I 2 stamp cards but when we tried to use them a few months later (as we forgot we had them) they said we couldn't use them because they didn't know who gave them to us. If I could give it a 0 star I would. I ordered a medium tea and the sign says 3.75 and I was charged $6. Talked to 3 people and they all kept giving me different prices and the manager was absolutely rude. We had 3 drinks and only received 2, the manager comes out and asks "what are you still doing here" and I said waiting for my 1 drink still. And she rolled her eyes. First time here because the Dutch line was ridiculous and was not worth the wait at the time, but man it would of been worth it because this place was a mess. I don't know why this place only has 3 stars. They're amazing! If you love Dutch bros like me and live on the west side but hate waiting 30-45 minutes for coffee you have to try this place. The coffee is smooth but strong and not roasted to crap like Starbucks. The wait is never too long, open 24 hours (awesome for shift workers), drive through, awesome prices and friendly staff who remember you. The only thing they're missing is stamp cards and maybe some snacks. If you haven't been here you're missing out! read more

I decided to try this place after driving by. After looking at the drive thru menu, I drove up to the sliding doors and waited for a few seconds. Out of five or six people inside, nobody came to the door so I had a hard time trying to figure out if I have to park and go to the walk up window. If that was the case then why a drive through. I drove around and tried it again. The same thing happened. Another car then went through and they came out immediately to help them. I then pulled up behind them and then decided to go somewhere else. If the employees would rather talk to each other instead of helping customers, good luck on staying in business. My problem is how inconsistent this place is. Sometimes the service is awesome quick and efficient than the next time it's some new kids with attitudes taking their sweet time. The product is normally good except the Italian cream sodas are AWFUL but I did order that on an off day so who knows it might be good another time. First of all this place is the SLOWEST coffee drive through I've ever seen, almost 15 minutes alone in the drive thru!! If I wouldn't have been trapped I would have pulled out and left!! Then when the drinks came, the disappointment was only intensified!! They are missing the mark of the "Other" coffee place that they are so desperately trying to emulate!! Nope, not impressed. I tried the Talon (their sort of version of a DB Annihilator) and it wasn't great. As someone else already said, it's a Dutch Bros knockoff, the drinks are too sweet, and it's overpriced. I wanted to like them because they're located close to me, but i won't be back. I think they probably spent too much money on building the drive-thru and therefore have to make up for it with overpriced drinks and weak espresso. read more

Horrible! Got an iced sedona chai and a iced grand canyon. Horrible! I watched her make it it. It was just premade oregon chai out of a bow with milk. She drizzled ice on top and called it a day. I decided that since Dutch had such a long line that I would try this place. That was a mistake. The line wasn't even that log and I waited there for 30 minutes. The employee didn't know what milks they offered. I had to search for it on the sign. One person making drinks for 3 different Windows is terrible and they were slow at it as well. i paid almost $20 for a drink that tasted like a $2 circle K coffee, which by the way when the cup was handed to me it was extremely sticky and not pretty to look at, i even had to ask for napkins to clean my cup and my cup holders. if you're going to charge that much for a coffee please make sure it's drinkable. maybe if the worker more more time and pride into their job i wouldn't have to leave such a negative review. this isn't the first time i've had this kind of experience at this location. very upsetting. read more

We've been here several times since it opened. The drinks are good and people are friendly. However, they have horrible organization with how they take orders and make drinks. Several times there were only a few cars waiting and it took 10 minutes to get drinks. Today I walked up to the window to order and waited 30 minutes. They were busy but after I watched cars leave that ordered after me get their drinks, I asked how long and they apparently didn't have my drinks in their queue to make. One of the girls working mentioned that there were only 2 people making drinks out of the 5 working, not sure that logic but they just lost customers who get coffee out at least 4 times a week. I love their coffee more than Dutch bros, but I have a problem with their stamp card policy. I went in with my husband and my stamp card handy. I had 9 stamps before hand, we each got a drink and were told we would get the 10th stamp and a new stamp card with just one stamp and we couldn't use the fully stamped card until the next visit. I've never had this experience any place that has stamp cards, and if Dutch Bros was closer I wouldn't return to Desert Eagle. read more

My new favorite coffee joint! We stumbled across this lil joint last week by accident and decided to give their coffee a try. We got the screaming eagle and asked if they can make it with less pumps so it wouldn't be too sweet. It was AMAZING! They're awesome about customizing your drinks and the staff is super friendly. This morning I tried a hot coffee (white sand I believe) and it was so yummy!! The wait time is nothing compared to other coffee joints. I live on 83rd and thunderbird where the two Dutch Bros are at and it is simply impossible to get a coffee there anymore as mucho as I love them (both drive-thru and walk up orders).
