The dining room is spacious and the facilities are clean. Free Wifi makes a leisurely stay worthwhile. The service is quick and the staff are friendly. Very rarely are there any screwups with our orders. I keep forgetting how extensive their options are, especially with sides. The chili and baked potato are nice changes from the typical fries you get everywhere else. I like that they leave the skin on their fries. The breakfast wedges aren't as good. The lemonades and frosties are also nice on the beverage end. They currently have a promotion for unlimited frosty juniors with the purchase of a key chain. I ordered my coffee, which comes in a choice of 2 sizes. I chose the Large. I like a lot of cream in my coffee and the staff manually guesstimated a generous amount which she came over to show me before proceeding to add the coffee. Nice! I took my coffee over to a nice booth/table and immediately noticed the CUP. OMG. This cup is the Holy Grail of takeout coffee cups. SO sturdy, thermal, NO LEAKAGE, NO DRIPPING FROM THE NOT FLIMSY LID. The coffee itself is OK, a bit weak, but not bitter/burnt tasting. Idc. I'm coming back bc it's acceptable and properly packaged. I swear I could reuse it at home a couple times. Maybe if I add less cream it will boost the flavour of the coffee. Would love to come back to enjoy it with Breakfast Baconator and all the other new breakfast offerings.

The bit of lettuce and mayo had no taste and didn't even need to be there albeit to keep some moisture on the burger. To make it even worse I purchased a $5 box meal. It came with a "sandwich" that was comprised of 2 chicken strips with the same mayo and lettuce that was on the Big Crunch. I've never been a fan of chicken strips in a sandwich, especially when they aren't in a good tasting sauce. The fries were cool and don't have much snap or crunch to them either. I'd lost faith in KFC over the years and sadly they haven't given me a reason to think otherwise.

Since I visit frequently and often order the same items, many staff members already recognize my order. While mistakes can happen occasionally, today's experience on May 6 was completely unacceptable. After receiving another wrong order, I called the store to address the issue respectfully. Instead of listening professionally and trying to resolve the matter, the employee on the phone stated that he "could not understand my accent," which I found highly offensive, discriminatory, and completely inappropriate in a customer service environment. I am a university graduate and a senior manager of a large corporation, and I found this comment ignorant, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Canada is a diverse country, and no customer should ever be spoken to this way because of an accent. Customer service staff should be trained to communicate respectfully and avoid insulting customers. To make matters worse, I clearly read the order directly from the bill, and the employee still did not even seem to understand the products on the menu himself. Rather than taking responsibility for the repeated mistakes, he chose to be dismissive and disrespectful. Management needs to address this employee's professionalism and behavior. Customers deserve respect, accountability, and proper service. I am totally disappointed.
