Ordered byo slam 4 items. Confirmed with wait help Wendy who appeared to be check out that items were included, she said yes. The bill came and was charged for the 4th item that Wendy said was covered. She said I'll take it to the manager. The manager came over tall, sweaty looking with a red face, screaming, yelling pointing at the menu telling us the ham costs him to much money and that we have to pay for the ham. Another employee came out and screamed across the room "awkward". The manager appeared to be on drugs or drug, face was the color of a red beat. Dennys needs to drug test the manager and staff at this Dennys. Manager refused to do the right thing and simply state that he will comp the .99 cents and retrain the wait help Wendy. Manager acted with aggression and clearly lacks emotional intelligence. After patroning this Denny's for some time and always giving the waitresses 25% tip, we will no longer be visiting this Denny's. Basically wait help Wendy W is ruining tips for other waitresses. The manager should have simply comped .99 and offered to retrain Wendy. Manager lacks emotional intelligence, work ethic and clearly is not a leader and does not know how to lead a team. His actions are a lack of respect for Denny's, the staff, customer, and most importantly displaced a lack of respect for himself. Denny needs to either demote the manager to cleaning dishes were he can learn and display work ethic which will build his character and build emotional intelligence; or better yet Dennys simply needs to fire the manager due to creating a very hostile, threatening environment for customers and staff. read more

I just visited Denny's and, as always, had an amazing experience. The morning team is fantastic! Today, our server, Rachel, was exceptional. She is kind, courteous, and efficient. Even when she isn't directly serving us, she's always busy--clearing tables, refilling coffee, and helping wherever needed. The RM Manager, Eric, also went above and beyond by serving coffee to customers who needed refills, showing what a wonderful team you have. Rachel's dedication and work ethic clearly reflect why she has been a server at Denny's for 10 years. She is truly a gem and a shining example of excellent service. Denny's, don't ever lose them! Talented, caring, and hardworking employees like Rachel make all the difference. I wanted both Rachel and Denny's to know that her hard work and care for customers do not go unnoticed. I was fortunate enough to get a Great server... Her name was Dani. She was quick with the Ordering Process, got me my coffee extremely quickly, and was an excellent server keeping my coffee fresh, And food served quickly. Before I left, I made sure what shift she worked so that I can keep getting the Great service I got tonight. She was very courteous and came to the table the perfect amount of times. I mentioned to the Manger, that I was going to start going to that Denny's during her shift as she did a great Job. I recommend Dani too all. Got to say some of the best food !!! I have had in a long time .. had a burger with a salad and got to say was super good food.!!! And to top it off had the sweetest redhead lady name Michelle help us out.. got to say from the start she was on her game !! Has wounderful service, very clean and welcoming and fast service!
