Yoga with Donna was so great! I scheduled an outdoor session with friends at Papago Amphitheater for my birthday. It was sunset time and beautiful. She had music to drown out traffic noise (I barely heard it once we started anyway). At the end she brought out essential oils and cool towels during shavasana. We had first timers and experienced yogis and the flow was perfect for all levels. She led the class well for beginners and encouraged or adjusted more advanced poses to experienced people. I've been working with Donna for 2 months now and have seen a tremendous improvement in my flexibility. I had a hip replacement a year and a half ago and also have lower back issues specifically L 3~4 and 4~5. Donna customized my sessions and works with my limitations but I still get the benefits from yoga. Not only has it helped my flexibility but improved my core. Even my trainer noticed the difference.
