No carhop service today ; ) Atmosphere 5/5 Love this location. Fairly new restaurant that is well maintained and always clean. There is great nostalgia on the walls throughout. A large wall-sized photo of a gorgeous neighborhood with abutting the mountains is a really nice piece. Service 5/5 Today my server was Mallesa C who greeted and escorted me to the table. The Resturant wasn't busy so Mallesa and I enjoyed a little chat. Friendly and welcoming, kept my iced tea topped and checked in frequently. I almost had my section to myself; very peaceful. Food 5/5 I've been a bad lately and decided I needed to reintroduce some healthy picks when I'm eating out, I choose from their skillet options, selecting the Bourbon Chicken and vegetable skillet. It was delivered to the table with a hot sizzle going on! Absolutely loved the flavors and will get this again if I'm not having breakfast. $30 w/tip. We have always had a great experience at this dennys! This location is nice new and clean with that consistent classic touch all Dennys have. We hope it stays around because we need more quality restaurants in eastmark. While dennys isn't anything fancy, they always get our orders right, the food is fresh to order and it's never slow service! Even takeout has been amazing and we are always left satisfied and thankful to have dennys so close by! read more

In the mood for an old fashioned Grand slam breakfast. This newer Denny's is getting good reviews. Good news first... nice new, clean &.fresh restaurant. Booths shiny, place bright and welcoming. Waitress was friendly and efficient. Food came up in a short time and looked good. Wife had original Grand slam, I had the Lumberman. The not great part was the food quality. We agreed the pancakes were fine. Eggs okay. Problem was with the low quality meats. Sausage links were small, mediocre. Bacon strips were chewy, not crisp and delicious. My ham was a slab of processed deli type, from a loaf. Hash browns were almost, but not quite cooked. Not crisp. With tip, this meal came to almost $50 bucks. We might return for just pancakes or French toast. Disappointed! read more

I just went tonight around 6:30, and there was great service. Interesting though, there was a robot who had the food and the server was next to it (useful for making sure the food doesn't slip and fall!) The ambience is modern mixed with that classic feel, showing pictures and artwork of Arizona and parts of Mesa. My pancakes were great, and I ordered hash browns, which was also good. My only issue was my friend ordered a burger, which he enjoyed, but looked raw. Good job, Dennys! This was great tonight as I have not been to a Dennys in a few years, and that was in California. Food- French fry grease on the fries tasted old or dirty. Hamburger not tasty. Iced tea not good. Bathroom not clean.

We visited Denny's this morning with a group of six adults and two children. The restaurant was completely empty--not a single other customer. After waiting a few minutes at the front, we informed the server of our party size, and she told us we would have to be split up because they apparently can't put two tables together. A bit odd, but fine--we could manage. However, things got more frustrating when she brought over the high chair. Instead of placing it at the end of the table (which any parent knows is the best spot to keep little hands from grabbing everything in reach), she removed a chair and placed it right in the middle of the table. When we asked to move it to the end, we were told we weren't allowed to do that--because of the "robots." At that point, we decided to leave. If your restaurant is empty, but you're turning away customers because your "robots" can't accommodate simple seating requests, I have to wonder--are they really improving customer service? Because from where I'm standing, they're just costing you business. Is the ROI on these robots really worth it when they're preventing you from seating customers comfortably? Safe to say, we won't be back read more

I wish I could leave a good review, but this interaction left a bad taste in my mouth. I'll get straight to the point. We paid for 2 meals for delivery. One item was missing - my hashbrowns. My husband called to let them know. The woman who answered the phone asked if he wanted to come pick them up. Of course we didn't - we paid for delivery and tipped the driver. She sent him to the manager. He was not only rude, but condescending. He did not apologize or offer to make it right. (What I was expecting: Hey, next time you come in, let your server know and we will credit you for that item.) Instead, he wanted to 'argue' that we did not order hash browns and that they don't come with our meal. So disappointing. My husband told him to have a good day because he did not want his food to get cold. When managers don't lead with great customer service, they lose my business... especially when he was INCORRECT. No apology and they forgot our cutlery. Do better Denny's. Its okay to be wrong, when you own it and apologize. read more
