Arrived at 1:30pm for late lunch. We were at a table by the host person and we ended up walking out of the restaurant because no one came to see us or take our orders. We were told "thank you for coming" at which point we let that individual know no one had even seen us. The response by the wait staff was to accuse us of seating ourselves and that is why we didn't get service. Unfortunately for that person we were seated by someone at the restaurant and there were 3-4 other people working and taking care of tables. We were never given the time of day and ultimately were blamed for their crappy service. Gotta love customer service in 2023!!! We won't be going back and hopefully we can help others avoid crappy service at this place too. read more

Although the food is excellent the host staff was quite surly and gruff with our party. We put our name in the list for seating with a quote of 45-50 minutes. We ended up waiting for nearly 2 HOURS with barely an acknowledgement. Would recommend for the food definitely, but maybe come on a slower morning or off hours. read more

Walked in for a late breakfast on a Friday morning and got seated right away at a table for a with my boyfriend. Our waitress was super sweet and came up right away with waters. My boyfriend has been told countless times about this place so I know we had to try it before we moved. Just a heads up 99% of the food in the menu is biscuit sándwichs and they are huge. If your looking for other normal breakfast food they are slightly lacking but then again the name of the place is the biscuit company. I got the Lola which is a super sweet biscuit sandwhich with fried chicken that is completely soaked in syrup. I was envisioning the honey butter chicken biscuit from whatabuger and this was slightly similar but on a much more massive level. I could only eat half of it and I couldn't do anymore sweet and then my boyfriend got the Winona and he loved it. Only recommendation would be to get it Nashville hot so that the sandwhich isn't super dry. We also got a side of the fries which honestly are better than Chick-fil-A and I was in heaven. Overall the restaurant was filled with people but wasn't super noisy as is the normal with some places, would I come back.....yes. Would I definitely switch up my order next time......yes. The food here is unreal. Biscuits obviously were awesome but the gravy was by far the best I have ever had. So much flavor, not like basic country gravy. AMAZING!!! The food here is delicious and the service was fast and friendly. We had breakfast here the other week with some family in from out of town. We had two kids with us and the atmosphere was kid friendly for breakfast. My only complaint, two of us had previously lived in Nashville, so we ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken Biscuit sandwich (The Beeler). What came was a fried chicken biscuit sandwich that was missing any and all heat. Don't call this a Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich. We were perplexed and upset seeing that it had the spice level of a KFC original recipe breast and had to ask for some hot sauce which was just buffalo sauce, not Nashville Hot Chicken spice. Please either change the recipe, or take "Nashville Hot" out of the description, how about "Southern Fried Chicken in a Biscuit", that would be a more accurate description. read more

We used to be loyal customers of Denver Biscuit Company and no one was more a fan of the place than our dog. However, the human customers were upset as when we went today to pick up a to go order, the food was ready more than 20 minutes after they told us to arrive. The dog customer was upset because we were told that their new manager ordered that the restaurant stop making and providing dog biscuits to their furry guests - they used to make the scraps into dog sized treats and they were our dog's favorite. For a restaurant that is ranked on many dog friendly lists in the Denver area very unclear why this was stopped. read more

To start, there was excellent service! Felt very welcoming. Now to the food! The cinnamon roll was very delicious! Not too sweet, had an apple tint to it, yet the bottom of it was a little tuff. The texture was great but the bottom of it was a surprise... and not the good kind. The flavors were amazing and the most of it was a nice texture! Next, the Tomahawk was a very interesting combination. I'd say it was odd and... passable. The sausage wasn't the best and neither was the egg, the quality just wasn't there in it (one of those fake, scrambled, non-fresh eggs). But the biscuit was to die for!! The jam wasn't my cup of tea but I'm sure lots would like it. Finally, the fried chicken!!! Absolutely wonderful. Was very flavorful and just left you wanting more and more! Crispy, tangy, and brought back memories of growing up in the south (grandmas fried chicken)! Would 100% recommend. Literally gross. Maybe I ordered the wrong things but there shouldn't be any "wrong items" to order on the menu. I got the strawberry shortcake and the amount of whipped cream and strawberry compote that filled the bowl was comical. Like I could barely see the biscuit. The compote was disgusting, sour and nasty. The biscuit was dry and dense. My grandma accompanied me and got the French toast biscuits. The bottom of the biscuits were completely charred, making it near impossible to cut off a piece to eat. When she finally did chisel out a bite, it was the same horrible review. Dry and dense. I couldn't believe it, and neither could my grandma. How does this place get so much foot traffic? It's literally nasty. The only reason I'm giving it two stars is bc the service was good. Absolute butt wholes of customer service, POV when it comes to bar service, staff is extremely under experienced when it comes to a full house. Food was mid and coffee was worse, in fact I would say cosmos pizza is cheaper and of higher quality. The food is great, but the prices are over the top. Don't feel a small jelly container should cost $0.99 and butter should cost $0.25. Don't think a person should have to get their own coffee, even with a chipped cup, when paying these prices. The place is so noisy, one can't hear the person sitting next to you. I've been frequenting several locations of this great restaurant. I was a the new location in Lone Tree recently and I was unimpressed with the service. The server appeared to have no interest in me as it appeared that he wanted to go back behind the bar to chat with the employee who was sitting at the bar. My Pizza was cold and dried out. I have eaten at other DBC locations and love them - so I was excited when this one opened closer to home. Unfortunately I never got to eat at this location due to a WAY off wait estimate. When we checked in the hostess told us the wait would be 30-45 min - so we waited for 45 minutes and then went back to see where we were in the queue and were told we were still 16 deep in the wait! So we left figuring it would be another 30-45 minutes for a table. Had we been told when we checked in the wait was an hour + ,we would have decided to eat elsewhere- which is fine. I just hated wasting 45 minutes waiting in their parking lot for a wait time that was actually closer to 1.5 hours. read more

Too pricey for biscuit sandwich! The taste was pretty good but you pay extra for fries.

It was ok. Gravy was so so. Mushroom gravy tasted like soup out of a can. I wouldn't go back. But it was busy so must have some appeal.

If there is one place to eat in Denver, it's here. By far the best meal I had in my trip. Be prepared, portions are HUGE.

I was so excited to have this added to my neighborhood. Visited last week and had amazing service! The cinnamon roll was amazing but as much as I wanted to love the biscuits and gravy, which I got the mushroom and the sausage, it was just meh. My guess is that it was under seasoned, but not sure. It was just a bit lack luster. We ordered biscuits to go today and the process was really easy, but again, the food was just meh.
