Lots of service options to choose from, the work done is so articulate. I reached out and John was amazing made a very reasonable quote that my husband said "Done!" There times that they were available were always very reasonable (who is open till 7 pm on a Saturday? Thank you for that made doing other errands easier) Apparently Carl is the electronic specialist that actually installed my equipment. It is beautiful. It works great. I didn't even know that both cameras recorded at the same time and I can see everything they were wonderful to show me that everything worked before I left. I had my vehicle detailed Thursday at Jameson Place 10:30 appt. Here is my experience · Arrived 7:20 - no one there. (supposed to open at 7 AM) · Made another trip over to drop keys back before my appointment · Paid online and arranged to have keys left as security desk as your detailer was not working that afternoon. · Noticed a couple spots on the exterior that had been missed when I picked it up. Did not think much of it. · Gate card left on the dash, parking machine at exit said it was expired when I tried to exit the parking garage. Cause a lineup and had to wait for onsite parking staff to let me out. · On the way home noticed the inside of the windshield had not been cleaned. Had a look through the vehicle at home: · Dirty cup holders · Back carpet of the SUV still has loose debris, small amount of grass · sunroof not cleaned · Dusty dash, must have wiped then vacuumed? · Tailgate smudges on the chrome · No contact/feedback/customer care link on your website. I usually use the other downtown detailing service LeClercq. I have always had excellent experience there. The job at Reflections looks like one of my kids did the work. I drive an 2010 Acadia SUV…read morewhich I use daily and more often than not carry 4x8 foot sheets of drywall, plywood, lumber, cement bags, Christmas trees etc, etc.. because I have been doing some renovations to my place for a few years. It gets quite dirty but I vacuum often to try and maintain it. Over the course of the past few years the seats have become stained with coffee, yogurt, encrusted drywall dust from my dirty pants, and who knows what else. The rear sidewalls of the interior have been scratched up with drywall and plywood as I try to cram them in. I have tried everything to remove these white scuff marks with little success and I am anal (I've been told). To cut a long story short: I finally decided to get the seats shampooed and the interior cleaned professionally. I asked around and decided to give Diamond Shine a shot since they were close to my home. We settled on $200.00 to clean the interior and I was told to come back in about 4-5hours. Upon my return I can say I was BLOWN AWAY!!! The interior of my car looked as though it was brand new. Carpets and seats had been shampooed and vacuumed. They looked brand new. The dash and inside doors were not only clean but sparkling. The vent slats, cup holders, all the compartments between the seats and on doors, the hidden trunk in the back including the scratched up areas looked as good as the day it was new. They even cleaned all the rubber seals in the doors and also the inside door pillars. They lifted the hood to show me my engine compartment which was sparkling clean with all the dust and dirt removed. It looked showroom fresh! My glove compartment and hidden trunk had been emptied of all the junk one accumulates over the years and scrubbed clean. All the exterior plastic trim on the bumpers and doors which had faded over the years looked brand new. My tires and rims had been done as well. All of this was over and above what I had expected. I may be ranting a bit but seriously I will be back and will bring my wife's car in this coming spring. I may even return in the nicer weather to get my car waxed and the little scratches in the paint buffed out. Thank you Michael for going beyond my expectations. You do wonderful work.

Horrible!!! The lady, lily was so pushy! I just bought a…read more2003 pontiac aztek. It wasn't too dirty but I have kids and wanted it totally clean. Lily kept saying it was going to be sparkling clean! And she was going to have a surprise for me all for $200. I was so excited I dropped it off at 9:30 and said I'll be back at 2:30. I happened to be there a bit early and I was willing to wait. She was so upset I was early!! In the end the inside was clean but she said she didn't do the ceiling because I rushed her. They didn't even wash my car just rubbed wax on it and they didn't even run the wax in!! I can see the dead bugs on my sunroof! The only reason there's even a star is because I have to in order to write this review.
