I had a really uncomfortable experience at the service window recently. The employee helping me, a heavier set woman who was wearing a black face mask and a faded zip up jacket, was extremely rude during the entire interaction. I was trying to hand over cash, but my left arm currently has a bandage so I could not reach very well. I was doing my best to pass the money with my right hand, but she made no effort to meet me halfway or help at all. Because of that, a quarter slipped and dropped. I even offered to step out and pick it up, and she told me no. What really stood out was what happened next. After giving me my receipt, she dropped my dime behind it in a way that felt very intentional. It came across as passive aggressive and honestly disrespectful. At no point did she show any understanding or basic courtesy, even though it was obvious I was struggling to reach. It was a simple transaction that turned into a frustrating experience because of her attitude. So we stopped here on our way to a family vacation just to get a quick bite. It was really interesting because they didn't have service to order. We had to order from the kiosk which wasn't bad but always working with technology versus a human it sometimes forms difficult when I have two little kids running around The bathrooms were locked so you had to get the server to help unlock the doors but overall it was just very good isn't really nice that the price for McDonald's food is getting more and more expensive. It's starting to become a more of a burden to go to McDonald's to order for ourselves and do everything and pay the same amount of money and spend the same amount of time or we could go to a nice sitdown restaurant. read more

The service here is terrible. The guy at the window just mumbles and was in a terrible like every other time I've gone to this location. The macchiato doesn't taste like it has an extra shot of espresso and the cup is 3/4 of the way full. I guess I'll remain a Starbucks customers. More expensive but I'm treated. This McDonald's location is still by far better than the Burger King location around the corner. I wouldn't recommend going to this location though either. We stopped off here on our drive from the Bay Area to the Central Coast. We stopped off here thinking it will be a quick in and out using their curbside pickup. Wrong! What's wrong with the people working here??? Do you people have no pride in a job well done?? I go in to pick up DoorDash orders and find the restaurant just plain dingy. Little bits of food under a few of the tables, dirty table tops, and people who just don't give a darn from the looks on their faces. My own orders are rarely correct or they're sloppily made. One Deluxe McCrispy came with nearly no mayo, the next time I ordered with extra and it was swimming in the stuff. Mustard is almost non-existent, even when you order extra. You have to ask for packets to get enough to have even just a hint of mustard flavor on your burger. Meanwhile, the burgers are slapped together haphazardly, no care to appearance. You get a mouthful of pickle in one bite because they're thrown into the dead center of the burger, with a pickle desert all around the edges. I get needing to be fast, but at least do a quality job of it while being quick to get the food out. There is ZERO excuse for how the people who work at this restaurant, and the other fast food restaurants, treat their customers' food! None. It's frankly embarrassing. as someone who used to work here this place is truly disgusting and I really wish everyone knows the truth because half of this stuff is literally unacceptable and I'm surprised most of people do not come back sick, you're food it's being left out to get touched by many big and baby flies that are there every single day landing on the fries . hash browns , landing on your slices of cheese because the cheese is literally just sitting on the counter, your drinks are mostly made with someone that's not being sanitized because you're usually told to go clean the floor or clean the bathroom and get back into making a drink, the only reason we keep passing the inspection is because we know when and what time the people are going to give us the inspection to make sure everything is good so we make sure everything is clean for when they're there but the rest of the time when we're not getting checked, oh baby, that shit is fucking dirty. I have seen roaches in the bathroom, on the floor where the kitchen is, crawling on the fries then so much mold being left there because the people don't care to clean it stuff right, then the owners don't even go and take care of this place. It is impossible to get hot fries here. I tried even asking for extra salt because they have been bland in the past. They didn't even do that. There was no salt on these fries at all. As I drove away and got back on the freeway I bit into the burger and of course onions all over the sandwich. Every morning for my coffee and Ana and Khrissy are the only people who get the order right. But damn, dinner time is the worst. At least 85% of the time there's something wrong with my order.
