Staff needs better customer service training, came in to this location after ordering online, arrived before a rush of people started to show and was told no order existed under my name and was immediately ignored without no explanation or attempt to fix a problem that was clearly wrong with their system or network. Manager came and still, no resolving a simple fix. Was told to just " wait " wait for what? Their fix, I had to reorder my original order twice and now I have two charges for one order. What made matters worse, when I arrived home my order was wrong! Honestly it's Denny's there's not much to really expect. It's like 2am and we're (party of 10) the only ones in the diner. It took about 10 minutes to get menus after being seated and after ordering it took about 25 minutes to just get some water after finished placing our order. We understand we were a big party and she did apologize, but I have to be honest that water shouldn't have taken as long as the food. So I do have to deduct a star for that reason. The wait time on the food I understand just because there's 10 of us but some of us just ordered sides. Lovely lady tho that took our order and for handling our party because we were loud and it's like 2, almost 3am. read more

Everyone knows Denny's is a classic late night meal. Came here after a shift with my crew mates past midnight, and Nato treated us with so much care and liveliness! Dina cooked up our food deliciously. It was a high quality meal for a good price. I ordered the cinnamon roll pancakes, which were cooked with a perfect crispiness on the outside with cloud like softness in the middle. The mozzarella sticks stole the show! Those were 10/10 The cheese pull was insane!! But the mozzarella sticks are not enough to make me go back. Everything else was just alright- pretty mediocre. But it's Denny's. So, what did I except here? lol The food tasted fine, but both my partner and I had stomach cramps and diarrhea later. My stomach cramps were immediately after we left Denny's. So, I know it was the food. Just not sure which item gave me the cramps. Was it the eggs? Cheese or cream in the stuffed French toast? I don't know. A couple hours later my partner had diarrhea. The only thing he had to eat the entire day was Denny's. He couldn't eat anything else because his stomach was so messed up. :( I don't think we will be eating here anytime soon. read more

The service was absolutely terrible. I feel bad giving this place a 1 star because I just gave them a 5 star, but Pedro is one of worst servers I have ever had in my life. For one, when we order, I can't make any adjustments because when I say I want a burger for example, right away, he says thank you. Basically shutting me out, like what if I don't want tomatoes or onions. Also he charged us something extra, I had to go back to get a refund, and he gave me extra attitude for the road. The food itself was good, and the ambiance was pretty relaxed and it didn't seem too busy, but the service was regrettably subpar. Our server didn't introduce himself, and he also did not take our order down correctly. Not only did he get the order wrong, but he also completely forgot to submit an entire order of food that should have been an appetizer. When asked if the appetizer was on its way, he looked confused and then proceeded to state he would put the order in, as we were already eating our entree. There was no apology or remorse, so we just asked to cancel the entire appetizer since at that point we were halfway through the meal. So I use to go here back in the day when I was in high school after basketball and this place was always the vibe. Then I stopped coming cause life happened. But I would have Uber eats order here to pick up. So I came back to dine in again and I have to say it was a treat cause everything was made to so well I was shocked how good everything was.
