Walked in on a Sunday about 8 pm to get late dinner with my family. I see about 4 servers leaning on the counters all talking with each other not 1 of them greet us or say we'll be with you in a minute nothing... so we sit there for about another 2 minutes before one of the servers finishes up her convo and finally seats us. Alyssa takes our drink order and is not even the slightest bit friendly or inviting. No smiles, no thanks, no manners. We had to ask multiple times for refills, she snatched a glass out of my husbands hands to refill his drink in a super rude manner.
