Do not bring your vehicle here. They will butcher it and it will be worse than before you let them work on it. I paid them to replace and paint the door on my truck. They put on a door from a different model and then butchered it and my wiring harness to make it sort of work. They spliced the window motor on the replacement door directly to the harness so that you have to undo their electrical tape and re-twist the wires together if you need to replace the motor? And it's wired fucking backwards. Nobody even checked. So now I have to recover my money from these assholes so I can get it fixed right by people who know what the fuck they're doing. read more

This body shop is super shady. I had my car transferred here after an auto accident. Bobby was insistent that he was a better choice than the body shop of the tow company. Unfortunately he is just greedy, irresponsible and childish. My car was totaled and he said he would dispose of the car. Several months later I got a Txtag Bill for my plates going through a toll on SH130! I asked him for my plates and he said that he threw them away, after first telling me that the car didn't come with them. I sent him a title transfer so that he could legally part out the car and he refused to sign it. He comes across as super flowery and friendly, but he's really just greedy and irresponsible. He told me that I was giving him a headache, asking for the license plates and that he was going to have to go to the hospital for it, then blocked me. Absolutely the worst work I have ever seen. I decided to go with a small body shop vs Caliper Collision after hail and a wreck damaged my 2018 Dodge ram. This was covered by my ins. I was told the parts would be new, they were salvaged parts, the paint has not been buffed, swirl marks everywhere. They used body filler instead of replacement. Complete garbage. The paint is already failing. Bubbles on the bondo. Now I'm stuck with a $30,000 truck that looks like crap. I expressed my dissatisfaction and was told to go "F" myself. He's a liar, and a thief. DO NOT COME HERE. brought my girlfriends toyota here for some minor body work after a slight collision, insurance company was already causing stress with the repair and our work schedules made us only available on Saturdays and this body shop is one of few open then so we took the long shot and drove 30 minutes just to get an estimate completed for the insurance, fast forward 2 weeks and we haven't heard from insurance or the body shop once without reaching out ourselves to try and get a time estimate. Sal himself constantly said he was waiting on insurance too approve the repairs then he would get started? not sure where he got the okay to do any work but we were fine with it being done seeing as it had been close to a month since the accident and we were tired of the stress. the car was dropped off too him with no check engine light or major damage besides the front end frame and upon being picked immediately we noticed the windshield was now cracked. already frustrated we told sal and he said we could take the car and he would contact us and make it right. we thought this was responsible but upon taking the car home the check engine light and the maintenance light came on? strange so i took it up to my own shop and ran the codes and to no surprise it came back with 12 all for the evap system being destroyed. i understand this probably wasn't all from him but for it too not show before and then after the work 12 codes all at once. at this point i thought it was reasonable to not want his team doing work on the car anymore so we contacted him about it and he just denied ever touching the engine at all and now would say "maybe we cracked the windshield" removing all responsibility from himself, we then asked if we could take it somewhere else and have them bill him and he said no because he has his own guy for windshields? Sorry but if that doesn't sound sketchy i don't know what does. as a last resort we brought up the possibility of court and he immediately became unfriendly and upset saying for us to "go ahead and do it" because he tried to be "nice"? not sure how any of that was nice or a good business model but i should have noticed when the shop was run from a garage with parts sitting outside in the elements constantly. Wouldn't send anyone here ever unless they want to come back again and again for new issues. like another review said don't listen to the 5 star reviews they're most likely friends of sal or fake accounts this business isn't to be trusted edit:forgot to mention the brand new wiper blades i had just put on we're now upside down on the arms and looked like they had been forced on too the easiest to install wiper blade. read more

Elder Abuse! Approached my father at heb telling him he could fix the scratches on his car. He takes the car to have it fixed and the spray paint it black after polishing off the paint transfer from the scrapes. Problem is the car is charcoal gray. Now the car looks awful! This has literally been the most unprofessional experience I have EVER HAD with ANY BODYSHOP!!! I initially was sold a dream with the costs and expectations of what's to be done to FIRST be called and told that my cars parts were much too expensive for what I was initially quoted AND THEN after agreeing to a payment plan for the additional costs that he didn't anticipate(which let's get it straight, you pulled up to a FULL SIZE FOREIGN VEHICLE, making assumptions that you couldn't keep), he then comes back and tells me that he won't do a payment plan after he already completed repairs on my car and now I'm stuck out of luck without my car because he doesn't remember the conversation he agreed to. I told him THEN that I wouldn't have brought my car to him in the first place had he not quoted me the price he quoted me and he agreed to the payment plan and now all of a sudden, all funds are needed upfront. And then all of a sudden, it's only cash that he takes. That is absolutely absurd that you are a fully functioning business in 2022 that does not take cards. He lied about who I was initially talking to, deviated from the initial quote I was given, rose his voice at me, hung up in My face multiple times, switched up all the initial agreed procedures and then tried to say that I'm giving him a hard time because I'm not okay with the predatory business tactics he has and is now holding my car hostage because he can't remember what he Agreed to. Other places were quoting me$400 labor and then I would have to buy the bumper and tail light out of pocket since I was looking to do private pay. If you want a bait and switch, this is the place for it! Let's go into the whole story so you can understand why my husband and I are pissed. We originally met Bobby because he saw some damage on the side of our car that hadn't been fixed yet and he had us pull over to chat. He told us he would drop the deductible and fix it for us. Awesome. Well life happens and I am a student so I didn't really get a chance to take it in until we ended up driving over some debris that was left in the road that tore up the underside of our car. So we call our insurance and then talk to Bobby and let him know what happened. He comes out to inspect the car. We told him EXPLICITLY to not worry about the side damage and that it was a different claim, we would take care of it later. The bumper and the underside is all he needs to worry about right now. So he told us he would still give us the same deal and get our car towed to his place. So we get it towed and the adjuster comes out up there and pays him. All seems good. Until he calls us a day or two later. He says he won't make any money off of it so now we need to pay the deductible. Well, Bobby, we say, didn't you already deposit the money our insurance gave you? And he says yes. Strike one and two, right there. How dare you deposit the money AND THEN try to say you won't make any money so now you want the deductible? You knew before you deposited the money! If you were going to have to call us about the deductible, you should have done it before you deposited the money. You were trying to grab us by our balls in the hopes that we would just say, 'okay, here's some more money that we were told we wouldn't have to pay.' So we try to work something out to try to make sure he gets some money off of it. We call our insurance to try to get something worked out so he can also do the side damage so that maybe he makes something off of it, cause at this point we're both upset, and can't pay the deductible. It was the whole reason we came to him in the first place. Our insurance starts giving us the runaround and before anything is figured out, Bobby texts us saying the car is done. Well... we still don't have the money he wanted so we reiterate to him that we're trying to talk to the insurance about the side damage. This is a back and forth that happens quite a bit over the next few days until he contacts our Adjuster to tell him 'I can't get in contact with them'. BS Bobby. You had been in contact with us the whole time. So yesterday, he texts us to say 'What can I do to get you to pick up your car.'... Well, Bobby, you can drop the whole thing about the money we weren't supposed to pay from the get go. So we tell him and then he simply asks when we can pick up the car so we go after I get out of class to pick it up. This guy didn't even fix the bumper. He made sure it was attached, kinda, but even told us not to bump it. We told you it was part of the damages you were supposed to fix. Strike three. Beyond that, he kept trying to make it out like it was on us. 'I was under the impression I was also fixing the side, that's why I said I would do it', he kept saying this and other similar things to my husband who is far too nice to really say anything back until I stated, 'we told you explicitly to only worry about the damage on the bottom and the bumper.' at which point he tried to back off a little and said, with a shrug, 'miscommunication.' Miscommunication my butt. You knew what you were doing and it is deceptive business practice, my friend. LIED about deal, tried to MANIPULATE us, and didn't even FINISH fixing the car. Yeah, we're more than upset. Before I saw the bumper I told myself that my 'thanks' would be not leaving a review after all the crap he put us through, but seeing that on top of all that he didn't even fix one of the things we told him specifically TO fix, he's getting this terrible review as his first review for his shop. read more

May not do good work, but he's slow I noticed a few positive reviews somewhere, but these must have been close friends. Run, don't walk away from this place! I dropped my car off here after an accident mainly because he was open on Saturday while other more reputable places weren't. That must have been the only time he was actually there though because I've driven 3 times I drove 30 minutes out of my way to get to "the shop" only to find he couldn't make it. He apparently doesn't actually work at the shop. He just rents some empty space next to the building that looks like a shop. He has a sign that says he can "pay your deductible," so it sounded like I could get a better deal than other places, but he cut every corner he possibly could, and still charged MORE than the other guys. When he said the car was ready, there wasn't a single thing that was done completely: 1)half the panels weren't painted 2)there was rust on the "new" parts 3)none of the panels were completely attached 4)the wiper fluid still leaked I returned the car to him and asked if he could complete the work. He was frustrated and gave me a run around and complained about "stupid customers." At some point he even asked me "why did I bring the work to him??" Don't worry buddy. This is not a trustworthy "business", get ready to read some fun, sleezy tactics: My fiance got dinged and got a quote to come to our house and fix it for $400. After already doing work on the car, they then said they would have to charge more to repaint the car. A reputable business would have warned of possible, not to mention impending, future charges before starting work, but their manipulative practice seems to get customers stuck so that they have to pay more. Bobby said they would come back out to us to repaint, but only charge for the labor and not the paint. We try to schedule the repaint then, but he had to check his schedule back at the shop. My fiance then called to schedule at least 6 times over a few weeks, but they were too busy. Too busy to finish a job they already started because they were getting new jobs? When we were finally able to schedule, my fiance was told that they wouldn't actually come out to us, he would have to bring his car to them. Then after the appointment was scheduled, Bobby doubled the quote we were given so that he could pay for the paint he said he wasn't going to charge us for. The owner at Ultimate Body shop is horrible. His nephew showed up at my house before I was even ready to have my car repaired after my accident promising me no deductible. After I read the reviews here and other search engines I decided to take my car in. After the first conversation with the owner I felt a little nervous because he said that the damage was not that big and I would have to pay half my deductible unless he could find some ways to inflate the actual costs to the insurance company. He then proceeded to "fix" my car by ordering the wrong make/model parts and then placing them on my car. He then sat there and tried to convince me that the part he put on was the right one when it clearly was not.I told him order the part and please fix it and he refused. We ended up calling the police and the police officer informed us that there were 4 other reports of him doing the same thing to other customers. One of the other workers there informed us while the officer was there that the owner of Ultimate Body Shop just rents a part of the back parking lot, he owns nothing but the name. He is a scam this business is a scam! Run far away from this place! I wish I could post pictures of the damage that was further caused to my car while in his possession and post pictures of the parts he installed...my car looks horrible and now I am out the money he stole from me and the costs I am now going to have to pay to repair the mess this person created! read more

I learned about them when I get a knock at our front door. Guy and his brother (sorry I didn't get their name) was driving around and noticed the side bumper of my car caved it and a small piece sticking out. We negotiated a fair price to get it repaired and he did the job right there and then; Outside the front of my house. Took him about 10-15 minutes to finish job and looks good as new! So happy to have them fix it so quickly and ironically the perfect day when they asked. I had been wanting to get this done. Great job! I'm happy! read more

Don't go there. Idc what the other reviews says. This company is bullshit. I had a small crack in the front and my right headlight was loose from the accident. It's started off great. He waived my deductible so I thought this is great. Then it turned to shit. He had my car 21 days when he said it would be 10. I expected a delay would happen, but he doesn't update you until you ask. He lied and said the rain damaged my paint job and I drove by and he had not even started the car. Once I got the back it looked great, but he needed to replace my light bulb. I was so over working with them I went and tried to just buy the light. Once we opened the hood everything was exposed. He spray painted my radiator bar (idk if that's the right name) and tried to say he replaced it, but my brackets are attached to the bar and my right headlight that was damaged was hanging on by a Phillips screw instead of a bolt and was still broke. Now he wants me to give him my car again to replace the parts he should have replaced in the first place after having it for 21 days!!!! I do not recommend them to anyone who has one car because he drags the process as far as he can and examine everything that he says he has done because they are all liars that work there.
