After a busy day of running errands, picking up a sandwich on the way home for lunch sounded good. In the interest of saving time, I used the Jersey Mikes app to order ahead. It only took me five minutes to get to the store, so I did not expect my sandwich to be ready immediately. I checked in at the counter and was told they were still working on my order, no problem. They were not very busy, and were staffed with four employees that I could see. As I waited for over ten minutes, three different customers walked in, had their sandwiches made, and left. Maybe they had a flood of app orders, but at times there were one or two staff members in front doing nothing while I was the only one in the store. After almost fifteen minutes of waiting at the store, my sandwich was finally ready. The employee apologized for the wait, but it was frustrating to see several other customers come and go while I waited when I thought I was saving time by using the app and ordering ahead. My order was a regular size roast beef and provolone on wheat made Mike's way. ($11.95). I had planned to eat half now, and half later but the sandwich was on the smaller side so I just ate the whole thing. I would prefer a larger regular size sandwich for a few more dollars. The only other option is the giant size at $19.95. The sandwich was also a little bland, and it seemed like I tasted more lettuce than meat and cheese. More salt and pepper would have gone a long way. I love their Big Kahuna sandwich, but the roast beef and provolone sandwich and wait time today missed the mark. read more

we ended up at this Jersey Mike's subs and it was empty. i thought it was closed of how empty the parking lot and store looked. Glad it wasn't we enjoyed our sub sandwich in peace. There was some music going on so glad it wasn't quiet. The staff was nice and the place was clean. read more

Updating my prior review. After a year off, we tried this Jersey Mikes again- glad to report that the service and the product has improved. We've ordered through the app to skip the lines and they seem to quickly work the online orders and they make sure to include any special instructions included on the order. Food quality and pricing is on par with other Jersey Mikes and gladly prices have stayed relatively stable. This spot is back in the rotation for quick lunch options. read more

At 1200 pm on 1/7/26 i ordered the food and it was good and the people were nice except for .the guy in the front station adding condiments to the sandwiches..So as I was getting my drinks he says here's your sandwich and drops it on the lower counter about a foot lower than where he's at and walks back to his station. The drink machine was close enough to hand it to me and yet he drops it. Whats up with that?. You have the date time and employee who was working at the station at this time..all the information you would need to follow up with this person. Jersey Mikes is a joke. Walked in and 4 people sitting and waiting for orders. Apparently a catering order is more important than cash ready customers. After waiting 10 minutes with no acknowledgment, I left. I told three families that there was a long wait and they turned around a left. Again Jersey Mike's management is horrible. This Jersey mikes subs is located at the right place. In the city of Placentia. The staff is very friendly and professional. They listen to what you are wanting and get it exactly the way you want it. I do not recommend ordering your food online and going directly to the establishment itself. It's easier to go in person and have a great sandwich made. The establishment is clean and up to date. I haven't found anything wrong with the restaurant itself. When it comes to the food. My favorite is the Italian sub. This place is awesome . Overall this place is professional and food is handout and professionally made. I ordered the original italian and a 22 oz pepsi and instead they gave me a club supreme. I went up and forgot my receipt but luckily the cashier Chris remembered me and gave me the correct order and upgraded my soda to a 32 oz for my inconvenience. Was out of town so I won't visit again, but this made my visit nice and I hope to see more good workers like this in the future! Just wanted to give a quick shout out to this location. My son ordered his sandwich on the app and he unfortunately forgot to remove what he didn't want on it. We got home @8:30pm and when he sat to open it he was on the verge of tears about all the deliciousness that comes on a regular sub. I just finished my meal here. The sandwich was great (always is) and the staff here is fantastic. When I walked in there were a few people ahead of me and the crew was HUSTLING. They did it all with great attitude, the way they interacted with customers was great, and the way they found time to clean between making sandwiches was also impressive. I don't know if they were busy tonight because of Halloween, but the ratio of bread to turkey in my sandwich was unacceptable. They have sandwiches chips sodas I have big large subs, medium and a mini. Also they provide goods great service they have so fountain sodas. Great experience during the lunch rush here at this Jersey Mikes off Rose. I was blessed with enough Shore points this visit to score a free sandwich. I opted for the Chicken Bacon Ranch. It was amazing and still hot by the time I landed. The white American cheese I can say would probably be served best scorching hot like I enjoyed it. The crew here was breezing through the line with ease. The dude cutting the meat was jacked too, corn fed American boy catching all the girls eyes in line. The girl working register had a cute nostril ring, made superior eye contact, and thanked me for my visit. I'll be back next time I'm in town.
