They quickly rearranged tables and made sure that everyone in our party could sit comfortably. The effort and teamwork it took to make that happen did not go unnoticed, and we truly appreciated it. Our servers were attentive throughout the entire evening, checking in on us regularly, making sure drinks were always filled, and ensuring everyone had what they needed. Despite how busy it was and how large our group was, they managed to keep everything organized and efficient. Food came out quickly, orders were correct, and everything was served with a positive attitude and a smile. What really stood out was the patience and professionalism of the staff. Large parties can sometimes feel overwhelming, but they made us feel welcomed instead of like an inconvenience. After a fantastic Dodger victory last night, we were thrilled to grab a late-night meal at Dennys in Montebello off Wilcox-Via Campo before our hour ride home which was conveniently located off the 60 Freeway. I just have to gush about the incredible service we received at midnight. Our server, Mariah, was an absolute gem. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, taking care of us with a smile throughout our entire meal. Mariah was so accommodating and friendly, it truly made our night. Not only was she great at her job, but she also radiated youthfulness and beauty, all while keeping a positive attitude during those late hours. When it came time to pay, I knew Mariah deserved more than just a 20% tip. I made sure to show my appreciation for her exceptional work ethic. I came back to this Denny's location after receiving great and quick service. As is at any Denny's location, the food was great, but what puts Montebello on top of other locations is their service. We arrived at peak brunch time around 11 am. My family got sat down pretty quickly with server Michelle. Given that it was busy, we didn't expect too much one-on-one patience and service like other restaurants, but Denny's Montebello continues to surprise me. This place had everyone running around like a well-oiled machine serving guests. Despite the hectic atmosphere, Michelle took time to answer questions about our meals as well as check up on us for any other requests. However, towards the end, I was unexpectedly handed a card and asked to scan it to leave a Yelp review. A few minutes later, the server came back to check if I had written the review and even asked if I had given them five stars. Delicious food and THE CUSTOMER SERVICE was even better! My mom and i were honestly blown away by how great the service was. We came in at 9am on a Friday morning. The place was packed!! And still they managed to sit everyone right away. The whole time i ate no one waited too long. Our waitress Carmen was quick to take care of us, she was so good at being attentive to us from the minute we walked in until we left. She was great with the kids and the food was a quick turn around. We did not wait for along time for our food and the food was great.
