She told me what I could use my coupons for and then told me I couldn't use both after I already ordered and tried to pay. I asked her for water and she did not bring me any until I asked again. My last two experiences at this specific Denny's, as each is independently owned, is a pure pleasure to articulate! This was Denny's. Fast efficient service. Coffee filled when we needed it. Reasonable prices with a welcomed feeling although a little brusk. On the original grand slam the 2 eggs seemed small. They were cooked nicely over easy. Also ordered was a build your own omelet. It had a great mix of ingredients and filled the plate. On a previous visit (picture posted) I had a disappointing biscuits, egg s and gravy. There was not enough gravy and very little sausage taste to it. There was a hole in the upholstery but it didn't bother me. This is a good quick stop on the way to the airport when you don't want to be surprised with a delay. read more

Had a great experience here. We originally came from Elly's on Milwaukee Ave and were seated along with another couple and were completely ignored so we left and came here. Best decision ever. Maria is a great server. She was kind, paid attention detail and helped change our day for the better. She always made sure we have everything we needed before we started eating. Food was great as well. They have really good pancakes here. I got the strawberry cream French toast dinner and my daughter got the salted caramel banana pancake dinner! Pic is a little dark and doesn't do the food the justice it deserves! We sat at a booth, which we prefer, and one of the booth seats were caved in a bit, so the owner needs to fix that, but the experience was still fantastic for the day we could have had. Wish I could give it 0. Sent my husband inside to make an order to go and they wouldn't take the coupon from Denny's website. When he tried to order without it they said they couldn't make French toast. The lady at the front was so rude he left. They apparently weren't busy so it doesn't make sense. Tried ordering online later that day and after 20 minutes was contacted and told they could not fill the order because they don't make crepes, - even though it's a Denny's menu item and listed on their website. Then they cancelled the whole order without reason or providing other options. Is this place even a Denny's anymore? We are here at 7:50 on a Saturday night. There is one server, one busser/runner and one cook. They are currently trying to handle 13 tables and a 14th one just walked in. Who is running this place?!!! Kudos to the staff that is here for holding their shit together. This server is 30 something with dirty blonde hair. She's stretched, but holding it together. Christmas night, we had reservations somewhere else and it turned out it was a no-go, so the group I was with decided to go to Denny's, upon entering, it was of course busy, but there was a young man who was working, I am not 100% sure what his actual job title was, but by the end of the evening, I can say that it should have been Manager. I believe he said that his name was Darius, but it was very loud when he told us, he said that he just goes by D, so that was how we referred to him from then on. He sat us in a server section who was nowhere to be found, after checking some customers out at the register, D came over and got our orders, and brought us drinks, he then looked and saw that everyone was tied up with things, and grabbed a bin and started bussing tables and washing them down. He then went up and started seating more customers. After that, he went to put orders in, pick up food for 2 separate parts of the restaurant and deliver them, and help a girl with an issue with the big coffee maker. Not once was my beverage empty, he would rush over with a refill, D stopped at the table 3 separate times to be sure that we didn't need anything, and my mother who was in the party, walks with a cane, he made sure twice that she was seated quickly and comfortably, and asked if there was anything he could do to make he more comfortable. Having our previous reservations canceled appears to be the best thing that could have happened to us. D truly made the night wonderful and if there was anything that could have made the Christmas Spirit feel bright in us again, it was D and his warmth and sincere graciousness. Yowser I haven't eaten at a Denny's in years and from the look of the number of people in the restaurant not too many people do. My wife and I grabbed their $5.99 breakfast that included 2 eggs, 2 sausages, 2 bacons, 2 pancakes and hash browns. It's a great deal for a decent meal. I mean how much can you change eggs over easy, sausage links and bacon w/2 big light fluffy pancakes & crispy hash browns. The food was a good solid meal that didn't cost an arm and a leg. read more

I have witnessed multiple fights at this location. The night manager, named Michelle, is very rude and the team is tragically understaffed.

I've eaten there many times and am not a big fan. The interior was dirty. The service was subpar. The food below average.
