After continued disappointment from this vendor, the legacy continues. He posted my personal information on a public forum. And I felt that it was necessary to complain to the BBB - people have the right to know about bad experiences. In this case, not only was my situation not remedied, the vendor decided to post personal details about me online. Another good reason not to visit, if you have a negative experience. I have been a long time customer of Vosier. I have been bringing my car here for service and other jobs that would have cost me twice the price at the dealer. From purchasing new tires and rims to having aftermarket HID headlights installed to just needing a reasonably priced synthetic oilchange, Vosier is always my shop of choice. I am very selective when it comes to trusting an autoshop, but my bmw 335i has always been well taken care of and Dave always seems to go the extra mile to ensure I leave a satisfied customer. There have been many times where I have needed service done and he has gotten it done the same or next day as opposed to the bmw dealer which would always have at least a 3 day waiting list. I highly recommend Vosier and have sent many of my friends and family there. Their prices and service keep me coming back. I currently store my tires with Vosier and they offer reasonable storage and tire change service. I will be returning next week to get my winter tires and rims changed. Voiser has exceptional customer service! I live at 19th and Bayview and Dave and his team took the time to deliver my vehicle to me when I couldent make it out to Pickering! Why did I go to Pickering in the first place you may ask? Purely by referral (thought I'd give them a try since so many other before had failed to address my concerns) I'm shocked to see that one person has put a negative comment/review on here and all the good ones have been filtered. Really disappointed with this company. Known the owner for quite a few years and was completely appalled by the lack of "Customer Service" i received by them. First incident came when I requested an oil change. The "owner" first quoted me a ridiculous price then when I agreed to the terms, he changed the date and time of the appointment constantly. Not a big deal right? only a oil change right? well it didnt seem that way. Especially for something as simple as a oil change. Needless to say, i went with a different mechanic to get such a simple task done. Then more issues arise where i seek help from Vosier again. Again, I get the exact same "customer service" experience. After overpricing, excuses and just bad business..i again decided to take my vehicle elsewhere. Lets just say I never dialed (nor will I ever) Vosier number again...nor do i plan to. Lets get something very clear, im not mad..just disappointed. I had high hopes for Vosier when it first came out. I was a fan. But after constant excuses, overpricing and just straight out "you arent driving a BMW/Mercedes therefore Im not giving you the type of service you want" attitude, i gave up. The guys at Vosier need to focus on all the little guys in the business. Not everyone is driving a Porsche or BMW or Mercedes. We get you want to be the next "high level" automotive shop but you MUST treat every single person like they're driving a luxury vehicle then. Dont treat them like crap. In a nutshell, if your friends with the owner..you'll get pretty good service. If you are acquaintances with the owner...you'll get moderate service. If you dont know the owner at all...watch out! Unless your driving an expensive vehicle then im sure dollar signs light up and you'll get the best of the best. Do your research and ask around. I drive a 2003 Nissan 350z and live in downtown Toronto. All my service (from oil changes to larger jobs like a clutch and flywheel) is done with Vosier and the car drives like a dream. I saved money using Vosier on my clutch job because they presented aftermarket options, whereas Nissan would not. The clutch alone resulted in a $2000 savings. Even though they are in Pickering, they offer a pick-up and drop-off service which I make use of. I have 2 jobs and this really makes my life easier. I trust Vosier and have never had a problem of any kind. read more

Let's just get down to business. I bought my first car at the age of 16 with my G1 license, I waited patiently until I got my full license to be able to drive my first car. I have since then owned 5 vehicles, so I pride myself in taking great care for my cars. Being a female, mechanics are quick to overcharge me or "fix" things that don't need fixing. Vosier is NOT one of those places. Dave has treated me with the utmost respect and been professional in all aspects. I have been going to Vosier for a few years and will NOT go anywhere else. He fixes what needs to be fixed in a timely manner. He often go above and beyond to make sure I am a happy customer when I leave his shop in my car. He is always concerned about safety and that's why I keep coming back. He is always available when it comes to advice about cars. I often text him to inquire about rims, tires and makes of cars when I'm ready to trade in and am looking for a new to me car. Not only is he my trustworthy mechanic, he has also become a good friend. He always charges me a reasonable price and gives me options of what parts I can use and afford. He also explains in great detail how he fixed what he fixed so I have a better understand of how a car functions. All in All, Vosier is a great place to bring your car and the pick up drop off service has come in handy. read more

Honda Civic 2000 CX (CX was the lowest you could go. POWER NOTHING.) Hatchback. Normal car age problems...Fixed by Vosier Autosport Suzy the Suzuki SX4 2007. Again, maintained and taken care of by Vosier Autosport. Just gonna add my opinion here because..I CAN. Hard to take this person seriously. FIRST she's saying her Turbo "GRENDADED". Somewhere else she writes that her Engine "GRENDADED". Which one is it? Or is it "G-R-E-N-A-D-E-D"? What's next? Is it the steering wheel that's going to be GREN-DADED? Maybe it will be the stop light that's going to be GREN-DADED in GRANADA. If you haven't got it by now...Again, hard to take your joke of a review seriously when your "Story Time" isn't consistent. I'm giving the Vosier Team a 4.5 (I CLICKED 5 because no 4.5) star...WHY? Because no matter how good they are. 5 stars. Vosier always treats me very well and I feel comfortable not only bringing my car in, but also just calling for advice. I don't know why all the 5 star ratings are being filtered, as they all share the same sentiment that I do. I get treated better at Vosier than I do at any of my local Lincoln dealers. You would figure that going to a luxury dealership would give you that luxurious feeling, but it's quite the opposite. In fact, the only time my car gets washed and delivered is from Vosier. I don't get that treatment from any dealer. As a former mechanic myself, I evaluate my automotive experiences differently. Vosier respects their customers and they go beyond what you would expect them to do. I just want to respond to Faye C.'s review. Your turbo will not "Grenade" from a timing belt and water pump change. If you were able to drive off the lot, the job was done right. Also, your oil pressure will not be affected by any simple oil change. Yes, you had unfortunate circumstances, but that's just what they were. Circumstances. Your oil pump failed and the turbo suffered. It had nothing to do with the work you said was done. Also, to ask Vosier to look at your car while it is at a dealership is asking a little much. Any other shop would tell you that you need to tow it in so they can look at it. Dealers too. I see Vosier's response that it was on a Sunday morning also. Why would you even think of calling on a Sunday morning when automotive shops are closed? I think they did you a favour by even answering the phone! In response to Disappointed L.'s review: I find your review so vague and generalized that I question whether you even had service done, or if you have a personal grudge that changed your friendship with the owner. You give no specifics other than general "customer service". And the fact that you are blasting Dave on a personal level, anonymously, with no intention of giving the opportunity for recourse shows how cowardly you really are. I Don't know who you are, but I'm sure you are not in my circle of friends. And for that I am personally relieved. I wouldn't want you as a friend. To sum it up, Vosier is the one place I recommend for "Better-than-dealer" treatment. They treat me courteously and with respect. I took my 2003 Corolla in for an oil change. I was early so the owner personally dropped me off (in his personal vehicle) at the mall so that I can run some errands. He picked me up when both the car and I were done. And to my surprise, the car was washed! He even fastened a loose fender liner for me. Great customer service! Going beyond what was expected. I went online to get the company's phone number and was really surprised to see negative reviews popping up in the google search. I have referred a number of people to Vosier and again, no complaints. I know that some of my friends have gone back several times. I am a customer of Vosier and have been since they opened. I trust no one else to work on my car. Dave not only makes you feel comfortable being in the shop, he makes you feel like your family. He takes the time to explain what needs to be done to your car and is more than fair on his price. Dave goes far and beyond what you would expect of a mechanic and an owner. When I had concerns about my car, I called him from work and he willingly came down to North York just to take a look at the car and to make sure that it was safe for me to drive. You will not find any other mechanic like him.
