The pie came out and looked pretty but when I took a bite of a peach slice, it was hard and completely unripe and sour! They had literally just sliced up some hard peaches, threw them in a crust and drizzled a sugary syrup over it. And this pie is the most expensive slice at $9! I explained the issue and politely asked to switch for a different flavor of pie and was reluctantly accommodated. The worst part was when the bill came, it was just numbers typed on a receipt, and the server tried to charge us for the soda she never brought. We mentioned it and she apologized and brought a new paper receipt with more numbers but no explanation. I looked closer and noticed there was an extra charge of $7.99 on the bill so we had to ask the server a second time about the bill. She said it was a mistake and should have been $1.99 and not $7.99 but blamed it on their cash register buttons. That could have been true but it sounded fishy. The fact that she tried to overcharge us by sneaking $11 worth of items onto the bill like we wouldn't notice didn't sit well with us and we will not return. There are way too many good restaurants in the area with better food where you won't have to worry about being cheated when the bill comes!
