    $10 cheese only quesadilla
    Matthew G.

I feel like the lack of my Spanish cost me money! 3 tacos $9.00! Then they forgot my cheese quesadilla. $10 for a quesadilla. When I questioned this idiot is English on the price of a cheese only quesadilla, he's said "bro, it's 2023, what do you expect? What does tortillas and Monterey Jack cost at the store?" And I said "a 10 pack of tortillas $3 and a 5lb of cheese $8.00 at savemart" so I paid $10 for one quesadilla that paid for another 9?" I'm not stupid, because I don't speak your language, don't take advantage! Rather go to Taqueria El Mexicano off 384 for a better product and better priced! See pictures and tell me if the quesadilla is worth $10 and these tacos are worth $3 each, "hey bro, it's 2023 and my review will be seen! "

Tasted yummy,I prefer white corn over yellow corn. Also the toppings are skimpy but I would go back. The woman working was nice,it has spaces to park a semi and its next to a gas station and rest area.

    Taco truck!

Want authentic and cheap Mexican food at late hours of the night? Then this taco truck is the place! Menu choices: burritos, tacos, quesadillas, tortas, sopas, tostadas, and tacos de tripa. I think they have a steak combo plate with rice and beans too. Meat choices: asada, pollo, carnitas, al pastor, chile verde, chorizo, lengue, buche, and cabeza, There's a salsa bar with several types of salsa, cabbage, limes, onions and cilantro. There's a crock pot of beans that are free and part of the salsa bar too. I went around 10pm on a Saturday and I think they're open 'til 3am on weekends and 10pm on weekdays. I got an asada sopas, my sister got carnitas tacos [chunks of grilled pork, not shredded], and my brother got an asada quesadilla. All together it was $7.25! And so delicious. Better than even some of the little hole in the wall places I have been to around the valley. The guy next to me got a torta and it was huge. There are three picnic bench tables to sit at or you can take your food to go. I wanted to take pictures of my food but it looked so good I started grubbing before I could haha. Go do yourself a favor and check it out!

Good, quick tacos off the infamous 99. To be honest I am doing my own Taco Throw-down since I wasn't able to attend for personal reasons. All the Taco trucks who attended the event on Chukchansi Park Baseball Stadium I am going to make a personal visit to all of them at least before the year is over. Anyways I never been to this place since this trucks appear out of nowhere like the tweakers at the recycling place or the guy selling DVD's in the parking lot. The food was delicious even after 15 minutes in foil at my home. I just can imagine how they tasted right on the spot. Is not the best, because I can't rate a taco truck more than three stars because there's just so many of them and I haven't tried all of them, but I'm going to try. Just hopefully my immune system can handle it. Rate this place a 3.5

We ordered tacos de cabeza, and adobada. The meat tasted all the same. Like they just shredded it and added red chile.

I did taste the meat of the chicken and Al Pastor tacos which weren't as good as the Chile Verde.

We were looking for a good spot that was central to us all. We were coming from Dinuba, Reedley,…read moreSanger, Kingsburg and Fresno. Selma seemed like the natural central location. Next thing, where to go. Selma has many iconic restaurants -Sal's, Rosalinda, Antonio's. But I had never heard of Rodolfo's. It came highly recommended by a few of us attending, so we gave it a go. One thing we had going for us is that we had a man on the inside who could hook it up. I was hoping it meant free food, but that wasn't the case. But we did get our own private room, so that was nice. Some recommendations were made, but I was split between the nopales, chile verde nachos, Rodolfo's special, Selma special and chile verde plate. In the end, I went with the namesake Rodolfo's special. I was told that the taco it came with, the Selma taco, was named such, because it won a taco competition in Selma. All the more reason to try it, right? Didn't have high expectations for the chile verde chicken enchiladas, but I like chile verde and enchiladas, so why not. Service was quick. In no time we were all served and chowing down. My plate was very hot and I could still hear the meat in my tacos sizzling, so I wisely started with the enchilada. The flavor was great, my only issue was the chicken, because it did chicken things that chicken does. But it was still good, don't get me wrong. After that, I waited on my taco to cool down. Yeah, it was that piping hot. It was good, but not great. I think it was the partially fried tortilla. It's something that they have to do though, given how loaded the taco is. A limp tortilla would not be up to the task. I know some people like some structure to their taco. I don't mind getting down and dirty. Personal preference. I have to say, the middling reviews had me a bit worried. Getting VIP service ensured that we were taken care of though. Side note experience that I didn't have. A friend felt like he got overcharged. $16.95 dinner plate with water and his bill came out to $24. He didn't want to make a thing about it. It wasn't that big a deal for him. But for others, it could be. All in all, we had a good time. Our server was nice. They gave the 9 of us our own private room. My buddy probably broke their door and they just laughed about it. Your experience may vary but this was mine.

Then the day comes when you say 'screw it' and finally decided to go in, only to get blown away. Yeah, that's EXACTLY what happened in my case. I finally decided to go in and check it out after hearing many good things about and it was AMAZING. The attendants behind the counter super courteous and sweet, heck, I felt like the most important person in there. A nice atmosphere despite having to remove their dinning area due to COVID, but from what I saw, it carried a good ambiance. Anyways, I got to the counter and ordered my food (shrimp fries), waited a bit and then was given it. Right away I could SMELL the shrimp and boy was my mouth watering. Ugh-- totally swooned right then and there. It was really hard to resist the urge of just sitting in my car and eating the whole thing right there. Nevertheless, I made it home in the end with my precious package intact and it was still friggin piping hot. So much shrimp was packed into along with gooey cheese and some sort of sauce. I didn't know what it was, but it was delicious. It was a massive portion too. Needless to say, I wasn't able to finish it all in one go, but that only meant I'd have more for later! All in all, l LOVED the experience and I LOVED the food. I will definitely be stopping by here again!
