This place is bad. I ordered from the kiosk and the POS machine wasn't working. They told me after like 3 attempts. Once I ordered, they handed me my drink ware but told me they don't offer iced tea though their kiosk said it was available. I asked if there was coffee. They don't have any as they only offer during breakfast. I received my order in a bag instead of a tray even though I input "dine in" on the kiosk. Within a few minutes, a customer came in and said they are missing two items from their order (probably he was from the drive thru). A few minutes after that, another customer asked if she can get a towel to clean the tables. The employee gave her napkins so the customer herself can clean it. He asked if this was enough napkins. Can I Give Them ZERO ZERO ZERO stars??? Please???? SMH... It's bad. Really bad. They are not consistent with ANYTHING except being inconsistent with EVERYTHING! I ordered their new Bacon Melt, which is supposed to come with carmelized onions. Were there any? Nope. Last time, there were only a few on that one and none on the Shroom 'n' Swiss that I'd asked to be added to it. I've gotten the Bacon King before and it's supposed to come with ketchup. It's not there 70% of the time. I'll PAY to add tomato to my sandwiches and they don't put it. They regularly forget sauces, even when the item says it comes with that sauce. They also always say they're out of mustard and don't know when or IF they are ever getting more. If you ask them to remove mayo or ketchup they double the amount of sauce you asked to not put on the burger and the receipt will be correct but the orders all the way off. Sometimes you don't even get the burger you ordered. They will refuse to give you chicken fries or French fries when they're sold out but not tell the customer and make you pay for it even though they don't have. On May 13th I went inside with my family when I noticed on the inside menu a melt that I wanted to order. Everyone else had placed their order and when I went to place my order I was told that the melts had been discontinued. I canceled the entire order and my family and I went somewhere else. We also noticed that there was a sign inside that stated they were out of lettuce. No other places were out of lettuce. I tried to get the employees's attention to alert them on the bathroom situation and I was completely ignored. I was standing there for 5 minutes saying "excuse me" and "hello" ! They looked straight at me as if looking through me. Eventually, they said they would handle the situation -- they basically placed a sign over the door saying out of order. Great! I ordered ahead on the app and used a coupon once I get there I tell a worker how it showed me that the coupon was applied but didn't let me choose weather I wanted the chicken nuggets.
