No-showed on pickup and left us hanging. Agent was extremely rude and laughed about our predicament. Avoid at all costs.

From start to finish, the service has been exceptional. The booking system is simple and user-friendly, and if I make a mistake, their customer service team resolves it quickly and efficiently. The drivers are consistently on time, professional, and courteous. Since I manage logistics from several states away, it's a huge relief knowing I never have to worry about my executive's transportation. Ride confirmations and receipts are always prompt, and I have complete peace of mind knowing my boss is in great hands. At this point, he's likely met nearly all of the drivers, and he's had a positive experience with every one of them. I'm incredibly grateful to Joe and his team of respectful, competent professionals. I also appreciate supporting a small business rather than a large corporation. It makes the experience feel more personal and dependable. Joe's Car Service has been a huge asset to our travel logistics, and I sincerely thank everyone we've worked with. He was on time, prompt, and answered every call whether to change plans or pick up point on THANKSGIVING DAY. If you're traveling in this area, don't waste your time on over priced transportation. Look no further than here. He goes above and beyond to do everything he can to meet your needs. I even needed an extra transportation for 4 family members the next day and he made it happen. If I'm traveling from Denver International Airport to any Mountain Vacation Get-A-Away, I'll never look to any other service than his.... Do yourself a favor, book his services ASAP! My…read morewife and I were traveling with her parents and for a very small extra fee he added that extra pickup and drop off when we came back so we didn't have to shuffle between us. The roads were rough and snowy and the car stable and clean. Coming from home to the airport was nice, but when we came back from Austin to bone shattering below zero weather in Denver, relaxing in a warm an nicely kept vehicle and not having to drive or hassle with anything was SO NICE! I guess he does DIA to Vail and other ski shuttles as well and handles the roomy SUV like a champ. Joshua is kind and smart and knows the city well and very professional too. Highly recommend this service! Cabbies are crazy anyway! So worth it!

My driver was Mouad and he deserve zero stars. He is the most unprofessioal person I have ever had…read morethe misfortune to interact with. He came 35 minutes earlier than the time Golden West Shuttle said he would be at my house and expected me to be ready. He then became very upset and rude. And on my return trip he played games with we for 30 minutes calling me before I had my luggage saying he was ready. As soon as I got my luggage I hurried out to where he said he was but he wasn't there so i waited 10 minutes later I called him no answer I waited some more tried to call him again no answer by now I'm ready to take Lyte or Uber but he calls me back I'll be there in 3 minutes. It takes him another 10 minutes. I would have just taken an Uber but I already paid him and gave him a 20% tip. I will never use Golden West Shuttle again and I have recommended Golden West shuttle to all my neighbors so now I will let my neighbors and my husband and anyone else who asks just how far downhill Golden West Shuttle has gone. I hope they go out of business we don't need them.

Zero stars in my book- the guy that dropped us off this morning carelessly hurled my suitcase out…read moreof the shuttle, breaking my brand new $300 XL suitcase after the driver coughed his lungs out the entire drive to the airport. The young lady I spoke to this morning, Hibba was polite and as helpful as she could be. The gentleman who I am assuming is the owner, is rude and was not apologetic. They refuse to repair the damage caused on a brand new suit case caused by THEIR driver at their Lakewood pickup location. Do not trust these people with your valuables, do not waste your time or money. Shady business practices if you ask me, to damage someone's personal belongings and then tell the customer that there's nothing they will do about it.

Joe was great! He arrived early -- as did my flight -- then patiently waited because we got stuck…read moreon the ramp because of lightning nearby. Once that passed, we got to our gate ... but then baggage took for-freakin-EV-er (which is why I hate checking bags) Bottom line: I got to the curb more than an hour after our plane landed ... but Joe was there, in good humor, and didn't charge for the extra waiting time (neither of our faults, but many car services do). Joe had bottled water to sip and things to read (if I hadn't wanted to chat), but I was quite happy to talk. He was entertaining and informative on our ride into Denver, and even suggested a way to get to a Rockies game that was going on that night if I'd wanted to go. For just a couple of bucks more than a nasty cab, Total Transportation made me feel welcome and important -- even if Joe was in a Hawaiian shirt and not a dark suit. Would definitely use Total Transportation again...

I called Joe directly to check his price the morning before our flight. I was told the cost was $65. His price of $65 (watch this number) was comparable to others, and I booked him. He requested I send all my credit card information to him via text message. My friend was a bit queasy about sending all that information via text, but I did it. That turned out to be the least of our problems! Joe told me we needed to be ready by 6:30 a.m. to get to the airport on time. We were waiting out front at 6:15 a.m. 6:30 a.m. rolled by and no sight of Joe. At 6:35 I called Joe. The call went to voicemail. Nervous. I then sent a text message. He called me at 6:37 to say he was about 15 minutes away. At 6:52 I get a text saying 2 minutes. He finally shows up a bit after 7:00!! The Denver airport is 30 - 40 minutes from downtown. I'm very upset. He apologizes profusely, and says his alarm didn't go off. Good thing I called him. He tells me he is going to give me a discount on my credit card. Needless to say, we did not tip him. We get to the airport to find the longest check-in line anyone has ever seen at Denver! It seems the whole town is flying this morning. We barely make it to our gate as the plane is beginning to board. Joe sends me a text telling me he is going to give me a 50% refund. That should be half of $65, right? I check my credit card charges, and I discover he charged me $80!!! I send him a text message to ask why the charge is $80 not the $65 he quoted me. He replies and tells me the $80 includes his tip!! WHAT?? A $15 tip I was not told about when I booked?? That is a 23% tip. I'm a good tipper, but 23%?? For a ride that almost made us miss our plane? To his credit he did issue a full refund of the $80. If Joe is going to run an airport shuttle service, he needs to get a better idea of how to run a business. He is a very nice older gentleman, but this was almost a disaster for us. I suppose everyone screws up once in awhile and oversleeps. I was actually ready to forgive that, but the $80 charge when he quoted me $65 with no mention of the automatic $15 additional tip put me over the top of my patience. If you take the chance on Joe, be sure you call him when you get up in the morning to give him time to get out of bed and arrive on time, and ask about that 23% tip!
