Well, we stand by our 5 star rating of this restaurant. We were assisted by Angel whose name fit her perfectly. She was an Angel. She made sure we had everything we needed and was very friendly and personable. She remembered us from our previous visit and that's always such a wonderful thing when they remember who you are. Anna at the front where we pay was very friendly also. We never go wrong when we come to this location. The cook on duty made are hamburgers nice and juicy. Great service & great food! Absolute horrible service. It took an hour to get our food and it was rubbish. Apparently they were training two new cooks. The waitress didn't bother to tell us this until we were sitting there for 45 minutes! The toast was soggy. The fries were mush. The toilets were filthy. I go to eat on 29 march 2014 with my friend .We eat only 10 min and server bring the bill and drop off on the table without asking that we are may be want to eat desert or not. That time DENNY have promotion if order T-bone or Salmon will give free Sunday ice cream but nobody tell us until we just about to walk out and then we seen the sign . It is look like the server try to kick us out from restaurant by giving us the bill too early without asking. At that time is not busy only 4 table. Service at this location was really quick and the servers were super friendly. They came quick to our table to get our order and she didn't even need a piece of paper to write things down on. Our food wasn't as good as the service though. I went healthy and ordered egg whites and turkey bacon. The egg whites were so so SO watery. My halfway through my meal, the plate was soaked in water. As a result, my turkey turned into soggy bacon and it didn't taste good at all. My parents ordered the grand slam holiday special and they both didn't like the apple sausage that came with it nor were they big fans of the pumpkin pancakes. read more

This is the best Dennys. And ive been to plenty to judge. They have great service friendly and accomodateing. The restaurant us always clean and when there is a crowd they have enough staff to handle the job. And today they were feeding all Veterans free, and even though I'm not a veteran I do so appreciate their service and glad to see businesses like Dennys do the same read more

This has to be by far the worst Danny's I have ever been to.. The service was bad.. It was super bad.. The staff need proper training.. On demeanor and most importantly on their customer service skills.. The food was not up to par with Danny's standards.. I had a party of 9 people and everyone had a negative comment about their food.. I ordered a BLT club sandwich.. I literally had two pieces of bacon.. In other words I didn't even have a full slice of bacon on my sandwich.. The bread was dry and burnt. It was very apparent that they are under staffed.. But most importantly the ppl cooking in that kitchen need some serious training.. I could deal with bad customer service.. However I cannot deal with bad food! read more

Just the whole experience of this visit was a total disaster. We ordered some simple items from the menu and it took over 30 minutes for us to receive them. My friend had to ask 3 times just to get some water refills. When the food finally came, we were very disappointed to see our food being very greasy. The broccoli on my plate was cold. It was obviously steamed and dropped on the side of the main dish. I asked for a side of rice and the rice was very hard and inedible. The server/manager said that's how the rice came. If that's the case, the microwavable rice from costco is much better quality. Maybe the cooks in the kitchen need some retraining. Omg never gonna order curbside ever again . I ordered my food online and requested for curbside pickup which I had to end up going into the store anyways because I sat outside for 15 minutes waiting and waiting and I can see inside and all they were doing was walking around and the guy up front was just talking to customers who looked to have a complaint themselves cause they've been there awhile too. So I'm here waiting and watching and I'm just amazed like wow . So I go in and the guy asked me and I explained to him . I have curbside pickup and been waiting and calling but the phone seems to be busy for the 15 minutes as well and all he did was just did a laugh like it was funny and handed me my food and said sorry that there phone must not be working and I said obviously. And plus my food was cold so obviously it's been sitting there awhile but no one cared to see if the customer was there or not and obviously if they knew the phone wasn't working they be more alert to keep checking for the customer who had curbside pick up . And I saw the lady which may be the manager but obviously she was unaware which is not professional on her end because she is the manager and should know what's going on in her store as manager . DON'T COME HERE! Terrible customer service!!! I had came to this place to have dinner with my partner the lady at the register was rude. The employees including the manager( all female) were gossiping instead of one of them coming over and take our order. Literally waited there for an hour for our order to be taken and still none of them came to tend to us(the place wasnt even full of people). Dropped off my little brother here so he can have dinner with his friends on 5/30/19 at approximately 10:30pm. I went the other night and our waitress seemed really annoyed with us (me and some friends) because we wanted a different cup of water because ours had a bug inside. Clean and spacious restaurant. Our server was Estefani" And she was soooo sweet, attentive and professional. Her manager also came by to see if all was great. The iced coffee was so good too! I appreciate employees that work hard and try to make customers feel comfy and work with a smile and positive attitude. Stopped at this dennys on my way home from a road trip with my fiancé. It was still early enough that there wasn't a rush but the service here was terrible. We waited about 5-10 minutes just to be sat at our table and the place wasn't busy. Then we waited another 10 minutes to just get our drinks. The waitresses were too busy chatting with their previous tables and doing other things to notice that we were there. When we finally got our order taken the waitress forgot the side dish to his order and had to come back and ask what it was. And then we got our food and we're never checked on again. I have never given a one star review but this place was terrible, I don't understand how they're in business. read more

Never coming back here again! I was with my husband and our 1 yr old who was really hungry ! So We got in and the host just gave us our menu and our server NEVER came up to us ! She helped other customers that came in after us but we didnt even get our drink order taken atleast ! So we get up and leave and the host just asks us "your server didnt help" i told her in a nice voice that she didnt help and it was okay we were leaving and she just says "okay" ! This Denny's is hit and miss. I'll start my review by recommending you drive down the road and eat a real meal at The Windmill. Service is okay depending on who you get. Food is mediocre. I once received mozzarella sticks with out any cheese inside and pancakes without butter or syrup. My wife's food was too salty to eat. My fries were cold. They claimed to have no lemon for our water, then later found some when we pressed. Coffee was bitter. They charge an extra dollar for tortillas. The server was pleasant so I gave two stars instead of one. read more

They were regular chicken quesadillas instead of the cheese ones we ordered from the value menu ($6 price difference each.) She promised she would discount it. Then the manager came over and promised the same. Instead of giving us the quesadillas to us for $2 like they should have, they simply just took one quesadilla off our bill. The server was blaming the kitchen staff for her mistakes and the manager was blaming her employee on the fact she just returned from maternity leave. I found it to be very unprofessional. The experience is terrible due to bad service. My family went there on the way to LA for lunch. The food is ok, but the service is very bad. first, hot chocolate never arrived. When my brother remind her, and she said "I know" with attitude tone. in the end of our visit, the drink never show. Our servicer, Francisca, has very bad attitude. there is no smile on her face, no "thank you" or "sorry" when we pay our bill or the order get mix up. in the end, when I need to pay my bill, again, she asks me to pay the tip with attitude, and no thank you after I give her 10% of the tip. Pretty unhappy with my experience at this restaurant. The service was slow and the staff seemed really unconcerned with serving their customers. Our server wouldn't substitute bacon for toast in my order, which is very strange to me because I have been to many Denny's in my time and they've always done substitutes. Our server also forgot water, and made ordering very difficult, and then the order was still incorrect. The food, however, was good despite the aggressive flies that wouldn't leave us alone. Lastly, despite there being 3 staff members at the counter, we waited almost 5 minutes to pay with no line in front of us because they were trying to fix an incorrect order that already went through...
