In my opinion it was fried perfectly. In fact I can't even fry catfish this well at home. The corn nuggets and fries were equally fresh and delicious. The service was excellent. The employees were attentive when I walked in, they greeted me, and seemed eager to take my order and as soon as my order was prepared I was notified. It took 10 minutes to prepare my food and that was an excellent wait. While I waited for my food several others came and ordered and I could tell this restaurant does brisk business.
