Said the paint needed time to dry and settle. I have overspray on my lights, splotchy paint on my bumper and my co-workers repair is starting to yellow. To make it worse, he provides a price then pressures you to also tip on-top of the service. We've tried multiple times to connect with him and sent pictures. This guy is a joke. He ruined my front and back bumper sanding and "SPRAY" painting my car. He also screwed up my trunk worse than what is was; the overspray was horrible. He got paint all inside my front grill, and the overspray on my trunk went all the way up to the back window. I also had overspray inside my trunk which was unbelievable. He charged me $300 and after he did the work told me he only accepted Zelle. I had no way of getting my money back. David is a true SCAM artist. I took my car to the dealership after his shotty work, and it's gong to cost me $6000 to repair the damage. He ruined both bumpers, and it is cost prohibitive to repair them. Dent Pro's is a mobile dent repair scam. Beware of a dark gray SUV with Texas license plate JSK 9195. On vehicle advertising "FREE ESTIMATES 512-985-8009" on rear and sides - also "All work done on site, We come to you, Plastic bumper repair, dents and scratches". The name of the person I was dealing with is David White and his email address is davidjoeys21@icloud.com. We noticed this SUV driving and called the number. They responded quickly and were friendly and seemed to know what they were doing with what seemed to be a fair price to repair our bumper, and miscellaneous scratches and dents. He insisted on cash and urged us to call bank so that he received payment immediately - we used Zelle. They offered a verbal guarantee of 6 years. After the paint dried it looked terrible with an orange peel effect and rough over spray. We made several attempts to get it fixed with no luck. This is a scam - stay clear. read more

Whatever you do don't use Dent pro's. I hired them to repair my car back in June of 2019. The owner David White, was working on some cars and soliciting business in my parking garage. He said he could repair my car in one day- I had a scratch on my door and a dent on my back fender and a scratch on my passenger side mirror. I paid upfront which they asked me to do. I thought this guy was credible because a maintenance worker at my apartment referred him and so many other tenants were hang dent Pro's as well. They did the bonding - but the paint didn't match. The owner told me if I wasn't satisfied with the job to let them know and they'd fix it the next day, but he said I needed to wait for everything to dry for 24 hrs. I did so but the paint still didn't match. The white paint color they used was wrong and they also got spray on my window and other areas of my car. I contacted them to fix it which he said he would do after the 4rth of July holiday because they had to purchase white paint for my Land Rover and it would take a few days to get in. I reached out several times and he never responded to me. Finally Three weeks later he was still giving my the run around after giving him multiple opportunities to fix my car. I had to tell him I would more than likely take him to small claims court. I contacted my lawyer and my Lawyer said for me to give him another opportunity to fix my car which I' did and the owner agreed to. We agreed to a time and a date and I met him at the location which was a 711 and he and three other guys met me there which was intimidating and unsafe as a female. He had agreed to fix it but when I met him he basically said he wasn't going to fix it and would give me my money back in monthly payments of $50 a month. I said that's it what we agreed to. And I told him that his word meant nothing to me because he had already told me several times he would fix my car and he never did. He said the best he could do was to pay me back monthly payments , and I told him that wouldn't work because I didn't trust his word at this point . All I wanted was to have my car fixed. I have moved forward with my lawyers and will be taking them to small claims court I had a police officer come to my residency after all this and file a police report as well. Everything is ready for court and I reached out to the owner one last time last week out of the goodness of my heart because I felt the owner was a family man and I didn't want to go after the only way he supports his family and I gave him an opportunity to make things right before taking him to court. He said I could call him and we could talk. I texted and left a voicemail and haven't heard anything back from him. This man and his company has zero integrity or ethics. Don't use these guys. Gave us a quote for repair and upon arrival wanted to double the price due to paint. Keep in mind I have text where the company confirmed price with paint included but wouldn't honor the quote. Not a good look for the company and will give our business to someone else. read more

I've been super busy and hadn't had time to get my car repaired after a minor accident I had a few weeks ago. David rolled up next to me at a stop light and, seeing my damaged car, asked if I was looking to get it fixed.
