I was just here, and this subway is bigger than the ones I'm used to seeing around my parts of the woods up north. The restaurant is very clean, and the staff were very polite, fast and friendly. Yes I know these are subway sandwiches, but I gave it five stars because of the experience, and the food was fresh, and I asked for extra veggies, the staff added this without grimacing like I get from my regular subway, so I feel like this made my sandwich taste that much better. I ordered the sweet onion teriyaki chicken, and got the Swiss cheese, I asked them to toast it for a few seconds longer with the cheese on the top and chicken on the bottom, and it was nice and warm when I gotta sandwich, the bread was nicely toasted on the outside as well a little. I really enjoyed my sandwich today, and I just wanted to thank the staff for a great dinner experience at this subway. read more

Stopped by here tonight with my family and waited like 10 minutes to order which was no problem at all. They were not crowded. This place is extremely clean and nice anyway since we had a 10 minute wait Vic who works here was awesome. He treated each of us to one of their chocolate chip cookies and apologized for the wait which we said was no problem at all. We ordered two sandwiches. Both of them were fresh and delicious prices were so sell to me. They were a little expensive for a sandwich, but so are all the places. Whenever I go back to Subway, this will be the only spot I go back to and especially the great customer service from Vic. What a nice guy and a nice shop this is. read more

This subway shop just went under new ownership. This has always been one of my favorites subway locations, but under the new owners I was surprised that it was even better. Was my first time going to the subway location. New owners that are very friendly. Give this location a try for sure it's a 5150 Fairoaks Blvd. subway. My sandwich was made just the way I like it. Very tasty, I'm actually leaving another one today. They put the ingredients on perfectly, so my sandwich was not soggy. I ate one half and then saved the other for dinner and stayed fresh. I have a Subway near my home that are generous with veggies. This place is opposite. So when I first walked in, the guy behind the counter asked, "what's your background? Are you Chinese?" I answered, "No, I'mFilipino" and he says, "you could pass it." In my head I'm thinking, is it racist for even bothering to ask for my ethnic background? Who cares about my ethnicity. So I let that one go. Cause I don't care about making it an issue. I was just hungry. Let me have my sandwich! This Subway was so selfish with placing veggies. I asked for extra olives and the guy says, "we have to be careful how it's placed." He placed maybe only two olive slices. I was thinking at this rate if they continue to do it this way, I wonder if their vegetables spoil quickly. Anyways....I guess the Subway near my home spoiled me. The owners of this location could careless about their customers. They tend to be very gruff, short and rude at times. We've since stopped going to this location because of the above mentioned things, as well as they will not honor any coupons or nationally advertised promotions. I've had multiple poor experiences here. Not by choice, my employer asks me to pick up food there sometimes. The workers are extremely inefficient. With two people working, you'd expect it to take less than 10 minutes to build two sandwiches and a salad. It took almost 15 Also.. deciding to build a salad after toasting the sandwiches? So they were just sitting there cooling.. not so toasty anymore There's more I can say about the efficiency and quality of the stores output, but I'll just warn you to pick a different sandwich/salad place. So today I needed to find an open subway on an early Sunday morning. This on fit the bill. Opened at 9am although when I showed up at 9:05 they weren't exactly ready to open - but after I told them I was in a hurry - they stepped up and made it happen! My dogs were I. I was -charged- for extra veggies and employees were adamant that I would have to be charged. They mentioned on the lines of "rationing" food as if I asked for -all- of the veggies. Because they did not have a way of charging me, they charged me for extra cheese when I did -NOT- get extra cheese!! I ONLY got extra meat of which I gladly paid extra for. Because I wanted my sandwich how I wanted it, I was forced to pay extra. Another location I went to later said it was -wrong- that I was charged. ​ Come to think of it, my receipt indicates that not only was I charged for extra cheese, it has "bacon" written when I ordered a COLD CUT which I don't put bacon on. Unless the extra meat I asked for which was HAM is the same amount as bacon, this too is an overcharge!!!!!!!! ​ ​ I'd like to duly note, I work on the front lines as well during this pandemic. Using the pandemic as an excuse to charge extra for things that aren't supposed to be charge is inexcusable. I only went here because my daughter indicated the staff here was -very- nice but it seems I got the other end of the stick. Good business practice would be to place a SIGN on the door, in the building of which is visible for all, informing customers -prior- to making the sandwich, etc. but to inform customers -while- the sandwich is being made, that's wrong. While the owner is very nice, and takes care in making your sandwich, salad, or wrap, the small portions of veggies is hard to overlook. I always feel like I am begging for more spinach, cucumbers, bell peppers, and tomatoes. Vegetables are not THAT expensive!! My boyfriend and I went to subway to get sandwiches today. My boyfriend ordered first. The asian guy (i think he owns it) helped me. I am pregnant and just wanted a veggie sandwich. I asked him for extra onions and bells peppers. He put barely any on the sandwich so I asked for more please. He looked my boyfriend straight in the face and said "she's embarrassing.." I then politely told him I'm not embarrassing, I am pregnant! What a jerk. He was also very rude to us when we tried to use a coupon and said they are a "mom and pop" location.
