I have been having breakfast at this Dennys location for years. Breakfast food is good. Their burgers and shakes are very good too. Service is usually quick and most servers are attentive enough to get to know by name, today we had Juan L. and he was great. Haven't seen Sabrina in a while and she was always so good we wanted to sit in her area. They get super busy after 10:30 am but even still service was prompt. Its a mess! I was seating on the bar like area and near the kitchen seated especially on the blender side and i could really see the mess! No one is even cleaning it! I have been eating at this Denny's for sometime now. The service has always been great. A few rotten moments at time but overall a positive experience. I have eaten here with family and friends. The food is good. Served fresh. Always hot when it arrives to the table. The wait times can get a little crazy, especially on Sundays. So make sure you bring your patience. The wait staff are great. Service was terrible. I understand it is Denny's, but the people who work there all seem like they don't want to be there. When we were checking out the lady was so rude to my boyfriend about a coupon we had for his birthday grand slam. The bottom bun on his burger was soaked in grease. It was pretty busy tonight and the staff couldn't handle more than two tables. Every single person that was eating in there looked like they regretted coming there. This is the spot that my nephew picked after his graduation which wasn't too far away from the location. Once we finally decided what we all want which was a party of two adults and three children a very patient waiter bought us our mango strawberry mango lemonade which were awesome Free refills. My nephew got a chicken Philly which was a very large portion and cover the complete plate one niece got a chicken and sausage spicy platter again the food was plentiful my daughter and I got the chicken sandwich average sandwich but the chicken was juicy regular toppings on their nothing out of the ordinary and my sister-in-law got something called a big bird was basically a grilled turkey sandwich but what's the doubt to me is my nephew didn't want the case so sauce that came with his Philly cheesesteak so I asked the gentleman to bring it to me we tasted it and we loved it and he brought us all the side of queso to go with our fries and buffalo sauce we work this man so hard but he never stopped smiling and asking us if we need anything extra the service was great the food was pretty good it was a nice visit read more

This experience was COMICAL! We ordered online and it showed it would be ready in 20mins. So we left and went to pick up the food, a fairly small order. Well the food that was suppose to be ready at 10:54 was actually ready at 11:28. first attempt to hand off the food there was a whole meal missing. So now after waiting the wait became longer in order to make the missing sandwich. Finally get home and there is no syrup and no dressing for the chicken strips. Alright, things happen, right? Then we sit down ready to eat and first bite of our "bacon cheddar tater tots" where actually strawberry pancake bites!!! An order so simple should not have been this hard. I've been to this Dennys more times than I can count so I'm shocked as to why I've never reviewed this place previously. If you're looking for a cheap accessible meal at literally any time of day, you're best off coming here. You may not get the greatest quality of food or service but in the end, a meal is a meal. Open 24/7, Dennis is always there serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It will always have a special place in my heart simply because I've been going here since I was a kid. If I could do no stars I would, the worst service I've ever had in my life. Got our order wrong 3 times, disrespectful to customers, food was freezing cold (not to mention tasted off so I wouldn't be surprised if their kitchen wasn't up to code and people receive food poisoning). I didn't even eat the wrong order served to me after he answered the phone to an angry delivery customer who complained about finding something on their burger that shouldn't have been there (I believe they said cockroach) and he hung up on the customer. Giving it just one star because... My fiancé and I come to Denny's when we want a late night meal. Come around 11 p.m. We get seated fast. But wait about 15-20 mins before a waiter or waitress comes to our table. They always make our food very slow we usually wait an hour to get it. And refills we wait about 10 mins. When the food comes out it's barely hot. In my opinion this Denny's shouldn't be opened 24/7. Get staff that would enjoy working nights. Oh and p.s. I am a complainer. AN IMMENSE COMPLAINER. If there is the scant thing wrong, I will flip the hell out and most likely than not, as per previous experience, be banned from the restaurant. I am a very hard to be pleased. Went to Dennys and, as always, anticipated the detriment from the start. Oh boy, did they prove me wrong!! Breakfast on a Sunday morning, we were expecting a crowd. It was busy, for the one waiter they had working, however we were seated fast, served our drinks fast and order taken even faster. Food came out hot and cold, respectively as they should have. I have a strict do not tip if the bottom of the glass shows and it did show. But I left the waiter a 10.00 tip on a 15.00 order. VERY pleased with the service AND the food. It is Denny's, after all. It's 2am, you're on your way home from a long day of visiting your mother in the hospital when you realize that you have not eaten since the day before the day before. What do you do? Hindsight is always 20/20, they say. If given the chance to answer that question again, I would reply: "Stop at 7-11 for some Doritos and a Hostess fruit pie." The staff is always nice. But they don't seem enthusiastic to be working there. They are not very attentive and going a long time without a check in is frequent the 4 or 5 times I've been there. It hasn't been busy, with no more than 6 tables filled and spread throughout the location...and our servers disappear. Is this part of the ambiance at Denny's?? The tables were always dirty on my visits, despite the restaurant being empty. The chicken sandwich, quesadilla, fries, jalapeño caps are good. I'd go there just for the lemonade. The dishes that come on those hot plates are good. But they cannot accommodate special requests for a few of the menu options. For example, I cannot eat onions. I was getting a fajita something and asked for no onions. She came back and told me it could not be done because it comes in a bag mix. I guess instinctively I now know why I don't find myself here at these kind of diners...it does explain why Saturday 10am there is no problem with long lines...first I wish they would put a little more effort in ensuring the table is cleaned and wiped thoroughly rather then sticky and with water. One disappointing thing was that our waitress didn't serve us water attended to another table getting their order then even at that point gave them water then shortly after got us some water. Food took forever and we noticed most of our section was awaiting for food too. My salad had steak that was not warm but lucky rest of food came at right temperature. Came here for a birthday dessert. The service was worst than ever, they took 15 minutes to take our order. I ordered a strawberry cheesecake, and a choco lava cake. The strawberry cheesecake had a blob of 'canned' strawberries, the plates, glasses and cutlery, was dirty with fingerprints. The choco lava was a disaster, it wasn't even done properly. Disappointed with my experience here. Water glasses looked grimy and dirty; I could literally scrape out grey gunk from the rims of the cups. Milkshake, though tasted good, was not frothy cold, but more lukewarm cold. Seemed like they were also running out of food material/resources; throughout the menu, some items literally said "out of stock." While we were eating one of the servers asked us if he could borrow a condiment to give to a different table. Though we no longer were using it, it felt a little unprofessional. Our waitress was horrible... On top of that she brush her hair on our pancake's as she was laying them in our table... Never gave us utensils or napkins.. The place was not busy at all..
