The cleanest Dennys we've seen. The service is great. Food is good, the milkshake is definitely worth it! The price is very reasonable!

Haven't been to a Dennys in years. Went here with my wife and father in law before thanks giving. We had dinner, it was splendid, sat in the lounge and had a beer. If you have any type of food allergy do NOT eat at this establishment. My son ordered a plain burger, with ketchup only. When it came out it was fully loaded with all veggies. We asked for them to remake it. We watched the waitress take it to the kitchen, rhe chef take the top bun off, veggies, and put the bun back on. She walked jt right out. I came in this morning for a simple breakfast. Eggs scrambled, links, and toast. Meal was served in under 5 minutes. 1-Eggs were precooked as a large amount then sits in a steam table until an order comes in. 2-There were grill marks, so the sausages were microwaved. 3-Hash brown cool to the touch. 4-Toast was "dead" which means it sat until needed. Butter didn't even melt and only one slice was buttered. I realize that it's Denny's but I wanted fast food I would've gone across the street to McDonald's. I spent over 15 years working in the food service industry. This is worst in the history of the worst experience I have ever had. Needless to say, I WILL NOT LONGER BE BACK. Well don't come for late night. I guess if a place is running out of certain foods, then don't let people order the food. My slow cooker meaty melt came with basically no meat and what was there was fat or the burnt ends and not the roast beef it said. The chicken fried steak that I then changed my meal to wasn't any better in flavor. If a person came in drunk I can see them not having issues with it but beings how I was not drunk and I do have taste buds, this time in the place really was bad. read more

Post-Pandemic Review. Menu is quite limited now. No more pancake puppies. Only a couple of salads to choose from. It's expensive now--$3.65 for a cup of coffee. They altered the tip %. The tip range is now 18%-24% (it used to be 10%-15%). The quality of food declined post pandemic. My wife ordered Chicken Fried Steak--it was the same quality as a "Hungry Man" frozen TV dinner. I used to love their burgers but I had their slam burger and it was okay. The bacon was like Wendy's. In fact, I'd take a Wendy's hamburger over the post pandemic Denny's burger any day of the week. The service was so-so. The seat we sat in had a giant tear with foam sticking out. Denny's needs a corporate makeover. And with that tip % I need to be a waiter. read more

The service is not what a restaurant/diner should be. They should be coming by more than once per hour to check on your table. I was difficult to get someone's attention for a request. The server didn't pay attention to our drink order. My burger was exceptionally dry and tasteless plus my salad tasted like fresh dirt. I asked for no bun for my burger, the server asked if I wanted a lettuce wrap and I declined, so they sent it out as a lettuce wrap anyway. They charged an adult drink for my kids drink. And neither the menu nor the server stated that there is an extra charge for the salad instead of fries along with how much adding peppers/onions to my burger would be, or that there was actually going to be a charge. We will not be returning to this place again. I've had nothing but bad experiences and they can't seem to ever get any better, only worse. read more

I've been craving strawberry crepes so bad! I finally got some from here and they were absolutely disgusting. They forgot to pack my strawberries with the crepes. That wasn't even the worst of it. I'm a delivery driver for several online food delivery services. Of all the places I deliver to, this specific Dennys treats me the worst. They will intentionally delay my customers order because they prioritize sit down customers over online orders, making me wait 10-20 minutes for no reason. I get paid to deliver, not to wait. The last order I did, they decided to not start the order until I arrived. Meaning my rating as a delivery driver was negatively affected for being late, my customer got their food late, and I left feeling pissed off. Dennys, this is unacceptable. Your online customers still matter, and as a driver I am advocating for them. Us deliver drivers all talk to each other, and most of us have decided to blacklist this store. So if you're ordering online, and you're wondering why it's taking so long to get your order from Dennys, know this: They did it on purpose. read more

Came out to eat after an event. Ordered the buffalo boneless wings, the wings were over fried and the sauce was splattered over a few of them. Very poor presentation, most pathetic songs I've seen in a long time. The old saying "you get what you pay for" really applied to this place but only the food was more expensive than the quality. I came into Denny's tonight for an adult beverage and dinner. I was greeted by Ashley the hostess. What a very friendly and positive person!! She gave me options as where to sit which was so very nice!! Esther was my waitress, and she was so much fun to be around. Friendly, well trained, and good at her job. Checked on me often. Taylor was a waitress I had the pleasure of meeting as she also checked on me with a smile and very positive personality. Lori was the bartender and does she ever know her drinks. Really good mixologist!!! She really lights up the bar with her personality!! Adam and Moses are the chefs that made my dinner. Damn the presentation was outstanding, the food was cooked exactly as I requested, and tasted so good. I had the opportunity to speak with the Manager Liz. We went to Denny's on Saturday night for a bite to eat. We were seated and given beverages and menus. Before or waitress came to our table, a family (dad, soon, daughter) came in with a puppy on a leash. Children were young, maybe 5 & 7? and in control of the leash. They walked all over with said puppy. Waitress came to our table and we asked about letting the puppy be inside and she was rude and started she didn't have time to answer and she would get her manager. After the rudeness from her, we got up to leave. Asking the lady behind the register why this was acceptable, she said they were placing a to go order. Regardless, this is not acceptable, and we were not happy about how we were treated and their blatant disregard for other patrons. We filled out a report with the health department as well. Breakfast took 1 1/2 hours. They were disorganized and had people waiting in lobby about 10 minutes with at least 8 tables and booths open. Manager seemed a bit aloof to it all. Definately needed more help. Once we finally got our order taken we waited 40 minutes for it to arrive. Boxed it up and left as we were out of time. Did Denny's always have lounges? I never knew. I thought they were just restaurants! Anyway, discovered this Denny's restaurant during the Tri-Cities "snopocalypse" back in January. Tamra was the barkeep of the night. I found out she likes country music and pouring nice drinks. So yeah, if you want to bypass the Uptown barhopping and try something off the beaten path, this could be a dark, stormy, and secluded option. But for the most part, I've patronized this joint for late evening grubbing. In general the servers have been professional, nice, and efficient. The dining area does seem a bit too bright for me though (because of this, I'd give a nod to Shari's a little more). read more

My husband & I went there about 2:00 for a late lunch. We had the senior turkey dinner & it was delicious! Our only complaint was our server, Derrick, was inattentive! Another server gave us our waters, we had to ask a different server to locate him so we could place our order. He didn't check back with us to see if we needed anything else.
