Harvey's is the usual burger fast food joint I frequent if I want something fast and decent. Today was the first time I visited this location and I was not disappointed. Even during lunch rush, everything was really organized. All the staff working happily together and pumping out food from the kitchen. The cook single handed fed the lunch crowd and I watched how he worked so well under stress. Onion rings though not as crispy and fresh as I would prefer. Maybe I should get fries just like what everyone were ordering.

Great place for burgers! Plenty of space to sit down and eat. It is linked with Swiss chalet so you can get either or. This review is based off of Harvey's. Lots of parking and friendly staff. Food tasted really Good and you can put as much toppings as you want without any additional charge which I love! Guac is also free which is amazing! I got the Veggie burger Combo and 2 veggie burgers on the side. Pricing is decent as well compared to other places! Would definitely come back here!

The two times I've been here, this place is always understaffed. It's also a tiny restaurant that gets a lot of traction so one server for the entire place is not really it! It takes a while to receive your order and half the time, the wings were lukewarm at best. The wing flavours are insane with over 100 options! It would be more efficient if there were more employees on these all you can eat days. By the time you receive your order and have a chance to place another order you're practically waiting for 10 minutes. Great idea, execution is not the best. 2.5/5

House of Fries existed in my stomping grounds until a Yelp experience drew my attention to it. I had such a positive experience that I returned for more good eats! This eatery is a few doors down from Federick Restaurant, which offers Indian and Chinese cuisines. One of these days, I'll drop in. This eatery is on the southeast corner of Markham Road and Karachi Drive. Costco (Markham east, as this city has two) is a couple of blocks away. I had no problem locating this place during my first visit. There was lots of parking. I backed into one and headed inside. I've had no problems returning, either! I was the only customer in this eatery at around 6:15 pm. It was great being able to take a few pictures. Staff are extremely kind and helpful. A male staffee guided me through the ordering process. I was getting a pound of wings. He pulled out the menu and said that I could choose a flavour from the extensive list. I had already reviewed the list beforehand (I'm not kidding about loving wings) and went with honey dill. He was pleased that I knew what I wanted sauce-wise. The next step was selecting fries. I went with Mexican. I asked if I could get the sour cream omitted. He said yes. Yay! I ordered the same thing last week, but online through this eatery's site. It was simple. I paid online and drove over here to pick up my order. This place is on Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Skip the Dishes. I like the online site ordering better. The canned drinks are excellent. I love the Crush line. I've had the cream soda and grape so far. This place has exotic pop drinks, such as Fanta pineapple. I knew that I'd like it here! I've never dined here. If you order at the eatery, the wings-fries combo takes fifteen minutes to make. I was good. I took a seat at a table for two. I watched the pre-game show between the Indiana Pacers and New York Knicks. The man let me know that my order was ready. It didn't feel like fifteen minutes had passed! I thanked him for his help and wished him a good evening. He wished me the same. I happily left with my dinner. For my online order, it was ready when I got to this eatery. I picked up my food, thanked the man, and left. I put my food in my insulated bag and drove home. I was looking forward to chowing down. The wings looked plump and thoroughly sauced. The honey dill sauce was whitish with lots of dill specks. It was almost as if raw honey was being used. It reminded me of the dill sauce that you get at St. Louis Bar & Grill, but I liked this one better. It was slightly sweet. I loved the dill. Each wing had the perfect amount of sauce without making it soggy. The wings were crispy and juicy. I got maybe more drums than flats. They were delicious. I want more. I thought that I wouldn't be able to finish the Mexican fries. Nope, I did. They were yummy. The fries had cheddar cheese, onions, tomatoes, taco seasoning, ranch, and roasted garlic seasoning. The cheddar cheese was melted and crispy in spots. I loved getting a bite of everything with the best fries underneath. The fries were long and had the skin on, which I loved. I am normally not a fries person, likely because they aren't special as a side. However, if you load them up with delicious ingredients, I'll love them, which happened here. I was so stuffed after both meals. They were excellent. I am constantly dreaming about returning for more. I saw on the menu that this place has wraps. It will be tough for me to order one, because the wings and fries have my heart. It's nice that there's another solid wing place in Markham for me to frequent regularly. It's becoming my go-to wing place to get my fix. (220)

Was seated in their dinning hall ( the other side is more of a bar) and ordered a brunch tower for two. The tower was beautifully presented and what I love most about the tower is their pancakes. Truly fluffy and light with whipped cream on top of it. Overall, service was efficient and attentive, often checked on and refilling water. On top of that, the restaurant has great decor and parking is provided in the back of the restaurant. Its considered on a slightly higher end for brunch ($20-30 range), but it was truly an amazing experience. They also have daily promos so worth checking out for dinner and late night deals.

I must say that I do understand why people are drawn to the restaurant - it is very pretty and makes for wonderful pictures! This includes the lovely visuals of the food, which is beautifully presented and extremely photogenic. The taste of the food, although quite acceptable, fell just a bit short of its looks. The variety of colours was not matched with a variety of flavours, and everything was somewhat on the salty and greasy side. That being said, we very much enjoyed the potato hash, pancakes, and French toast. The portion sizes also outdid themselves - if you're coming here for brunch, just be prepared for a long nap in the afternoon! Service was excellent: prompt, helpful, and friendly. The interior is fairly spacious and elegantly decorated. Overall, a pleasant experience even if it's not the most spectacular - and perhaps worth a visit for some based on the aesthetics alone.

Initially we were going for the idea of breakfast, but timing was a bit off from what we anticipated and it was a really nice lunch date instead. I love the Markham Marriott, the staff is always warm and welcoming. Draco has a very sleek, sophisticated and cozy atmosphere. We both ordered Bacon & Cheddar burgers. I opted for a Caesar salad as an appetizer and hubby ordered their Grilled Wagyu Flat Iron Steak. Let's start with the apps. The Caesar salad was SO good! I wish I had taken a pic, but admittedly, my phone was tucked away and I was caught up in the cozy seating, great food and Christmas vibes of the restaurant and lobby. Grilled Wagyu Flat Iron Steak: $33 - Buttercup Squash Puree and Truffle Oil - Everything you want Wagyu to be - tender, cooked to the perfect temp which left a nice warm red centre. This was melt in your mouth good! The burgers - these were perfection! Draco Bacon Cheddar Burger: $25 - Aged Cheddar with Crispy Bacon Strips; Crispy Onion Straws, Arugula and Garlic Aioli. This was a very well seasoned patty, so juicy and a substantial sized patty of fresh not frozen beef. The bun was lightly toasted, bacon crispy, easily taking this into my top 3 fav spots for burgers! Options for sides include fries, sweet potato fries, poutine, side Caesar or garden salad or truffle fries. We finished off our meal with 2 really good cappuccinos and just took our time before heading home. This was our first time back here in a few years. The food was exceptional as was the service and the warm staff. Draco is the perfect spot for an early morning breakfast, work or lunch date or a nice cozy dinner. They also have Christmas & New Years dinners and brunches. Relax in the restaurant with drinks or in the adjacent lounge, this is a great spot to unwind with some great food and drinks.

Only one staff member was working during my visit, and there was a mix-up with my order. Luckily, I was still in the parking lot when another customer came out to let me know, so I was able to get it sorted. For the meal, I picked beef brisket (you get 3oz of meat and can also choose sausage, turkey, chicken wings, or nuggets) and a side. I chose mashed potatoes. They weigh the meat before reheating it. Next time, I'd ask for the BBQ sauce on the side since it was a bit too drenched, and while it had good flavor, the brisket felt dry in parts and not quite as tender as I hoped. The mashed potatoes had bits of skin, which gave a nice texture, but they really needed gravy to round them out (additional cost for 1.99). The bread roll stood out. It was very soft, fresh, and worked great for turning the brisket into a mini sandwich. For the drink, I went with a soft drink instead of the "lil yellow cup" option. The portion was small, but it is after all advertised as a kid's meal and less of a commitment compared to all their other menu items. It's a good choice if you want a lighter meal or just want to sample the BBQ. They also offer daily deals, which change throughout the week and is only available for a limited time (it is not mentioned how long this is for): Monday: Brisket Mac & Cheese $12.99 Tuesday: BOGO 50% any Sandwich Wednesday: 10% off Wings Thursday: Brisket Poutine $12.99 Friday: 15% off Westerner or Pit Dip Sandwich Saturday/Sunday: Kids' Meals for $7.99 I'm interested in trying other menu items and their daily specials. It's…read morereally gone downhill - maybe a change in staff/chef, but the food just isn't the same anymore. We used to love getting their Mac and cheese mutton rolls - they used to be so flavourful and a great fusion short eat. We were in the area and got their Mac n Cheese Mutton Rolls as well as their Butter Chicken Rolls and I can't express how disappointed we were. The Mac n Cheese Mutton rolls were underwhelming - it was as though they just added macaroni pasta to the mutton curry filling. It wasn't cheesy/creamy like it used to be. The filling was also underseasoned - missing salt, just not flavourful at all. The butter chicken roll was okay, again underseasoned. For $2.50 a roll, I expected a LOT better. We also got the Chicken Briyani. It didn't come with all the fixings like the Briyanis used to - no boiled egg, no fish cutlet. The rice was bland - almost like it was just rice and turmeric. The chicken curry was underseasoned like the rolls, not enough salt or flavour. The tandoori chicken leg was the only decent thing from this meal. The meal was disappointing, I regret buying it. Lastly, we got the viral banana pudding. I fell in looooove with banana pudding since I first had it from Confused Kitchen. This time, it wasn't bad but it wasn't the same. There weren't enough vaippan pieces and it wasn't as creamy as when it first came out. Again, I think they may have changed chefs because it's very obvious that the quality of food isn't the same as it used to be. I want to be able to give it another chance but I don't see myself coming back anytime soon.
