Usually come here after we get off work doing the graveyard shift....food is usually hot, and good portion size only problem is takes forever to get seated and to pay your bill. Some denny's have gone downhill but this location is one of the good ones. read more

Went on my birthday. Looked online, at Denny's.com, it said you can sign up to get a coupon for free breakfast or go in on your birthday with an ID. So I went, with best friend. I was told by the waitress that unless you signed up under rewards and have a coupon, you will not get a free breakfast. The waitress at Denny's was not going to even look it up online or ask a manager. Just went there two weeks ago. We left and ate breakfast elsewhere. Rude standoff-ish staff. Food sucked. And that's not even a bold enough adjective to use. Wouldn't be surprised if they poison their customers. For starters, my Berry Pancakes were not even cooked all the way. The outer part which was cooked, tasted like chemicals. I also ordered a "Honey Butter" chicken sandwich meal with hashbrowns. They just slapped the hashbrowns in the cardboard box with the horribly made chicken sandwich. Not even with my pancakes, which would make more sense. To get into the specifics of my sandwich: The color of the breading was very off, way darker than it should be. Rubbery chicken. The whole sandwich was a soggy mess. Not sure if because of their weird honey glaze, or because of the pickles. But even the bottom bun got soggy. At this point, I couldn't even trust to eat the side of "Seasonal Fruit" that I also purchased. Stay away at all cost if you know what's best for you. Today i went with some friends to denny's on greenback in Orangeville. I don't usually do this but this Denny's has the rudest waitress. Manager. And busser. First we waited a long time for are meal. When the salad came in my salad there was a rotten piece of lettuce in my salad. Waitress was very rude. Manager never said i will be right with you or anything. When we were ordering she got my order wrong. I still didn't address it. I told her it was okay i will eat it. But when after i had told her that all of us were paying separate. she brought the bill and put 2 orders and a coffee on my bill that wasn't mine. I went to go pay and told the manager. I was in line first he made me wait and took the other payments. I asked him why i had to wait. it wasn't my mistake he was very rude. And acted like it was my fault. I felt discriminated. He also didn't take my coupon when i told him i was going to call corporate he said he didn't care he wouldn't give me his name when i asked him. This is probably the worst Denny's in the world because breakfast places always come to tell us what we want to drink but they didn't me and my family had to wait 20 minutes for then to get us drinks and in to took them 40 minutes to get the food ready and they charge you for dressing to so we will never go to this place again read more

I have not been to Denny's in a long time and they did not disappoint. I got the Berry pancakes with strawberries and bananas and whipped cream on top. Very good breakfast and the service was good and food came pretty fast. read more

This place is pretty standard for a Denny's. Some days it gets really busy though. The staff are alright. Shanay is really cool though and very helpful. I'm not so sure about the manager though. He seems very serious and not very outgoing... We always get good quality food here though. So far no complaints. read more

We dined at this location this morning. We were seated in a timely manner, but weren't offered drinks until 10 minutes later. We ordered a coffee, hot chocolate and two Waters, our server came back with a coffee and orange juice, so we just took it. Didn't get our water until 30 movies later. Our food order was a Grand Slamwich, with cheese on the hash browns and a BYO omelet with hash brown and sourdough toast. We got our food and the hash browns had no cheese on them, the omelette was a pile of meat with a scrambled egg blanket on top, pretty disappointing. I finally got my soggy toast 5 minutes before we left, heard her tell the cook she couldn't find it. We got the check and advised the waitress that the cheese charge needed to be removed and showed her a photo of the cheeseless hash brown. Her response, "well you should have told me, and I would have removed them without the photo". Needless to say we were disappointed in the service, our waitress seemed to just not care, she was rude and couldn't remember anything. read more

This Denny's is better environment and people then others but I highly disliked the waitress she's really rude and seems angry. I found a hair under my stacks of pancakes and they were rude and had a problem taking they back and substituting the pancakes for French toast. Crazy they were going to make a big deal about the pricing a couple dollars off when I found hair in my food. I was disgusted with the hair I didn't want the same thing. I am posting this to commend a waitress at this location. Her name is Rene R. We are a group of 10-15 people who have a breakfast meeting once a month at this location. We are always greeted by Rene with a smile and a pot of coffee. She even remembers which of us only drink decaf...remember now we only are there as a group once a month. I love Denny's, and this one is amazing! I'd never been to this location, but now I live down the street, and this is the closest one. I came here with my grandma, and the servers/cashiers were all incredibly friendly and quick. Customer service is definitely top priority here. They also offer military discounts, which is terrific. One star for the food. But the service was TERRIBLE! No coffee refills, our server only checked on us once, never came back again. We could see that she would go to other tables but not ours. We had to called her for the check and boxes. This other server we asked for a coffee refill and he came back when we were leaving, after several minutes and him taking care of other costumers. Maybe they have their regulars who they take more care of I don't know. But One thing for sure is we are never coming back. read more

The service here is wonderful, the atmosphere is quite inviting, the food and the portion sizes are much larger and better tasting than other Denny's too! Too many transients.... Wanted to enjoy breakfast this weekend but we parked, got out and as we were walking to the front door, we noticed 8-10 transients loitering. So we turned around and left and drove to the next nearest Denny's. Don't you want your customers to feel safe? Apparently not! Just went to this location and was very dissatisfied. We waited 30+ minutes for our food to be finished which was a little silly since it was 2 skillets, toast, and an order of turkey bacon. I have been to many locations and haven't had to wait close to this long. Also, upon arriving home we realized they didn't even give us our bacon we paid for. I called back and they told me to come back to get it... mind you we live 15 minutes away. We had already waited over half an hour just driving home and back to the store. Nonetheless we got the bacon, they didn't apologize & also didn't offer us anything nice for driving 40 min total to get our food. The service was sub par & the lack of desire to go the extra mile made everything so much worse. You can say I'm extremely dissatisfied and won't be returning. I'll also be contacting corporate. I received a pay cut during Covid, so ordering out is a treat. My kids wanted IHOP, but Denny's was closer for pickup. The prices were reasonable. They offered curbside pick up, which made me happy. I was sent a confirmation email with instructions on where to park and a number to call to alert the restaurant of my arrival. However, there were no designated parking spots. I drove around for several minutes trying to locate them to no avail. They had a tent with a couple tables set up, but no signage. I thought that parking my car in front of the tents might be the right place. So I call the number and get only a busy signal. For 20 minutes I waited and kept calling. My kids were in the car in pajamas and no shoes because I selected curbside pick up. So I had to leave my kids in the car to go inside to pick up my order. When I explained my long wait and the phone number not working, the gentleman just shrugged and handed me my order with NO APOLOGY! What?!?! My time and money is worth something. The whole situation ruined the night for my hungry kids because they were terrified of all the homeless people around near the car. We used to go to Denny's fairly often because of the prices and service. Not a place for my family anymore. read more

Took 20 min for my appetizer to arrive, and 40 min for my food and I came in and hour and a half early to eat while I had somewhere to go. I complained twice to the server. As seems to be typical of Denny's restaurants, when I arrived they were understaffed. The host was both ringing up patrons and seating the incoming patrons. That's not a good idea. The person bussing the tables apparently doesn't know what he's doing, and neither do those setting up the tables. One of the seats in my both was horribly dirty. It was like someone came along and smeared salt and sugar on the backrest. This forced me to have to sit on only one side of the booth. The coffee was absolutely horrible. My food was common fare for a Denny's restaurant. My waitress was friendly. read more

A friend and I went here for dinner and it was a wonderful experience the service was friendly and quick and the food was really good and the waitress was Tatiana she was very professional friendly took care of all of our requests and she was just the overall best I've experienced in long time.... Denny's should be very proud to have her as an employee she should get a raise and definitely kudos to her...
