He rerung my order that I placed online to save me some money because I missed a coupon. Who even does that? We were really impressed with the pizzas, too. Is Pizza Hut used to be my go to Pizza in safford but recently they never have pizza crust they never have breadsticks. Their delivery times are slow when your food is wrong and when you try to get a hold of them, they just don't seem to Care and the pizza is disgusting. I give this a 4, I almost never give 5 stars. Today I was impressed and thoroughly enjoyed my meal today at Safford Pizza Hut. We usually do carry out, so this was nice to go into the restaurant. First of all the restaurant was clean, and kept up with table and area clean ups. Restroom was clean as well. Thumbs up for cleanliness. We were seated right away. She took our drink order, she soon returned with our drinks and took our order. She brought our wings and breadsticks out a short time later and about 10 minutes after that our pizza. Our iced tea got low she was there to fill our glasses. As for the service, excellent, our waitress was wonderful. Breadsticks good, wings ok, they were frozen breaded boneless wings. Our pizza, well it was a pan pizza with ham, but as always it was great. I love Pizza Huts pan pizza, I think they are the best. Two thumbs up for great staff and our wonderful waitress; I wish I could remember her name. Another thumbs up for our meal. Just a note: some reviews are good, others not so good. Keep in mind it all depends on the training, owner, shift manger/supervisor or cooks or other staff that makes or breaks your meal here or anywhere. I definitely choose dominoes over Pizza Hut. However, I wanted to dine in today. And I wasn't terribly disappointed, but I wasn't extremely pleased either. Waitress talked to us but never asked how the food was or if we needed anything. She just sat our stuff down and walked away. She was friendly but not good quality serving. Pizza was good. Breadsticks didn't come out to us until we were finished with our meal. I just don't know. I haven't been here in a while and I don't think I will for a while again. read more

They have great pizza and bread sticks, not any different from any other pizza hut food though. What I love is the employees and the restaurant its self. I worked here several years ago after high school, it was a great place to work. Friendly employees, great boss. i gave two stars, because if you get the buffet you will see poor made crust along with the poor selection of pizza(4) at most. One week ago me and my wife went out to eat on a Sunday evening. We wanted pizza and wings so we went over to the Safford Pizza Hut. It was full and the waitresses were having a tough night, trying to keep up with customers. We waited and waited and finally I told my wife, let's get out of here. Now this evening we tried it again, and again it was horrible service and when the pizza came out, it had a different taste - not Pizza Hut. The good thing about this pizza hut is it is an old style sit down one. That is why it gets 5 stars. The pizza is normal pizza hut pizza but there is just someone about the old style buildings they used to have. I'm starting to dislike this particular Pizza Hut because my husband and I ask for a request whether it's extra cheese or sauce on the pizza and they never do it. To me that's not good customer service. Especially when we pay extra for that....plus they are kind off expensive. read more

I'm lowering my rating of this Pizza Hut because the last 2 times we've eaten there we have been disappointed. The pizza is not as good & the service has been horrible. We went to pick up our pizzas this evening & there were 10+ employees standing around making gagging & burping noises for all to hear, talking really loud & just overall inappropriate. The restaurant signage is dirty & faded. We're not sure what's going on here but its going to be awhile before we give them another try. $30 for ok pizzas & gross employees is not how we would like to spend our hard earned cash on a meal out. read more

When I went to pick up pizza through drive thru. I waited at least 15 minutes in drive thru until I had to honk horn at them. There was only one other patron in dining area easily outnumbering the staff so it wasn't like they were busy. This happens to me every time at this Pizza Hut. If they don't have time to train their employees in customer service all managers should be fired. read more
