My car was in a stupid accident and the front was mangled like a pretzel. I was emotional and knew it was going to put a dent in my pocketbook, from the moment I drove onto the lot I was taken care of like family. Tony made me a cappuccino while I processed everything. They said they gonna order all the parts with in 4-5 days and give me a call back when the part is here. But end up nobody called me until two weeks have passed. I called them and they said the part was here last week.......lol Then I dropped off my car after two weeks. And it takes me 3.5 weeks until now I called them, they just put me on hold for 30 mins. I called back and they said they need one more week for the repair. What the f**k is going on ?

The one at the front desk rude and uncaring and not helpful at all. In the end they didnt put an alignment on the original quote and didnt care to contact my insurance to get it done so now I am driving around with alignment all off. It's winter time, and you're probably looking for an auto-body place to go to after a few slips,…read moreslides,and crashes. Keep looking, because this isn't the place. Tip Top was not my choice; I was referred here by my insurance company after I was T-boned by another driver. See photos of their work on my car. I was quoted $1,900+ to fix the back quarter dent and then to re-paint. When I got the car back, the paint job didn't look like it was completed and there was a definite line of demarcation between where they had polished and hadn't. It was as if they'd suddenly decided to stop polishing the paint job and weren't going to do anymore. The incomplete job looked like the car had a different back quarter, because of the difference in the paint job. When I asked them about it, they said there was nothing further they would do; that was all they promised for $1,900+. When I took the car to another auto body shop for their opinion, the other owner just shook his head and said that this was a sloppy job that no professional in his field would have done. Oh, and there was a still a faint visibility of the dent. The sloppy return of the car also had yellow tape still attached to the underside, as if Tip Top couldn't be even be bothered to properly remove all the tape and markers before returning the car to its owner. And it came two days later than promised (and no phone call to explain--I had to call them and ask, "So, what's up?") No reason at all to recommend this place. None.

Hey folks - this is my go-to spot for auto body repairs…read more Joe and team always look after me -- they do the job for the price they promise and they do it in the time they promise. We had some scratches on a back door and a good scrape on the front bumper. I went in and Joe looked it over, and he gave me two prices, best case and worse case. He said 2 to 3 days to fix. They fixed it in 2 days -- closer to the best case price, cannot even tell there was anything ever done -- looks just like brand new again -- Thanks Joe! BTW they also fixed the car when some guy backed into our bumper and made a real mess. They are reasonable, up front and do a great job. Don't be afraid to come here -- they will look after you "right"!! (BTW they are recommended by a number of insurance companies included TD Insurance -- maybe for a good reason!!! :-) ).
