A student at the end of the school year was throwing rocks and one dinged mine, needless to say I wasn't a happy camper. When an officer recommended to find a PDR for the small quarter size ding, I was a bit skeptical but nonetheless started my search. I was then recommended Dent Terminator. I emailed a pic to Francisco and he quickly responded and fit me right in the very next day. Upon arriving to his shop in Brooklyn, I was professionally greeted by his crew, his son, and Francisco himself. He was very personable and informative. He personally assessed the quarter size ding and quoted me a very reasonable price. Francisco also told me about the shopping stores in the area etc. that I could check out instead of waiting the entire hour in the shop. I took his suggestions and found Marshalls. Anyway, Marshalls turned out far more overwhelming that traveling more than an hour to reach Francisco. However, I was so surprised to get a call from Francisco while waiting for almost 40 minutes in line at Marshalls at the 86th street store, to inform me that my car was ready for pickup. I was stunned at the fast service. I explained to him my dilemma that I was stuck in line at Marshalls and that I would get back to the shop as soon as I paid for my items. Well, what is a gal going to do but go shop! I stated that I was sorry for the delay, but, it was truly his fault for recommending Marshalls. We both got a good laugh out of it. After leaving the department store and walking back to his shop. I couldn't believe as I got closer to the shop and saw my vehicle, that the ding was completely gone! Vanished! Francisco is a true master of his craft! He's a gentleman and takes real pride in his work. He made me as a customer feel at ease and that everything would be taken care of and in a timely manner. Over the past weekend, was my very first visit to Dent Terminator (Francesco), and my very first visit to a PDR service mind you. From the researching and readings I was doing before arriving, I wasn't really skeptical as some other reviewers stated. And I must say, if you have any doubt of skepticism, squash it right now. There is absolutely nothing to be worried about. You are in great hands, and Dent Terminator (Francesco) delivered! There were two other guys at the time working on another vehicle, and they knew exactly what they were doing. Can't comment on their work, as I didn't see the end result. It was a bigger job than my dent on the passenger rear door, from some moron who didn't know how to open a door in a parking lot, along side another car. This is what you deal with in NYC... It's a given, so be warned, for all you people not familiar with NYC. I was in and out about 45 mins, but only because I arrived early. I would advise an appointment, as when work was being done on my car, another 5-6 cars were online. To get straight to the point, I would definitely recommend Dent Terminator. My dent was repaired to the point where it was exactly the way it looked out of the dealers lot. There is no way you would be able to find the dent. It's completely gone. I had the pleasure of discovering a ding on the left fender of my new vehicle. Looked like someone opened a door on it...in other words, New York stuff. Texted Francesco a picture and received a price range over the phone. Went down to the shop a few days later, and met him in person. He looked at the fender and gave me a reasonable price for the repair, which was well below the top of the range he had initially quoted. Left my car, and came back about an hour later upon being notified that it was ready. Could not figure out on which fender the ding had been on. It was repaired perfectly, for less than a third of what it would cost to do the whole fender at a body shop. If you have any car body dings/dents which would fall within your deductible if you were to go through insurance at a full-service body shop, he is your best bet! Very pleasant guy, and speaks fluent Italian, which was a cool plus in my book, as I speak it too, and was able to talk to him in Italian a little. The Dent Terminator staff are miracle workers! I made an appointment to see Francesco, but due to unforeseen circumstances at work, I arrived late. Despite his busy workday, Francesco still made time to evaluate my car damages with detailed explanation of the repairs. I had two dents above the bumper of my brand new car. I took it to an auto repair shop and was told that the repair would require a paint job. I would also have to leave my car at the shop for 3 to 4 days. Another auto repair shop refused to fix the dent without a paint job due to the complexity of the dents near the creases. However, Francesco and his team had no issues repairing the damages with no paint job necessary. They worked well past their closing time to fix it the same night and even buffed out a scratch that I had on the side of my car for free! Francesco and his colleague Samuele are the best. My new Subaru suffered a brutal shopping cart dent in the rear passenger door. About 4 inches of the panel was pushed in and there were three sharp dents within it, one worse than the next. I asked a paintless dent repairer I had used in the past, but he recommended that I have body work done. I brought it to Francesco. He did not promise perfection, but only that they would do their best. I expected to get most of the dent out and cover what was left with a molding. Francesco quoted me a fair price, so I left the car in the hands of his colleague Samuele. When I returned later that afternoon, I was amazed to see that Samuele had actually succeeded in removing the entire dent, including all 3 of the deep dings! No need for a molding. No insurance claim. No body work and painting that would have taken my car out of service for a week. And all within my insurance deductible. Francesco is a magician when it comes to removing dents. I recently noticed the front of my car was swiped that cause 3 dents and some scratches. Unfortunately the scratches are to deep to buff out but Francesco was able to remove about 95% of the dent damage. The car now looks so much better than before. I guarantee you will be amazed at the work he can do and how quickly he can do it. Francesco was able to repair my car in less than hour. I dropped the car off took a walk down 18th ave, got a coffee and walked back to the shop and my car was ready. The shop is in Brooklyn but for the quality of work Francesco provides it is worth the trip. Compared to the cost a collision shop wanted to repair the damage the fee here was very reasonable. I have been using Francesco's services for four years now and am amazed each time I bring my car to him for work. Today, he removed 3 dings, 1 from the hood and 2 from the roof. One of the roof ones was very deep. I was afraid that I was going to have to go to a body shop and have the ding filled and my whole roof repainted. I was thrilled when Francesco told me he could fix it. Francesco and his team are artists. They work with metal to massage it back to the correct shape so that any dents or dings are imperceptible. I had two dents on my car, they were both at least 3 inches in diameter and dent terminator (Francesco) removed both of them. One of the dents is 99% out. I could not tell where the original dent was without looking at previous photos I took. I say the dent is 99% gone because while vigorously studying the area the reflection of the paint looks slightly blurry. This is as good as it gets. On the other dent I had I would say is 95% out. Francesco told me he had a lot of trouble removing it. On this dent once again you can only tell there was a dent there from studying the area. I had a large tree branch that took out my rear window and let a huge dent in the roof of my car. Shopped around and came across the Dent Terminator and spoke to Francesco who offered a very reasonable price much less than a body shop. After speaking with Samuele who would work on the car, he insured me he would be able to do good job and bring it back to 90-95% with slight blemishes that wouldn't be noticeable. The Dent Terminator is as good as it gets in paint-less dent repair. I'm a car nut, and it's important to me not to have to do bodywork and repaint a factory finish. I currently own a Porsche Cayenne, and had a golf ball sized ding in the passenger door -- right on the body line. I honestly didn't think it could be removed.
