I have raided this restaurant before and they had a manager that was great accommodating people keeping employees busy and the place clean with a couple of cooks that were decent . My wife and I decided to swing by there and get food the other evening and there was only one girl working and you can tell by the looks on people's faces that they have been waiting for food for a very long time we sat down waited 10 minutes and didn't even order got up and talked to the family at the booth next to us it said they've been waiting an hour and that you could see it in their faces their drinks were empty and once again there was only one waitress that we saw I asked her if she would send the manager out front I basically told him that he needed to get off his butt and do his job to which he responded he appreciated my input then walked away they definitely need someone to manage the restaurant that can do the job and keep the people in this area happy otherwise there's a restaurant across town that currently is much much better. read more

ok first i am not so sure that i am suprised to be here eating or that i am leaving a review as a witness that i was here. First lets start off by saying we need an update in this place. It is retros 70's looking. I went for the simple club today.... I guess i will take a little bread with my mayo.. or shall i say mayo and bread on the side please. It must have been enough for 3 sandwiches good thing for them i like mayo but no one needs a life raft for a tomato on your sandwich! Last week I was clubbing (Friday evening into Saturday morning) and afterwards I was starving. There's not much open at 2:30 A.M. So I said screw it lets go to Denny's. So my friends and I took an uber from the club to this Dennys on Highway Z. I had the grand-slam burger which is basically like a brunch burger. It contains hash-browns, an egg cooked the way you like (I like mine runny) meet and cheese of course. It's bomb as shit, trust me on that... I love the way the yolk from the egg just runs down the side of the burger. It's remarkable. I take one star off because the server brought the food out at separate times and we all wanted to eat together so by the time we all got our food it was getting cold. But i'm a bartender so I totally get being busy that's why i'm only taking one star off. Will return if in the area. Thanks! read more

To some extent it is like any other Denny's that you would visit, but we just had a really bad time at this one. There was something off about the place; the staff weren't really that attentive and there was a strange smell within the air. I did end up asking the waitress about it and she said it had been like that all day. I would think the staff would be curious and try to figure out the source of the smell. The food was alright, but I don't think I would return to the place. It's not that its bad, but there are so many better places you can go. I think most people go there for the price of the consistency, but if that's the consistency I'll get there, I'll go elsewhere. read more

My Family and I came to Dennys a few days ago. We had the best service we have ever had at this Dennys! Our server Christina was very attentive to our needs, our food was very delicious! Although, it was busy when we came in she was always around when we needed her. She made sure we had our glasses full of water and when we needed anything she was quick to bring it to our table. As usual we were not impressed with the supervisors, the restaurant was busy and they did not seem to care to help one bit but sit on there phones. I am very impressed with our service from Christina. Its a shame the supervisors couldn't get motivated to do what they get paid to do. read more

This place is so good, you will always leave full and you never have to worry about getting cold food or just not cooked properly. They always produce the best quality food. And if your not pleased with it then they will make your meals free and give you better ones. And the bonus is the waitresses never argue with you or have a negative attitude. They always have a pleasant smile on there face that just uplifts your day even if your morning or evening isn't going so well. Finally the wait is from 10-20 minutes depending on how much you order and what you have orderd. Overall i recommend this place , it will definetly fill you up!!!!! read more

My family and went to breakfast at our local Denny's. It was a very busy day the place was full. But that didn't stop the employee's. As we sat and waited for our food I was seeing how awesome some of your employees you have are. The young woman that was running the front of the restaurant was so awesome she was handling so much as in answering the phone, sitting customer's,communicating with all servers, checking customer's out at register, cleaning table's off she held the team up very well. We stopped by this Denny's after my kids' soccer game and had such a great experience. The restaurant was clean and we were seated right away. Our server was so patient and kind with my kids, which I really appreciated after a long day. The food came out hot and everything tasted fresh, my kids loved their pancakes and I really enjoyed the veggie omelet. The coffee was actually very good too. Prices were very reasonable for the amount of food we got. It's nice to find a place that's consistent and family-friendly. We'll definitely be coming back to this location. read more

Patricia is the only reason we like going to this Dennys. When we first started going it was super slow and the service was kinda bad. Recently we had Patricia as our server and she was amazing. I've never tipped so much before, especially at a Dennys with okay reviews. She really makes our experience so much better and she takes care of us so well. The Best Experience at Dennys this morning! 2 Birthdays and a graduate, we called ahead to check if they had room for 20 people and the manager Andrew said to come on in got us set up with menus before we arrived! our server Bernadette was the sweetest and took great care of us! they really made us felt taken care of and were extra friendly, for a busy restaurant we sure got our food out quick too, but what made this experience was the staff, we look forward to eating at this Denny's more often! We love going in to visit Dulcie over breakfast at Dennys, she gives us the most wonderful service and she's quick! I had my usual French toast slam which is always delicious and my Husband had the Philly Cheesesteak omelette which looked amazing ,not only is the food great we come here for the quick fast service with Dulcie , she makes sure we feel cared for , we always come back because of the at home feeling we get here, very inviting and a clean restaurant see you next time Dulcie.! read more

We had a great experience at Denny's recently. The food came out hot and everything was exactly what we ordered. Our server, Dulcie, was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. She checked in at the right times without being intrusive and kept our drinks filled, which we really appreciated. I went today for happy hour after work and the place was quite empty which was OK because I wanted a nice place to conversate with a colleague I haven't seen in a while. Happy hour food wasn't really great, we ordered tuna chips, BBQ chips and onion rings, not really inviting but for the price it was alright. Overall alright, service was good. It doesn't have the most outstanding late night breakfast quenchers as other denny's that I have been too but there are not many "late night" places around here. I love their shakes here but feel like their portions are rather small compared to other dennys. Maybe because I ordered two eggs and my wife ordered 4 and I swear they looked exactley the same size when both plates came out. still, for $5 who's complaining. read more

Visited Dennys in Thatcher recently. The food was hot, delicious, and no waiting. The restaurant was very clean. All of the staff was so welcoming. It's a pleasure to be greeted with so much hospitality. The servers all took time to say hello. Emily was our server. She was one step ahead and made sure we had everything we needed before we asked.
