I had called many days ahead of my trip to Colorado and explained what I needed and my concerns as a single traveler. Mariajose was a little early. ( remember, "Early is on time. On time is late"). She carefully took me to my destination.... Red Rock Amphitheater....adeptly navigating the heavy and I mean heavy, traffic. Had to leave a little before the show was completely over. MariaJose was ready to pick me up immediately. And because I wasn't feeling good she tried to find me a place to get some food. Such a wonderful person. Wonderful service. Even through all the couple of phone calls I made prior to my trip, anyone I talked to was so polite so Patient and so kind and so understanding. AND so ready to help work through the specific needs that I had. FOR SURE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MRS WILLIAMS SHUTTLE.

The ride and personal experience was nothing short of awesome. She took us to all of the coolest places and showed us the best views around. She brought beverages and even snacks for us. This was probably one of my more favorite experiences with luxury ground transportation. I owned a limousine service for 13 years and if I was still in the industry... I would be after the quality I received from all of my employees and affiliates. Janet, you rock and I hope you are reading this review!

Do Not Use!! Andy…read morepicked me up Wednesday morning 6/1 at 5 A.M. to take me to the Anshutz hospital for a procedure. as we got to Montview, I suggested that he turn left. he got very mad and rude, and told me not to be a backseat driver. I then asked him to please not drop me at the main entrance, but at the emergency entrance, as that was closer to the elevator that I needed. Again he got incensed at the fact that I would suggest where to tell him to drop me. He was very rude. He turned around and brought me home and told me to take a taxi! The worst part aside from swearing at me to close the F******ing door was that he threatened me, by then saying "I Know where you live" as I was getting out of the car. Absolutely unacceptable and totaly unprofessional!

My husband needed to arrive at precisely 5 am--not before and not after. Immediately Andy put my mind at ease. He assured me by patiently answering my many detailed questions, that I could rest assured knowing the task would be flawlessly done. Further more I could sleep that night knowing so. Andy's price was considerably less than the other company I had called which was neither professional nor caring like Andy. My husband and I highly recommend Gentle and Quick Transportation. We will be using Andy's company over our life time. What a wonderful experience. We actually enjoyed paying Andy he is so deserving!!!

So, while I've never called a car to pick someone up, I decided to try it out. The woman on the phone when I called made the whole process very simple and convenient. It was $96 total, including a required 20% gratuity, and since there were no basic sedans available, they sent a fantastic BMW sedan. Baggage claim took nearly an hour, for some ungodly reason, and the driver waited patiently. All in all, a great service with awesome customer care. Would definitely use again.
