I love this gym for my fitness journey! The class setting helps me stay motivated way more than working out at home. The instructors are knowledgeable, helping me with my form and motivating, remembering what I was able to do in other classes and pushing me to go for a bigger weight. I grab a front row seat class! read more

This is the only gym I have joined and actually attended. Tia is the most entertaining strength trainer. read more

If you're looking for a gym in Chandler, this is it!! Flo has become the highlight of my week--not just because of the incredible workouts, but because of the amazing community. Debbie and Eddie, the owners, truly care about every client and staff member, and you feel it the moment you walk through the door. There's something for everyone here--whether it's a favorite instructor, a unique class, or one of the many new offerings that keep things fresh and exciting. I've never considered myself a "gym person," but this place has officially changed that for me. It's hands down the best fitness experience I've ever had... and I've had a lot. FLO FAM FOREVER! read more

The Flo community really is a family. Everyone encourages and pushes each other to be their best self. When you walk in the door you are welcomed by the owners and instructors who take the time to make sure you feel at ease. I've taken almost every format of class at Flo and love the variety between Flex, Cycle and Yoga and can choose the best class for my body each day. Take a chance and drop in! read more

Love all the variety of classes - all with awesome instructors! Spin, flex, yoga - yes please!!

We attended a fundraiser "Cruise & Brews for One Dog AZ" at this studio .. located in trendy up & coming Downtown Chandler area... ($11) The studio is easy to locate with plenty of parking.. the reception area was bright and inviting.. We were greeted by friendly smiling faces .. You get special riding shoes upon checking in and we were escorted to the locker area by a staff member.. the cycle room has a club vibe.. lights, a booming sound system and our instructor Allie was our MC for the night .. she had us riding and sweating to the beat and right when your butt couldn't handle that tiny seat anymore your 60 min ride was over.. you slide off the bike energized even though you thought you might die!! All the members were super friendly and assured us that as your legs get stronger the seat hurts less.. We will be back for more of the fundraiser nights .. check out their memberships or a drop in class for a fun sweat session your body will thank you!! read more

I was looking to get back into fitness after the pandemic and was invited to check out Flo. The first class I took was a spin class and the music, lights, and energy of the class and instructor was amazing! I then tried their flex and yoga classes with the rest of my intro pass and was immediately hooked on this gym! Each class offers a challenging workout and each instructor is great about working with you to match your level. Classes included weight lifting (flex) and cycling (spin) for either 30 or 45 minute lengths as well as yoga and stretching classes that are either 45 or 60 minutes. They also recently started offering one on one training as well. Each instructor has their own style which makes it near impossible to not find at least 1 class you love (but I'm sure you'll love all the instructors). They gym does events throughout Chandler to help mix up your normal workout and support other local businesses in the area. If you have any concerns or questions, Front Desk Guy and Front Desk Guy's Wife (otherwise known as the owners) are easy and open to talk to! I can't recommend this gym enough if you are looking to mix up your gym routine or just get started on your fitness journey! read more

I really enjoy this gym. The workouts are amazing and the staff is even better. I normally do cycle classes but occasionally do the stretch classes as well. All the classes are really enjoyable and are Really a great workout. The classes never leave me disappointed. read more

First of all the manager seems super nice but they won't tell you all the potential issues. If you are trying the service and you miss a session for an emergency-- they will still charge you even if it was suppose to be free-- they don't let you know that when you sign up. They wouldn't even do a one time courtesy since your on a trial period which left a bad taste in my mouth. I would never do business with a company that operates like this. Steer clear of this location. read more

Did my first cycle class tonight with Megan and wow, it was truly amazing. An awesome workout and perfect vibe. I have been cycling for years and I have been to many classes. I have so happy I finally decided to come check this place out. Inside is so well done and everyone is so nice. They have gained a new member out of me! read more

Great place for yoga classes. Good variety of styles and times. Wonderful owners who make you feel welcome.

FLO is a place for everyone. From the second you walk in the door you feel like you're apart of the family. They have everything from cycle, to liftMing weights to yoga. Def worth a try! read more

Absolutely LOVE this studio!! The owners, Debbie & Eddie are so welcoming and informative. I felt at ease immediately. I bought the $20/week introductory offer. I took every class at least once and the Vinyasa a couple times. All the instructors were friendly and attentive. I especially enjoyed Jackie's Vinyasa and Sculpt Amazing workouts. Studio is clean and there is plenty of parking. HIGHLY recommend!!!! read more

SO much fun! I loved all of the classes I took here--cycle, yoga & even the weights class. Fantastic staff, good vibe & great schedule!

I was not into fitness prior to Flo. I started taking their free yoga classes at the park and it turned into a full membership. They're different from other studios... because they made working fun. I highly recommend it for new and experienced people read more

Was looking forward to exploring a new place to get my yoga on and booked my first time class here only to be turned down at the front desk. I arrived early, however due to parking being scarce, drove around the block for five minutes until finally parking on the street four blocks away. I arrived at 9:15 on the dot for a 9:15 class (even showed the man the time on my phone and told him it was my first time here) and was told "Should have gotten here earlier" If that's any indication how they treat their members, perhaps I dodged a bullet. I came here to flow and meditate, not get chastised when I was actually on time. read more

Amazing local owned business. So motivating. Great class offerings, great atmosphere and great people!

My favorite place to work out that is all inclusive to every body and providing a little something for everybody! Friendly people, awesome front desk staff and owners, fun evironment. All the instructors are helpful, and it's nice to not be in an overwhelming large gym. Thank you FLO! read more

This place is so rad! Best cycling experience I've had! The instructors and music are great as well. They give you cool rags after. Such a nice touch (: read more

FLO yoga and cycle is the best!! I love that they have a variety of different class options and different teachers. The owners Debbie and Eddie are so nice and have always made me feel super welcomed! Everyone that I have met at FLO is so nice and nonjudgmental. My favorite emcees are Jesse and Jessica! I highly recommend FLO to everyone! read more

I absolutely love FLO! Debbie and Eddie are the BEST gym owners (and front desk employees, motivators, listeners, toilet paper restockers, gym bike fixers, etc.) I've ever met. All of the instructors go out of their way to know and remember my name; this is a huge bonus for me. FLO is a community, which is what I was looking for in a "gym." Everyone chats before and after class, we meet for drinks and have baby showers for other expecting members/friends. This place is amazing. If you haven't checked it out, you're missing out! read more

Their spin class will push you to your limits followed by some yoga to stretch out after a long week. Their sound system in the spin room is superb and has lights that are in sync with the beat of the music similar to a night club. Just imagine dancing but on a peloton spin bike. It's super clean and smells great every time you walk in the door. Everyone who is a member is friendly and cheerful. Flo's prices reflect a premium studio but it's worth EVERY penny in my opinion. You won't be dissatisfied read more

LOVE THIS PLACE! Not only do you get a workout but it really does feel like a family...like you are part of something. Debbie and Eddie (the owners) make it not only a place to get a good sweat but also restore your mind and body with yoga. It's a community and a hang out. Best of both worlds! read more

If anyone is looking for a gym that treats you like family then FLO yoga and cycle is your place! I have been a member for 2 years now and from the 1st day I walked in they took me in! It isn't just the staff but also the members! I go every morning to start my day but they have lunch time as well as evening classes! Come check it out! I promise you will not regret it and you might just fall in love with the place read more

I am in LOVE with this studio. They offer a wide variety of classes to meet all your fitness needs and every instructor is passionate about helping you reach your full potential. Not only are the classes a great work out but they are so fun and full of energy. I started off with the $20 two weeks of unlimited classes (which is an amazing deal). After testing out the classes there was no doubt that I needed to become a member. What really stood out to me was that the owners, Debbie and Eddie, never fail to greet me with a smile and ask me how my day is. This makes me feel welcome in the space and excited to go to class. Working out is no longer a chore for me, it's the best part of my day all thanks to Flo! read more

Unfortunately did not have a good experience with this facility. I booked in for the 2 week free session over a year ago and was not able to attend any of the sessions due to taking care of a sick family member. 1 year later, I was looking forward to booking in again and checking out the facility before purchasing a monthly pass. Unfortunately, the management was not understanding of me having to care for my family and was the opposite of gracious. I was in the exact same position with cycle bar and they allowed me to use my free pass again due to my situation. if that tells you anything - avoid the cheap spin places that will nickel and dime you. Just go to cycle bar as they have a better dynamic and community. read more

When I moved to Chandler a year ago from across the country, I found Flo while searching for a yoga studio. I was drawn to their personality and what they stood for and booked a spin class , when I had never done spin before. I can't even ride a bike . I was instantly hooked and haven't looked back. I'm not a fitness person, I hate working out and generally do not feel comfortable at gyms. Well fast forward 9 or so months and here I am bringing friends to classes and sharing their profile as much as I can. During a time as chaotic as this, Flo and their team are still bringing joy and peace to our little community, and that says a lot, not only about them as a small business, but as simply GOOD people. It's far more than a gym. Debbie and Eddie go out of their way to know you, see you and welcome you. You'll hear that over and over again in these reviews but until you experience it, it's hard to understand, how a gym can be a place of joy and peace to everyone they meet. Even now, live streaming classes with Kristina (the best) and connecting with their members through social provides a sense of normalcy we all need. I can't speak highly enough and am counting down the days until we can all ride and clap and yell and spin together again! If you are considering joining after this all blows over, I encourage you to buy a pass/gift card now and support them during this time if you can. You won't regret joining this Flo family! #floever read more

The Flo community is welcoming and helpful! They make 5:30 am cycle classes something I look forward to.

You'll never find a better workout community! The owners are genuine and fun . The emcees/coaches are some of the best with their own unique style to keep the classes fun and challenging. I'm so glad I discovered FLO Yoga & Cycle! read more

Love, love, love the FLO family! Every instructor is dedicated, motivated and inspiring each of us to be our best. Classes are for all skill levels, modifications provided and you're encouraged to do your best and keep moving. While this year has presented challenges to every business owner, FLO has been creative in their offerings while always keeping us safe. If you haven't tried them out...You're missing out! read more

Flo has become a second home to my husband and I. We originally lived next door so we were at class all the time. Now we live farther away and we are still at class all the time! The variety of class times allow for us to go before or after work which is perfect. There is also a variety of class types and instructors which accommodate all skill levels. Even during COVID, Flo has rolled with the punches and kept our community moving with parking lot classes, equipment rentals, and online class. Debbie and Eddie are the best. We love our Flo Family. read more

Facilities were new and clean and everyone was very friendly. I did not stay for the class (715 pm on Monday) due to the amount of participants. It is totally me, but I can not stand having a strangers butt 4 inches from my face at any point of the day and was not going to start now. Not something I could ever get used to. Front desk person said that all their classes are full and the facility does not offer limited sized classes at higher prices. It was worth a try..... read more

Debbie, Eddie, and all instructors are always kind and welcoming. The other members also exhibit the same qualities and are supportive of one another. It's a great community to belong to. We show up for each other! I actually look forward to working out and being active. 15/10 recommend. read more

This studio is the best. Everybody here is incredibly nice and welcoming. They take the time to show you how to set up your bike and even give you a card with your bike settings for future classes. I really enjoy David Tai's spin class and Julie's yoga after. They have great energy and are very encouraging. They have plenty of lockers, place is very clean and it's easy to get in and out. read more

Popped into this studio while in town visiting and was not disappointed! It will be on my list of "go to spots" while in Chandler. As soon as I walked in I was met at the door by Debbie, the owner. She was very sweet and friendly even offered to introduce me to the instructor who was teaching the cycling class I signed up for. I've done a handful of cycle classes so I was ready for a brush off by the instructor however I was totally WRONG. She (I forgot her name it was either Elizabeth or Allison) was soooo helpful and kind. She worked with me to get my bike set up perfectly. Never before have I felt so good on a bike during a class. The set up does matter people! The class was outstanding. Once done Debbie showed me around the studio to include the yoga room. The floor is like one huge yoga mat....who wouldn't love that?!? read more

I've been a member since May of 2018. This is the longest I have ever consistently attended a gym. Because it's not a gym. It's a family. It's accountability. It's workouts that push you past limits you didn't think you had. It's amazing playlists, innovative workouts and refreshing heated yoga sessions. I LOVE everything about this community. read more
