They are one of the CAA approved auto body repair shops in Toronto. I have had two small repairs and took both to their convenient location on Eastern Ave. The work was done as described and in the time expected. I find them very professional and would recommend them without hesitation for any type of auto body repair. Both times I went I only priced the job with them and both times I thought the price was a little high but since I didn't shop around I don't know if it was comparable to others. I like this business. They are a family run business and a local small business. They take pride in the work they do, which to me deserves repeat business. I left a significant dent to it as well as a pretty-good scrape to the paint. The dent measured about 5 inches in diameter. I also had a very small indentation on the car hood that was made from an unknown source. Just a dent (2 inches) and no paint issues. I received three quotes from three traditional auto body shops in the Toronto area including one recommended by my car mechanic of 30 years. They were all able to give estimates that were very similar ($1500-$1800) that would take about 15-18 hours to repair the damages. As a consumer, I could not understand why the estimates were so high and so much time was required. Yes, the bumper needed to be removed to be repainted. But having to replace all of the bolts, screws, etc.? So, I took a look at the industry where there was innovation. I found two companies, DentDoctor and AutoDent. DentDoctor (Leaside) said they could fix the bumper dent ($150) but couldn't do the work on the hood or repaint the bumper. They recommended that the work done at an autobody shop. AutoDent said no problem, $600 and done in two days. Marty (owner) and Alex were true to their word. Incredible craftsmanship. My wife was shocked at how beautiful the work was and how new the car looked. A minor car dent repair with inflated prices from the traditional auto body companies explains a great deal why insurance companies are stuck with increasing insurance premiums. AutoDent is great and worth every Loonie or Twoonie!

The owner called me in October to tell me my car was ready after almost 3 months. WE went to retrieve our vehicle. it was not ready! we had to wait 1 hour and some on a cold night and breathing the health hazard fume. I was informed that the car was ready, the car was filthy; on the way home about 5 minutes on the road my car died and the message was "limited performance" indicating a serious mechanical issue. My son and i were left stranded. I contacted Golden Mile right away, the answer i received was "i cannot help you, i am not a mechanic". We had to leave our car on the road til the next day. Until now, our car is still not repaired and has extensive mechanical issues. Golden mile charged me $6500. which they gladly accepted. It was a waste of time and money. WE took the car to a reputable mechanic, they were apauled to see the poor workmanship from Golden Mile Auto Collision, they saw that they attached the replacement parts with twist ties versus screws. They could not believe how bad the body work was done. I had put all my trust and good faith in Golden Mile Auto Collision just to be seriously disappointed. They failed to inform of the mechanical damages, moreover the workmanship was very poorly done. We used to be regular clients; In future, we will never access Golden Mile Auto Collision ever again, totally took away my trust and my money.

I brought in my 2025 Mercedes GLE Coupé for a very minor scratch on the rear bumper -- a small mark from my driveway. When I picked up the car three days later, I was honestly shocked. The bumper had been painted so poorly that it didn't match the rest of the vehicle at all. The paint job looked completely off and unprofessional. Despite this, I still paid the full amount. But I left very disappointed. I'm writing this review to warn others and to hopefully find a trustworthy place that can fix their mistake properly. Luxury cars deserve attention to detail -- unfortunately, I didn't find that here.
