We did not like the service. They had a robot with a broken wheel that bought us our food. We were surprised because we had never seen a robot deliver food. The waitress came over and gave us our food and we never seen her until she brought over the bill. We had issues with our meal. I advised my husband NOT to tip!

Love this place..The manager of the place actually checks up on the customers (that's great!). The staffs are super friendly and accommodating to our orders. Lots of parking space around the area. Only small nudge is that they forgot to bring the pancakes we ordered and it was charged on the bill. Luckily, I noticed and they were happy to clear up that problem up. I'll definitely come back here no doubt.

Bacon and eggs with hash and buttermilk pancakes. Aside from the bacon (that we couldn't eat) everything else was really great!

My first time at a Denny's in Canada. Was never a fan of the US restaurants but was with some friends and we all decided to go. And I am glad we did Service was fantastic! I was so impressed how great our server Gioia was. Very attentive. Always asking if we are good (but not too much which was great). And the manager even came over and introduced himself and made sure everything was good. The food was almost perfect too. The eggs were done exactly how I asked (I am picky with how my eggs are cooked - over easy light just enough to cook the white but leave the yolk alone). The ham was actually pretty good. I don't like sausage so I opted for extra bacon which they gave me no hassles to do. The hash brown was really delicious too. The meal was huge. I am a healthy portion eater and I couldn't finish everything. They gave me a take out container no problem as well which was so nice. Where they lost 1 star on my review was because of the bacon. I LOVE bacon (who doesn't right?). Well this is the one thing they need to improve. It was over cooked, hard and dry. It's as if they cooked it all earlier that morning and then just nuked it and over did it. I like my bacon softer but don't mind crispy. Sadly no one at our table of 5 ate the bacon. Imagine that! We all tried a bite and left it on our plates. It was completely inedible. But the pancakes were really great and soft and moist. I loved them. Couldn't finish eating them so we took so many home to finish later haha One person ordered the veggie fry. And it was amazing! Egg whites with spinach on top of veggies. It was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend it if it's your thing. Two kids had milkshakes. The tre lecce one was too sweet and powdery for me. The chocolate and peanut butter was great. Regardless the kids finished them no problem and enjoyed. The coffee was to be desired however. This also contributed to the loss of a star. Was a bit stale. Asked for another cup and she told me it was freshly brewed. I was happy about that but it still tasted stale. I don't think it's old coffee. They go through a lot for sure as the place was busy. I just think it's a low grade coffee. Dennys needs to up their game in this space. As for the price, it was okay. There are cheaper breakfast places around but not by much. Would I go back? YES! By far the best experience at Denny's I have ever had. Here is an overview Food quality: 3.5/5 Food freshness 4/5 Service: 5/5 Clean: 5/5 Atmosphere: 4.5/5 Overall: 4/5 PS the manager was such a nice guy. One of the kids liked the donkey cup from Shrek at the front desk. I asked how much the cup was to buy. He went over and grabbed it and gave it to us in the house. Said it was their last one. A gift from him to us. Was such a classy touch. He didn't have to do that but the fact he did really boosted our customer experience. Thanks for the gift. My kid is so happy!

The bathroom at this establishment ATTACKED me So apparently enviromental extremists have installed motion sensors into EVERYTHING within the restrooms from here on out. From the toilet to the hand dryer all i could see was blinking red lights EVERYWHERE. I FELT LIKE WILL SMITH IN I-ROBOT. I walk into the bathroom to instantly be introduced to the toilet, sink, and hand dryer which all went off at the same exact time. HOW DOES THAT EVEN HAPPEN? How am i expected to deposit my digested solids if Im frightened for my life?? I walk into the nearest stall to the exit (in case im in need of a quick escape) and begin my experience by coating the toilet seat with 50 squares of 1-ply toilet paper. And as I lay my crafted masterpiece onto the disgusting seat...DOESNT THE TOILET DECIDE TO FLUSH and EAT my artwork!? I HAVENT EVEN BEGUN. And On my second attempt, I got close enough to starting my defacation until ONCE AGAIN the toilet decided to say hello once more. BUT THIS TIME I WAS ALREADY SITTING. NOW i dont know what type of high powered ENGINE denny's makes their toilets with... BUT I SWEAR TO GOD I WAS LIFTED 4 FEET IN THE AIR AND THEN TAKEN 5 FEET INTO A VORTEX. not to mention the stall was A 2.6 FOOT CUBICLE. THERE WAS WATER EVERYWHERE. I almost drowned. You better count your days Denny's...

Ordered the specialty burger with onion rings, made my allergy known, and they brought out all new utensils and gave the grill an extra cleaning. Very much appreciated by myself. The onion rings were perfectly done, stayed crispy. The burger, though... oh, the burger... Montreal smoked meat on the burger, with caramelized mushrooms, peppers, the usual garnishes, and their special sauce... It was the one of the best burgers I have ever had the pleasure to eat, and I actually raved about it to my co-worker. Top notch service. Fabulous food. Will definitely go back.

I have been to thier location in Mississauga and the experience there was exceptional in every way....But this Hwy 7 location close to 427 hwy was a nightmare and I will never be coming back to this location ever again !!!! FOOD 2/5  let's start with the food prep the middle aged afro-American man making my sandwich was dropping pieces of smoked meat on the counter on the scale then putting it back in my sandwich ..then he only put on one glove yet he was touching my sandwich with his hand that had no glove.  The food was thrown into container so carelessly that the coleslaw container lid was not closed and all the juices spilled out and soaked into my  sandwich bread all wet and soggy. The meat portion was decent but I did not enjoy the sandwich on soggy bread and the coleslaw itself was horrible in taste possibly not fresh . The stinginess at this place is off the charts!!! I asked for a pepper instead of a pickle and I got neither with my sandwich ...at the other locations you always get a pickle or hot cherry pepper with your sandwich ...then I ask for some mustard and she gives me a small plastic cup with less then a half of a packet of mustard in it as shown in my picture with a boat load of attitude on top of it. I got no napkins and no fork or spoon to eat the coleslaw with I had to return inside restaurant and ask for one that's how stingy this restaurant is with their customers. SERVICE...0/5 Horiuble service , attitude !attitude!!From the moment I walked in, the white middle aged lady does not know what the word smile means and greeting your customers in a friendly manner...she seemed to have an issue and attitude with everything i ordered . Extremely rude . Unfriendly and had no clue what customer service means .. This was a classic book example 101 of what not to do or how to treat your paying customers .for a sandwich and a drink with nothing else it cost me $22 plus tax so I would expect much better service and quality in their food prep ....the owner should fire these workers and hire new people cause I surely wood .  Stay away from this location not recomended at all!!!

Service was honest and helpful, and I appreciated being told which menu items to avoid. I ordered a pasta dish that was said to be one of the more seasoned options, but it still came out bland and needed more flavor. The portion was large enough for leftovers and the chicken was cooked well. I also had a watermelon martini, which was really good and one of the highlights. There's a long list of wing flavors, which seems to be what they're best known for. The bathroom situation was honestly unacceptable. One stall had no door and was completely out of service with a garbage bag covering the toilet. The remaining stall had broken fixtures, and there was a large hole in the wall. It felt neglected and more like a dingy club bathroom than a restaurant, which really took away from the experience and made me question the overall cleanliness behind the scenes. Some positives, but the bathroom condition needs serious attention.

Came with a side of raw veggies (celery/carrots). What I didn't like was the coated fries. Tasted like an unnecessary added flavour. This place could benefit from shoestring fries. The place was very casual. Not many people there & the service was fast. Lots of sports on TV's all over the place including one right at your table (but you cannot control whats being played). This could easily move to a 5-Star of they changed their fries around cause they NAILED the wings at this location! It's a do-over from me.

The restaurant is in more of a business park area, so maybe it gets pretty busy for lunch. There was plenty of parking when we arrived and our wait to be seated was about 1-2 minutes. We were shown to a table and given menus. The menu is quite extensive so there is something for everyone. My sister and I found many items we wanted to try, so we opted to share two items. We ordered the breakfast triple decker club (with fries), my sister got the fried chicken benny (with home fries), my son a cheeseburger with only pickles. We figured with two types of potatoes my son could just enjoy some of our sides. First off, the portions were large. I ate two pieces of the sandwich and half the benedict, I was struggling to finish, but it was so tasty, I didn't want to leave any behind. The sandwich was perfectly toasted and load with all sorts of good toppings. The benny, was amazing. The chicken was a freshly breaded and fried cutlet and the ham was perfect. Really this was one of the best benedicts I have had. The home fries were fine, just deep fried pieces of potato, but the fries were fresh cut fries that were perfectly made. My son absolutely loved his burger, he said it was one of the best he had. Honestly the meat was glistening and looked tasty. Everyone ate until they were stuffed and we still had some of the home fries left. We all left happy and full. Service was good. Everyone was friendly, the food arrived in a timely manner. I have no complaints on the service. I also thought the prices were good considering the portions and quality. If this restaurant existed where I lived, I would make this part of my brunch restaurant list.

It's located in a run-down plaza (I should really google map these restaurants in the future) and seems to be connected to the bar next door. At 7:30PM on a Friday night, we were the only patrons in the whole restaurant. It seems like we booked the whole place for ourselves! The decor was mostly vintage, there were pictures on the wall of the celebrities that came by, and the lighting was extremely dim. The Food: Seafood Anti-Pasto - $11.95 We ordered this as an appetizer, and it wasn't very appetizing. It consisted mostly of squid/octopus and lettuce soaking in olive oil. The squid was tough to chew on, and left a sour taste in my mouth. Veal Piccata - $18.95 My friend's entree was not much of a looker, but he enjoyed the tenderness of the veal. Marsala seafood - $18.95 This was my entree, and I"m not too sure I have the name spelled right, but it was a heap of spaghetti with mussels on the side and a few pieces of scallop and shrimp. It was not bad at all, but I think I can attempt to make this at home with Ragu. The Service: Pretty good service - there was only one waiter running around making our drinks and taking our order, at the same time running over to the next door bar to serve people there. He was very friendly, and constantly checked up on us. I would come here for the drinks next time because they're very reasonably priced: Amaretto Sour - $4.86 Gin and Tonic - $4.86 I did NOT like that there was a mandatory 15% gratuity charged on our bill.
