This experience happened July 30th between 1-2pm. Love the normally great service and good food! The problem was a young woman named Nicole at the counter had an attitude and it was also clearly reflected on her face as well. Our sandwiches had pickles on them for the first time EVER! The pickles left a lingering unpleasant taste. There was noticeably less meat than usual as well. We were already home once the food issues were discovered. I haven't had Arby's in quite some time. My other half was craving it so i checked online for coupons. I found that they have a loyalty program and when you sign up for it, you can get a Buy One Get One FREE Beef Cheddar Melt! Yes. So I ordered one for each of us. I also ordered 2 Jalapeno Beef & Cheddars as they're on 2 for $12 right now. Sandwiches never quite look like the advertised photo. It tasted great and the jalapenos were a tasty addition. I was at Arbys December 5th. at 510 pm and ordered a great Canadian with no pickles. However I did receive 4 pickles. That white tall young lady made it and I was not happy as she has messed up my order at least 3 times in 4 weeks. She has worked there for a long time now. I am fed up with it. First off don't get the bacon disgusting, but you must have their chicken burger it's amazing and I would even say it's better than chick fil a, the service depends on who is there but they are usually pretty decent, and the atmosphere is great but sometimes the meat can be really potent. read more

I love Arby's. The unfortunate fact is that locations in the greater Toronto area are few and far between. If I am in Mississauga, the Burlington Arby's is where I go to get my fix. Waterloo has a location that I am thankful for and have frequented the most. My closest Arby's by my home is a brief road trip to Oshawa. My former intern and now friend lives in Oshawa. We were casually texting the other day and I brought up going to Arby's. The orange cream shake is available for a limited time. I love it dearly. If you like orange creamsicles, this shake tastes just like it. She offered to meet me there for dinner on Saturday. I didn't hesitate and said yes. The funny thing is that she thought that I had said A&W and was waiting at a different location. After talking it out over the phone, she said that this Arby's is five minutes away from her home and that she has never been here before. What?! We spent 2.5 hours catching up and eating. I ordered two bacon beef and cheddar sandwiches that are currently going for $8. The sandwiches are on yummy onion buns. It's essentially a medium-sized roast beef sandwich, with bacon, cheddar, and Arby's sauce. I ate both sandwiches. They were delicious! I then spent most of our time sipping my orange cream shake. I got a large and asked that the whipped cream be held. It was perfect. Staff at this location were nice. It was a long shift for the woman helping me out. My meal came up to $15.81. She first said that it was $5.81. I exclaimed, "That's cheap!" She then said it was $8.51. Finally, she got it right. I just let it go and asked to pay using my debit card. My order was put together quickly. I guess that it wasn't too busy when we got there at 6:30 pm. There is also a drive-thru, so food does need to be prepared quickly. This Arby's is in a plaza with a Pizza Pizza, Shoppers Drug Mart, and more. There is plenty of parking. There are a high number of older customers at this restaurant. I do love the music, though. It's all 80's tunes. My former intern was bobbing her head to Rick Astley's "Together Forever." She wasn't even born when the song came out! The washrooms are clean and bright. No complains from me. Just before you head out the door, you have the option to ring a bell, to express how yummy the food was. I had to ring the bell. I have never seen it in an Arby's before. It's fun and I'm a tourist being goofy. I'm coming back here. On a Saturday night, the drive to and from Oshawa isn't shabby at all. (346) read more

Who doesnt love Arby's they got the meats :) Unfortunately I didnt like this Arby's location I never thought I'd say this about Arby's. I drove about 1 hour to get to this Arbys since there are only a few Arby's locations, the restaurant seemed clean at first but once I got to my booth to sit down..the seats were dirty and diffently needed a wipe down. Anyhow, placing my order:2 classic beef cheddar combo and 2 more sandwiches on the side.. I waited about 15minutes for my order once it was ready I went ahead and walked over to my table and noticed I got served the beef roast sandwiches..I went to speak to the nice young lady who took my order and told her there must be some misunderstanding because I wanted the classic beef cheddar sandwich and not the roast beef..the young lady tells me "okay I'll make the new sandwiches and you can have all 4 roast beef sandwiches for free since it was a mistake and no extra charges for the classic beef cheddar sandwiches" I told her I was going to my table and coming back. I come back to the front to see all the 4 mistake roast beef sandwiches have disappeared !! and the manager pops out from the back and says how would you like to pay? I was abit confused I said I thought I wasnt going to be charged the extra fee? but she refused and charges me an additional $7.00 and she threw away the sandwiches that were promised to me. Btw the young nice lady came over to my table to personally apologize to me for what happened because of her this location got the 3 star otherwise based on what the manager did I'd give her a 1 star! I will never return to this location. I have been to Arby's many times throughout my lifetime and i've never had a bad experience or bad customer service this was my 1st time at this location and it's also the 1st time I had a bad experience at Arby's. read more

Arby's is not my favourite place to go. It's ok when you're in the mood for something different. But last time I was there, I was told they no longer sell the Great Canadian sandwich, which was what I normally order. Apparently Arby's decided to match the menus between the US and Canada, so the Great Canadian sandwich was removed. The Great Canadian was a good sandwhich... kind of a hybrid between a roast beef sandwich and a burger, mainly because of the toppings (typical burger toppings... tomato, mustard, mayo, lettuce, onions, Arby's sauce, etc) That was the last time I went to Arby's, and now with this menu change, I won't be going back. read more

It's rare that a fast food restaurant deserves 5 stars. Toronto doesn't have a single Arby's, so this and the Burlington location are the two closest ones. The cashier was very friendly. Prices were reasonable, but because I had come all the way from Toronto, I went big and ordered 2 half-pound beef-and-cheddars with loaded curly fries and a large drink. The meal cost over $20, but it was a huge amount of food for the money, and it was very delicious. However, what sets this place apart from the rest is the dining room service. There is a dedicated busser that asks how you're doing, picks up spent trays, delivers orders to the table upon request, and regularly cleans the area. Multiple copies of the Toronto Star are available to diners. This sort of hospitality, which you'd expect in a finer restaurant, is unheard of in any fast food chain restaurant in Toronto. The washroom was also very clean. After such a warm experience, I wholeheartedly recommend this location. Despite being nearly 70km away from Toronto, this is worth a special trip. read more
