Jeff is not only super professional and knowledgeable, but he also takes the time to make sure you understand exactly what you're getting. He showed me the different levels and grades of tinting materials, explained the differences, and helped me understand the percentage of coverage and how each option would look on my car. After discussing everything with him, I felt very confident about the tint I chose. I knew my car was in good and professional hands, and the final result did not disappoint! If you're thinking about getting your windows tinted, I highly recommend Jeff and his team, they also offer other auto services such as car audio, rear-camera installation! Great service, great quality, and a beautiful result!

Getting a tint applied on your vehicle can be nerve-wracking but Audio Heaven has you covered!…read more I researched several places and felt more comfortable with the conversations I had with Jeff and his son, along with the rave reviews on several websites. Getting an appointment at "my" convenience was a breeze, and Jeff walked around and inspected my vehicle prior to the process. He will notice any minor scratches or imperfections, and point them out. The waiting room is clean and comfy, with Netflix and free WiFi. The process took just under 2 hours. After the tint, Jeff walked around my vehicle, explaining the maintenance. You should leave the windows up for 5-7 days. There was a bit of a hazy coating on the windows, which Jeff said would disappear, and it did. My concerns were bubbles, but the tint was flawless! No bubbles found! He even introduced me to the team member who did the tint, and brought me behind the scenes to explain the process. I also received a call from Heather 6 days later to see if I was satisfied, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend Audio Heaven if you need a tint job. Jeff also installs dash cams, car audio, and other services.

He had his first Tesla done from their old location and just recently had his 2nd Tesla done at the new location here in Richmond Hill. My wife made a lot of inquiries and spoke to Daniel, Joe, and Dishon. All of whom we find very professional and helpful. In fact, his entire crew was very courteous and provided us details whenever we had questions. Being our first time in having PPF done on a car, they understood what we needed and explained the process. We felt so comfortable that we've decided to have them do the full body exterior PPF with Xpel, and added the infusion exterior and interior (ceramic coating). The car looks amazing! I initially wanted the Satin PPF, but this is way better, because its wet and shiny look. I should also add that during our wait (6 days - we were in no rush), we bought the Tux Mat for the car, and asked them if they can put it in for us. With no hesitation they agreed, and mind you those mats takes time to install! A few weeks later I went back because I bought a spoiler and didn't want to install it myself since the car was already ceramic coated I've asked if they can help me prepare the body and install the spoiler for us. Again, they didn't hesitate and was happy to go the extra mile and have it PPF and install it for me too! AMP Motorsports before and after service was top notch! Starting from Daniel, to Dishon and the rest of the team they were professional to the point! I would refer all my friends and family here if they need to get PPF or auto detailing done.

BOTTOM LINE: Trust worthy, detail-oriented, and fantastic customer service!…read more I've been going to Steven at Elevated Auto for a few years dating back to when they were in Markham. Their new shop in Stouffville is quite a bit larger, and although it's farther for me to get to, I still make the trek because it's one of the few places I'd fully trust to take care of my vehicle. There are many PPF shops in the GTA but only a handful where you truly get staff with the experience and skill for seamless PPF installation, including bespoke pieces where the usual template cut-outs just don't fit as well. They also provide ceramic coating for the chassis, wheels, and calipers, tinting services, and dash-cam installation. On occasion, I've had them look into some custom installations (e.g., front plate magnet mount), which were done incredibly well and professionally. And speaking of professionalism, Steven has always stood behind his installations and his standards are very high. As with any PPF installations, things can shift and loosen after it settles (even months after install), and he has always taken the time to make it right again. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Elevated Auto for any of your vehicle cosmetic needs!

Another time I had Rex fix PPF on my bumper when a rock hit it when I was driving it tore through the PPF but my bumper was safe.
