We ordered to go and the food was so good. The lady on the phone was also very kind and let us know that to-go would be 40 minutes which wasn't surprising seeing how busy they get so we didn't mind at all. I got the steak skillet and my partner got the meat lovers skillet and we both agreed that this is our new breakfast spot. The meat was tender, the bread was so soft, the hash browns cooked perfectly, the peppers juicy and cooked well. I also appreciated that they put tinfoil in the containers because most breakfast places don't and the food usually ends up melting through the styrofoam so even details like that really show that they have been around and know how to run a food business.

Blondies did not disappoint, great food, outstanding service. I was not sure what to order, so I had the Shut Up and Eat It Breakfast. The cookdetermined what they wanted to make and that is what you got. Great place !

A buddy of mine and I decided to get breakfast for lunch. I have to say I was highly pleased. The quality and amount of food you get for the price is amazing. The ambiance reminded me of diners from the past. So this is a golden gem! The Denver omelette I got was very tasty anyone who orders it won't be disappointed! And the server was so nice and checked in on my friend and I often! Give blondies diner a try!

Great place to dine breakfast. We were for a sunday. It was packed with lots of regular customers. Food choices on the menu had lots of varieties and prices were just right. Would definitely come back.

Our server was friendly and attentive without being overbearing and seemed like she knew most of the people at her tables. We happened to be here when they have $7 bourbon mixers with good bourbon and they were not at all watered down. The food was delicious- we started with toasted ravioli and stuffed mushrooms and it was a great way to start. I wanted to try the fish tacos as that's normally my go-to, but I knew I wouldn't be able to eat them all after the appetizers, so went with the steak quesadilla, which had a ton of cheese and chopped steak so you got some in every bite. I will definitely be back to try the fish tacos!

Inside was pretty empty, we were there on a Thurs night and it seemed like mostly a few other corporate groups and regulars. There's a room with slot machines which I thought was interesting. Quick service, large portions and food came out fast. 4/5 chicken caldo soup - spicy but really flavorful 2/5 wings - dry rub was a bit too dry for their liking 3/5 friend got a salad with poppyseed dressing but didn't end up using the dressing as it had a bit of a strange consistency for her. She said it was okay tho. 3.5/5 ultimate grilled cheese, added a burger patty medium and red onions. The burger was good but cooked more medium well. Waffle fries generous but didn't care much for the ranch. 3.5/5 jambalaya - friends enjoyed it and the serving was large. 4/5 bread pudding was tasty and so was the ice cream. Service was great and it was just what we needed to get us some extra food. Menu was extensive and she indicated all was made fresh. Not necessarily food I'd crave & seek out if I was back in the area but it was pleasantly surprising and exactly what we needed!

We talked long with the bartender and a young man that worked there. Order a few drinks and talked with these two guys for fifteen minutes or so off and on before we even ordered anything. Just felt right, small conversation great atmosphere. We each ordered the three taco plate. I had one fish taco, one elote taco and one Arrachera taco. My wife hard three pork belly tacos. Hard to say which was out favorite because they were all equally as delicious and bursting with flavor from the fresh ingredients. We will be returning soon the March to try their corned beef and leprechaun margaritas before it's over. A must try restaurant in Norwood park.

The vibe was very comfy, not too upscale- think "chillaxed" vibes. I came with 2 girlfriends and we each had a different type of margarita. I got a pitcher of the cucumber margaritas and it was my first time having a cucumber margarita, and it DID NOT disappoint! Very might recommend! The bartender, Sean/Shawn was amazing! I also got to try their seasonal blood orange margarita, which was also delicious! We had the flautas appetizer and for my entree, I ordered the chorizo taco and the pork belly taco. I didn't even make it to the pork belly taco because I was full off the flauta and chorizo taco lol. The hot sauces that they bring to your table in the squirt bottles were bomb dot com!! Spicy enough for some "flava" but not burn your bottle hole spicy. Overall, I highly recommend this establishment for the vibes (I requested they play Bad Bunny and they obliged- zero questions asked and no pushback) and the food! If you're ever having group get together or small party, this place would be great! They also have brunch on the weekends which I will bring some moms back for, for some "Momosa" Dates! A short fuse and a close call…read more After Emily and I checked in to our hotel room, we wanted to stretch our legs and see if there was anything nearby for some beer and some food. Turns out, Short Fuse was right up the road and a 5 minute walk got us there. For a Sunday, it wasn't too busy but not dead, so we got seated right away. We ordered some beer and took a look at the menu. While nothing really struck our fancy, our waitress made a comment that if we did want any food, it might be slim pickings as they were running out of stuff. Turns out, this day was the last day they were open. Talk about timing! After she mentioned that, I started to notice that people were buying bar signs and various other things. Emily started off with a Guava Gose and I grabbed a Krankshaft kolsch. We sampled each other beers and we both really liked what the other ordered. I don't really know what a gose is but, damn, was that good! I've had Krankshaft before so I knew what I was getting myself in to. We ended up ordering a second round of the same beers and let each other sample the other's beer a little more liberally this time. While we were kind of hungry, nothing on the menu really struck our fancy, especially considering they might've been out of it. Room service took care of those hunger pangs later after a few more beers in the hotel bar. Online reviews for this place seemed hit and miss but I really enjoyed my time there and really enjoyed the artwork on the walls and the vibe of the place. We did contemplate buying some bar signs on our way out but declined as we don't know what we would exactly do with them. It sucks to see a small business close but they did say they may try to open up a new place in a new location in the future.

For a good 40 minutes in the bar, it was an absolute sausage fest. The only other females were those working, so it was a little uncomfortable. This is a manly place in general. A loud obnoxious table of meatheads was behind us at dinner but the steak was truly the best I've ever had so one must endure. I had the filet with peppercorn and our shared sides and apps sampled were crab cakes, mashed potatoes, double baked potatoes, and brussel sprouts. All stellar. We all split the famous macadamia nut turtle pie which easily served 8 people. Amazing meal but would be nice to throw a little estrogen in with the testosterone overload. Service was unparalleled as well. Thank you for a memorable evening.
