" I hired your service for a party bus on 2/12/22 - 2/13/22 to take a group 14 up to Blackhawk for a 60th birthday party. I filed a complaint with Jamel on Monday the 14th on the professionalism we received from our driver, eating and messing with his phone while hitting the curb at each turn and then missing the turn off to Blackhawk twice running us late for our dinner reservations along with the condition of the bus, he apologized and said he would get with his manager and owner and get back with me, I received no call and have a feeling I never was going to receive one just on his attitude he gave me when I called to check in, he started raising his voice when he made it clear that I was just trying to get my money back and that I should have taken care of this matter right on the spot, mind you I'm hosting a 60th birthday party with 14 friends and family at a casino, the experience of the bus issue was put on the back burner for a day so we can try to enjoy what fun there is left. I would really like it you would reach out to me so you can understand how disappointing this experience was, the torn rooftop, hanging rope lighting, hole in the ceiling leaking water that was splashing on everyone, we had to squeeze in a corner of the bus so we wouldn't get wet and yet most of us did. Here are the highlights: -guy leaves me to carry my own bags to the car -at stop lights the car shakes like its about to cut off -the dashboard is missing knobs -the car smells like someone smoked a whole pack of cigarettes in it and then tried to use 1980s Lysol to mask the smell This is supposed to be an executive car service but I honestly think I would've been better off in a regular cab. How it all ended: Him: Guy pulls up to the airport and says "how much do you want to pay?" Me: "Well, the guy at the hotel said it would cost $47." HIm: "oh no, it's $65, just ask anyone out here that's walking by." Me: "yeah I'm not going to do that. And if your rate is $65 why did you ask me how much I wanted to pay?" Him: "Fine it's free. I had previously paid via paypal online, which included tip which was great. I had asked if I could stop at the grocery store to pick up a few things and he was more than willing, said to take my time. He picked me right back up at the door and helped me and my bag into the hotel. He even drove by the office I was to walk to from the hotel to show me where I needed to go the next morning. Communication was great - always on time. He picked me up at the end of my week at the office, with my bag from the hotel and ready to go. I would highly recommend JP.
