I purchased the deal thinking I was going to get a half decent interior and exterior cleaning. I have heard of these mobile-detailing companies I figure I try one out. On their website they mention they bring everything with them so figure they had their own vacuum cleaners and stuff they needed to clean the car. It was to my dismay when they arrived 45 minutes late they asked for power and water source, and then proceeded to use old shop vac in my garage. I thought they may have special tools to clean cars with but I was wrong. I was working at the time so I did not get to see the whole job until I was finished work. I have to say I was not impressed. They told me that my carpet needed a shampoo and it costed 20 bucks a corner just within the drivers seat area! I declined that offer. When they left, I noticed that the lower half of my car had more dirt on it then before it got washed. when I looked around the car, I noticed that the two wheels on the passenger side were completely neglected. I gave feedback to the owner who told me that car-detailing was a "dubious" term that social networking sites like LivingSocial use and he cannot claim any responsibility. I politely asked him if there was anything he could do to make things right and he said there was nothing he can do. If you are looking for detailer/car washer that does a good cleaning and stands by their work you might want not want to go to these guys.

Their booking procedure is a little wonky but easy enough to figure out as they have plenty of last minute availabilities online. We booked it and went in, they do need to see the car before giving you an exact cost- but it was pretty accurate with the online prices. We got the silver package with add on dog hair removal. My car had SO MUCH dog hair everywhere and just sand from the beach in the mats and cracks. We actually asked them to clean the dog hammock (that goes over the back seat) as well since one you remove the hammock the seats were actually quite clean having hardly been sat on. I didn't know what to expect picking it up, but I have to say I was thoroughly and pleasantly surprised! They did an AWESOME job, they were friendly, quick, and it was how much we were quoted. Would definitely come back- I truly have no clue why the reviews are so bad!!

Went there yesterday for a car wash and picked the premium package which runs about $60 including…read moretaxes. There was a pretty big lineup but they were getting though the line pretty fast. It's supposed to include complete cleaning including shampooing the mats. The overall cleaning was good, but they did miss a couple of spots on the mat. On checking, I let them know and they immediately took it out and cleaned it. They also wrapped the wet mats in plastic to put in the trunk and gave us paper mats as well, which was great! I wish the waiting area was a little better because the seats were really dirty and the space smelled really mouldy and dirty. Would come back, but make sure you check everything before you leave and let the cleaners know if something has been missed.

North in Brampton…read more I paid approximately $64 taxes included for the Works Plus package, which included both exterior and interior cleaning of my truck. After leaving, I stopped at a gas station and inspected the truck more closely. I immediately noticed fresh scratches on the plastic trim at the top of the dashboard above the steering wheel. This is a very tight area to clean, and based on where the scratches are located, it appears something such as a bracelet, metal bangle, or contaminated cleaning cloth may have rubbed against the plastic while the dashboard or windshield area was being wiped. My truck is new, with protective plastic still remaining on some interior panels, and I am extremely meticulous about the condition of my vehicles. I am confident these marks were not there before the cleaning. I returned and spoke with the manager/owner expecting the situation to at least be taken seriously. Instead, he immediately denied that his staff could have caused the damage, argued that the scratches must have already been there, and ultimately walked away without offering any solution or taking responsibility. Mistakes can happen when detailing vehicles. What bothered me most was how the situation was handled afterward. If a customer is bringing forward damage immediately after receiving a service, I would expect the concern to be properly inspected and handled professionally rather than simply dismissed. Based on my experience, I would not trust this location with a high-end or newer vehicle. If damage occurs, my experience suggests you may have a difficult time getting management to acknowledge or address it.

Today, this was my experience: 1. The owner reprimanded me for picking up my car 20 minutes later than what his employee had told me. I have been going here for a long time and it was never an issue before, in fact I've had to wait extra time and that is why I took some time. Also, the owner of the car wash is also the owner of the other business on the premises, which shares the parking lot, so I'm not sure why he was freaking out. Also, I was the only customer at the car wash, so again, not sure why he made such a big stink out of this. 2. When I drove my car, I noticed that it was filthy in between the seats. And the trunk. So, while he had been complaining that I had taken too long to retrieve my vehicle, I had been right to wait. Instead of trying to unload my car quickly, he should have checked that it had been cleaned properly. I went back and told him this and he was argumentative. 3. I began to drive away again only to notice that yet again, the car remained dirty, as if no one had bothered to vacuum it. I mentioned to him again that if he hadn't been in such a hurry, perhaps he could've done a better job--the job I paid him for. The owner was beyond rude. He didn't offer any apology. He was so upset over waiting a few extra minutes, but because of his incompetence, I ended up wasting much more than that. Never again. This place sucks and the owner is rude. The owner will tell you that this is the best place in Toronto, but if you look at the other reviews, you'll see that there are a lot of people who can disprove this statement.
