I received the written estimate from the insurance company & the information that it was going to be a total loss. It is an older vehicle, so although damage was not significant, they deemed it a write-off. We decided to retain the vehicle & fix it. Once the shop knew we were retaining the vehicle we received a voice message telling us the repairs would be more money than quoted as there was likely "more damage to the vehicle" that they didn't account for. I went in to discuss this matter with them. Chris, the guy I dealt with was rude, unprofessional & intimidating. He would not let the me speak, he stood from his chair, in an intimidating manner, as he yelled at me, (at one point one of the guys working in the back came out to ask what was going on) would not confirm how much more money the repairs would cost & in the end threatened to send me a bill for the estimate they did for the insurance company. When I told him I would be writing about my experience at their establishment on social media, he told me he would sue me for slander. I would not recommend this repair shop. They get a 1 because I cannot give them 0. We have taken our car elsewhere, needless to say.

When I picked up the car after repair, they had reused the badly damaged Nissan badge in the grille. Also, they had not installed fastening clips that secure the bumper to the wheel wells and underneath. When I took it back in, Jim said this should not have happened & fixed it. Some time later, their paint job on the bumper began peeling, also they had not matched the colour properly. Back it went to them again. I picked it up and some time later, I noticed the bumper was starting to fall off. Took it back and they played with the clips, but the bumper continues to come loose, begins to fall off. Enough of that; I took it elsewhere and it is now fixed properly. I will never go to them again.
