The cheese was very creamy and tasty. For our main course my wife ordered the Cajun pasta. She really liked the spices in it. I had the garlic shrimp pasta which I found creamy and flavorful. The food is good, but the wait time is inconsistent and often long. Unfortunately, our most recent experience at M&J Bistro was unsatisfactory. There was no sincere apology for the delay, and we were told by our waitress that an hour-and-a-half wait is typical, in a dismissive manner.
