We attended a fundraiser "Cruise & Brews for One Dog AZ" at this studio .. located in trendy up & coming Downtown Chandler area... ($11) The studio is easy to locate with plenty of parking.. the reception area was bright and inviting.. We were greeted by friendly smiling faces .. You get special riding shoes upon checking in and we were escorted to the locker area by a staff member.. the cycle room has a club vibe.. lights, a booming sound system and our instructor Allie was our MC for the night .. she had us riding and sweating to the beat and right when your butt couldn't handle that tiny seat anymore your 60 min ride was over.. you slide off the bike energized even though you thought you might die!! All the members were super friendly and assured us that as your legs get stronger the seat hurts less.. We will be back for more of the fundraiser nights .. check out their memberships or a drop in class for a fun sweat session your body will thank you!! read more

I was looking to get back into fitness after the pandemic and was invited to check out Flo. The first class I took was a spin class and the music, lights, and energy of the class and instructor was amazing! I then tried their flex and yoga classes with the rest of my intro pass and was immediately hooked on this gym! Each class offers a challenging workout and each instructor is great about working with you to match your level. Classes included weight lifting (flex) and cycling (spin) for either 30 or 45 minute lengths as well as yoga and stretching classes that are either 45 or 60 minutes. They also recently started offering one on one training as well. Each instructor has their own style which makes it near impossible to not find at least 1 class you love (but I'm sure you'll love all the instructors). They gym does events throughout Chandler to help mix up your normal workout and support other local businesses in the area. If you have any concerns or questions, Front Desk Guy and Front Desk Guy's Wife (otherwise known as the owners) are easy and open to talk to! I can't recommend this gym enough if you are looking to mix up your gym routine or just get started on your fitness journey! read more

First of all the manager seems super nice but they won't tell you all the potential issues. If you are trying the service and you miss a session for an emergency-- they will still charge you even if it was suppose to be free-- they don't let you know that when you sign up. They wouldn't even do a one time courtesy since your on a trial period which left a bad taste in my mouth. I would never do business with a company that operates like this. Absolutely LOVE this studio!! The owners, Debbie & Eddie are so welcoming and informative. I felt at ease immediately. I bought the $20/week introductory offer. I took every class at least once and the Vinyasa a couple times. All the instructors were friendly and attentive. I especially enjoyed Jackie's Vinyasa and Sculpt Amazing workouts. Was looking forward to exploring a new place to get my yoga on and booked my first time class here only to be turned down at the front desk. I arrived early, however due to parking being scarce, drove around the block for five minutes until finally parking on the street four blocks away. I arrived at 9:15 on the dot for a 9:15 class (even showed the man the time on my phone and told him it was my first time here) and was told "Should have gotten here earlier" If that's any indication how they treat their members, perhaps I dodged a bullet. Their spin class will push you to your limits followed by some yoga to stretch out after a long week. Their sound system in the spin room is superb and has lights that are in sync with the beat of the music similar to a night club. Just imagine dancing but on a peloton spin bike. Unfortunately did not have a good experience with this facility. I booked in for the 2 week free session over a year ago and was not able to attend any of the sessions due to taking care of a sick family member. 1 year later, I was looking forward to booking in again and checking out the facility before purchasing a monthly pass. Unfortunately, the management was not understanding of me having to care for my family and was the opposite of gracious. I was in the exact same position with cycle bar and they allowed me to use my free pass again due to my situation. if that tells you anything - avoid the cheap spin places that will nickel and dime you. When I moved to Chandler a year ago from across the country, I found Flo while searching for a yoga studio. I was drawn to their personality and what they stood for and booked a spin class , when I had never done spin before. I can't even ride a bike . I was instantly hooked and haven't looked back. I'm not a fitness person, I hate working out and generally do not feel comfortable at gyms. Well fast forward 9 or so months and here I am bringing friends to classes and sharing their profile as much as I can. During a time as chaotic as this, Flo and their team are still bringing joy and peace to our little community, and that says a lot, not only about them as a small business, but as simply GOOD people. It's far more than a gym. Debbie and Eddie go out of their way to know you, see you and welcome you. You'll hear that over and over again in these reviews but until you experience it, it's hard to understand, how a gym can be a place of joy and peace to everyone they meet. Even now, live streaming classes with Kristina (the best) and connecting with their members through social provides a sense of normalcy we all need. I can't speak highly enough and am counting down the days until we can all ride and clap and yell and spin together again! Facilities were new and clean and everyone was very friendly. I did not stay for the class (715 pm on Monday) due to the amount of participants. It is totally me, but I can not stand having a strangers butt 4 inches from my face at any point of the day and was not going to start now. Not something I could ever get used to. Flo has become a second home to my husband and I. We originally lived next door so we were at class all the time. Now we live farther away and we are still at class all the time! The variety of class times allow for us to go before or after work which is perfect. There is also a variety of class types and instructors which accommodate all skill levels. Even during COVID, Flo has rolled with the punches and kept our community moving with parking lot classes, equipment rentals, and online class. Debbie and Eddie are the best. I really enjoy David Tai's spin class and Julie's yoga after. They have great energy and are very encouraging. Popped into this studio while in town visiting and was not disappointed! It will be on my list of "go to spots" while in Chandler. As soon as I walked in I was met at the door by Debbie, the owner. She was very sweet and friendly even offered to introduce me to the instructor who was teaching the cycling class I signed up for. I've done a handful of cycle classes so I was ready for a brush off by the instructor however I was totally WRONG. She (I forgot her name it was either Elizabeth or Allison) was soooo helpful and kind. She worked with me to get my bike set up perfectly. Never before have I felt so good on a bike during a class. The set up does matter people! The class was outstanding. Once done Debbie showed me around the studio to include the yoga room. Went and tried it out on their anniversary weekend followed up with 2 week special and just bought the 3 month package. The owners are the nicest people who by day 2 greeted me by name.
