Slow service during shift change. Manager had to fix it. Food is fine though. Server bussed 20 min rather than serve us.

What a cool place. They definitely embrace Route 66…read more We came in for dinner, and absolutely loved the place. It has a large diner style menu of breakfast, lunch and dinner but the inside has the theme more of a malt shop, than a diner. Really cool. Lots and lots of neat stuff, both in and outside of the restaurant. We both had the blue moon, burger, with blue cheese and mushrooms, and a cherry Coke. Not the kind of cherry Coke you would get in the store, a Coke with real cherry syrup like you used to be able to get. It was very good. The burger was juicy, the blue cheese had a nice "funk" to it, and the mushrooms played off of it very well. The veggies were also very fresh. The fries were your standard diner, fries, nothing fancy, but also very good. The prices were reasonable for what we got. There is a gift shop, and it is separate from the restaurant, but they have lots of good stuff. We were very happy with our meal. Thank you.

The food didn't disappoint either, everything was tasty and the portions were huge. My favorite part was definitely the root beer. The restaurant was pretty busy, so there was a bit of a wait, but it wasn't too long. Overall, such a fun stop for the atmosphere, big portions, and classic diner feeling.

Ca in n Out to me is fine. But to me the are often raw. I went to try Culver's for a soft serve. I was actually shocked at the crow inside and out and the huge staff. The menu interested me. Fried cod and fried shrimp. I decided to try the shrimp. Oh my gosh delish!! I took a lick of my chocolate cone... oh my gosh toooo good! Give it a try

Wow! I don't know where to start this one! First of all, I am so happy to have a Culvers here! I…read morealways wait patiently for lent season, since that means one thing on the menu "Walleye" I am Catholic, and observe Fridays as no meat days, through the year. So that means it fish Fridays for me! Well after calling the store yesterday, their beloved Walleye arrived for the lent season. Needles to say, I planned my day around getting a Walleye dinner. In the past it has always been exceptional. Cooked perfectly and delicious. Well, that was not the case this time. I ordered the 3 piece Walleye dinner, so I make it a 2 day meal. First red Flagg, was the increase in price. It really jumped, but I wanted my Walleye. I wait all year long for this, and I bit the bullet and took it home for a feast. I live 20 miles out of town, so I put the pedal to the medal, so it would still be hot. Well, when I opened it up, There were 3 pieces of fish. One large on and 2 very small ones. I guess I should have gotten the 2 piece dinner instead. Being a senior citizen of a very fixed income, that will be the last time I would order the 3 piece dinner. I will stick with the 2 piece or just have the sandwich. The other issue was how it was cooked. It was very greasy, and the filets themselves were not really as thick as they use to be! My question is, did the tariffs have something to due with the huge price increase, and the smaller portions. I believe Culvers gets Walleye from Canada. We see on the internet all the time about fast food chains increasing prices and cutting portion size. I am not giving up on my beloved Walleye. The next time I order a Walleye dinner, I will open it up before I leave. I don't want to be shocked again!!! Please watch the grease, that was never there before. .

I love chicken fried steak so I ordered it à la carte with extra extra gravy. It was perfect and so delicious I was suddenly hungry after my first bite. I've thought about the hash brown casserole for years and looked forward to satisfying my hunger for the potato casserole. I was extremely disappointed when I saw the "casserole" come to the table. Shredded potatoes?? What the heck? The waitress confirmed the recipe had changed. They were dry and unappealing. The waitress saw the displeasure on my face and asked several times if I wanted to replace them. I declined. I was really looking forward to the potato casserole. The restaurant ambience was as remembered and the staff were all very nice and friendly. My son enjoyed his food as he had the 4 piece fried chicken dinner with three sides. Note the sides are much smaller as I remembered them to be. Mac n cheese was good but not the same. I guess costs and overhead are cutting into food quality. Sadly I won't be returning to any Cracker Barrel in any state, unless the original casserole recipe is brought back. But I'm one person and don't think the casserole will return.
