Our wedding coordinator dealt with the mess thankfully as I was minutes away from getting married, and we had to start the wedding late as guests had to scramble to get ubers/drive/taxis. It was embarrassing and obviously angering just minutes from being married. Yes, we even confirmed with them right before the wedding via our coordinator who has worked with them prior and we're talking about a bill that is in the thousands for this type of transportation. I could never recommend them given all of this, but I will say, they fully reimbursed us for their mistake and I also ensured they reimbursed my guests who had to pay for taxis which was helpful to make the post-process easier. Real big bummer though on such a big day and worth sharing.

I debated even writing a review for this company, however I felt others needed to know. When we…read moreinitially booked our transportation, it went smoothly. A month leading up to the wedding, we decided to check on our reservation. Only to find out the staff had canceled our reservation and we were not notified. I called them and after some confusion everything was sorted out. So I thought. Two weeks before the wedding we check the status of our reservation again to find out that it had been cancelled a second time. When we called back to request our reservation not be cancelled, we were told it was OUR fault and that we shouldn't have been able to reserve ride we did anyway. They said we could keep our reservation but they tried to increase the price completely out of our budget. We canceled our reservation and told them we'd look else where. We even requested for a manager to connect with, however received no follow up call. Two days before the wedding, we received a confirmation email stating that they needed further information about our day of transportation and that they couldn't wait to be at our services. We had to call them AGAIN and cancel our reservation. We simply do not trust this company. Their communication and customer service was terrible. They ruined our transportation plans for our wedding so beware before booking!

I shoot him a text message letting him know the details of the ride I need, and after a quick response I am confident he or one of his drivers will be at my curb with a clean Lincoln Towncar, exactly on time as planned. For my location, he is more affordable than a cab, and the luxury of a clean back seat with tons of leg room and complimentary water bottles, mints, and magazines sure beats the back of a cab. This service has completely eliminated a stressful part of travel for me and replaced it with ultimate convenience and luxury. DTC Boulevard has rightfully earned a lifelong customer here.

After standing outside for 30 minutes, the driver ignored our phone calls, and when he arrived, changed his story multiple times, as to why he was late (first he was stuck in traffic, then claimed he'd been parked the whole time, etc.). When we got back in the limo, we had found our brand new, unopened handle of vodka was missing, along with some food and soda we had brought. The driver then claimed he cleaned the roof of the limo (instead of the inside??) , and while he was, let a stranger into his car. He then changed his story multiple times, claiming it was a friend, then a random acquaintance, then back to a stranger. To compensate, he offered two free hours of service. However, I'm not sure why I would want to return to a company, free or not, that lets employees get away with things like this. Thank God we hid our cameras and valuables, because lord knows what else would have gone missing. Terrible experience... My advice? If you don't want your stuff to go missing, and if you are looking for a limo service that actually arrives on time, use anything BUT Denver Party Limos.
