We had several thousand dollars worth of work done on our very old 2005 Dodge Durango. It needed a variety of things done the biggest ticket items being the air conditioning, along with many battery problems that once we got the vehicle back had not been corrected. The air conditioning items that had been installed lasted for 2 days. When we took our vehicle back the solution offered was to put a new ac compressor in which would be another 2+K$$$ I feel we were "taken to the cleaners". I'm so disappointed. We prefer to support local business but now my thoughts it shifted to buyer beware.

He insisted on charging me $75 to "diagnose" it himself, only come back with the same information I had already told him. Total waste of money. Then he claimed two parts needed replacing - one of which had already been replaced recently. He brushed it off as "defective" and said he'd change it out so the check engine light would turn off. It didn't. Not even close. Next, he said I needed yet another part that I'd have to hunt down myself at a junkyard or eBay. When I asked him - the mechanic - to get the part, he reluctantly agreed, as if doing his actual job was a burden. I told him I would pick up my car at noon on Saturday. Instead, he shut the shop down early because "business was slow," even though their posted hours are 9-4. Then he told me to come on Sunday. On Sunday, he wouldn't even bother showing up and told me to just send him money through Cash App and take my car. Funny how that option magically wasn't available the day before. Days passed. No update. I contacted him - he fed me some story about waiting on a call from "the Ford guy." More days passed. I called again. The call disconnected right when I said who I was. He never responded to my follow-up message. Completely ghosted. So here I am: check engine light still on, problem still unresolved, and $250 gone for absolutely nothing. Great job, Jarrett. I'll never see you again - and that's a promise. And for anyone reading: take a hard look at the "five-star reviews." A bunch are from first-time reviewers and/or people who only had easy jobs done - like replacing headlights. Nothing major. Save your car, your wallet, and your sanity. Go somewhere else.

They are very honest about what is or is not needed (spoiler: something your other mechanic told you might not be necessary yet or needed at all). Example: my other place told me that I needed to get rotors replaced (over $1000). This place told me that (1) I could wait until my next oil change in 6000 miles, (2) that they have a machine to resurface rotors instead of replacing them entirely, (3) that it would only cost me about one-third what the other place quoted. They are highly knowledgeable and they are also really good at finding deals. I referred a friend here who needed a part replacing and they called up different car yards to find the part to save her money (of course you can always get the more expensive versions of things too if you want). My friend just really appreciated that they were trying to help her save money. So yeah five out of five. I drive an hour out of my way just to come to these guys here.

I had a mobile tech come out in December due to a leak at the side panel of my car. He actually told me it was an issue with my entire front windshield not being placed properly when being manufactured, and that due to the leaking because of this, the entire fabric below all of my interior and seats was probably drenched and that it was going to be a multi-thousand dollar fix as they would need to take out all of my interior and install new carpeting. I decided to go to the dealership and get a second opinion. They realized within 10 minutes it was indeed a leak in my sun roof (which remember, the mobile tech did not EVEN LOOK FOR.) it was an extremely quick fix and there was nothing wrong with my front windshield at all. (?????????????) I was told by management they would be reaching out to me after the winter break to discuss this and of course they never did. I absolutely should have gotten refunded the $140 or however the heck much it was for that mobile diagnosis. They also made a huge misdiagnosis with my husband's car previously, and I decided to give them another chance after that (but obviously should not have). The mechanics they hire are CLEARLY not qualified.

Also found out price of parts were double the price so recommend buying your own parts. Check your invoice before paying to see what charges were made. Other than that, repair was done without problems. I just want some honesty, when you charge $75 for coolant, then don't have the car have low coolant warning show a week later. Thought of arguing but wasn't worth my time.
