Our server was super friendly and attentive, wish I could remember her name. We got into Kingman around 8pm and even though we had several options to choose from, we all felt like comfort food and Denny's did not disappoint. I was super hungry I didn't even take pics of anybody else's food but I can tell you I was so happy with my ultimate omelette. And no, my hash browns are not burnt, I specifically asked for extra crispy hash browns and that's what I got! Was able to order pancakes instead of toast so that was a special treat. read more

It is so nice to go into a restaurant and be greeted with a smile and not only have one server but to come and greet you I want to thank Rachel and the rest of the staff at Denny's in Kingman not only was a service wonderful the food was great Salad was fresh. Service was awful and we won't ever eat here again! Due to how hateful and mean our server was, I was kind of scared to say anything about our food. We were worn out from a VERY stressful trip and honestly had never had issues at this Denny's before, so it took us both by surprise. I got up to grab a napkin because there was something wet all over our table and the waitress yelled at me so loudly to not touch anything on the counter, that all the other customers stopped what they were doing and watched. When I explained that I was only grabbing some napkins for the table, she just got louder. I still grabbed the napkins because whatever it was, was also all over ME! Anyways, we will avoid Denny's forever and that's sad because it used to be somewhere our late son and I would frequent. Do better Denny's. read more

Giving it a 3 star because the server was very nice and happy. The breakfast was breakfast. No big deal. The booth seat was torn and it was not a small tear. Then, with no sound on ( close captions) they had Fox News on the TV. There are over 7m people who don't watch Fox but being in Kingman Arizona it's almost expected. Greatly disappointed, I have been to many many Denny's in the past and typically the food was fine. The Benny breakfast was luke warm, the single poached egg was probably the best out of all of it. Tried to order Salmon, No Salmon, then Cheesecake, No Cheesecake. Finally the Panookie that is supposed to have molten chocolate in the middle of a chocolate chip cookie and 2 different panookies and both FROZEN square of chocolate, then found out all they do is Microwave a frozen pre made thing and throw it on a sizzling hot plate with ice cream and salted caramel. Unless your old and white, then don't bother stopping by. The heavier server that works there saw us come in first but decided she was going to sit the white couple that came in after us. We waited at the table and never got greeted so ultimately we ended up leaving. The white couple that sat after us however did get their drinks and greeted. Our family has been to a lot of Denny's, it's one of our favorite places to go out for dinner all together. This location was so clean and the staff was wonderful. Trucker Approved* Ate lunch here today and very glad I got here to meet the deadline for the grits (ends at 2pm). I wanted grits and didn't even know if they served them but wanted pancakes too and I knew they served that. Food was good. It's Denny's. Been to one, been to all (I guess). However, here the service stood out. From the time we arrived to the time we signed out, everyone was friendly (genuinely friendly) and attentive. I didn't catch everyone's name but the Hostess with the short hair, The waitress who wore the black shirt, Geena the waitress, the waitress who took her spot and Marckus the chef; were each in there own right Outstanding. This is so important to us truck drivers since we are alone so often. It's so nice to receive friendly faces, attentiveness and even hugs. Yes my co-driver received a friendly hug. This Denny's is inside the gas station on the side. Stopped here on the way to LAs Vegas for a quick lunch and rest. Placed a to go order for a club sandwich and hamburger. The staff was friendly and the food was ready pretty quick. My hamburger was surprisingly good and my girlfriend liked her turkey club. It's not the best food in the world, but you shouldn't be expecting that from a Denny's. For what it is I think it's great and the service was excellent. read more

Worst experience ever first of all these doing construction during peak hrs , Second my husband placed a special order as he is allergic to tomatoes and removed the cheese when food came he had cheese in sandwich and tomatoes seeds on the lettece which means tomatoes were placed on sandwich and then removed and sandwich was still send out , manager came over and apologized and comped my husband's meal waitress came over and apologized and said she reprinted the ticket which showed his order the way he wanted it so it wasn't the waitresses fault it was The Cook's fault but if you're going to place an item on someone's food that they're allergic to and then remove it you should automatically remake the order instead of sending it out something serious could have happened they need to have a more cautious cook read more

Their ok, but slow as hell. Stopped in on my way to Cali as I'm an over the road driver, was hoping for a counter but no. At least with a counter good chance you get waited on fairly fast, they don't have any concept of on duty drivers when time is your enemy. Other than that food was ok, order came out as I expected, toast was cold and hard like it had been sitting a while. It's in the flying j truck stop in Kingman only thing really wrong with it. They took out a bunch of parking to put a stupid shop in, you have to be pretty good about backing to be in this lot , there is a large lot just to the north of it, I'm sure it's only a matter of time before that's not gonna be a good idea anymore. Worst experience I've ever had with management. When we sat down our server was very nice and in no way do I blame her for our experience. When we received our food, I noticed a white hair in my french toast, I was just going to politely ask for it to be remade, no big deal. After further inspection I noticed many more white hairs and tons of short black ones. I was very grossed out because the more I cut the French toast the more hairs appeared. I kindly told the server my friend and I were no longer interested in eating the food as we lost our appetite. We had not eaten anything yet. Our server said she would get her manager. The server comes out and says my manager would like me to bring the plate to back to show her. Immediately the manager, Dorthy comes out extremely rude! Saying "I have looked all over there are absolutely no hairs on this plate." I shined my phone light on the plate for better lighting and showed her the multiple hairs. Dorthy responded with "oh I see." I explained I understand it was a mistake but we have lost our appetite and would just like to leave please. Dorthy very rudely said I would not have to pay for my meal however, my friend would have to pay for her meal since there was no hair in that meal. I explained to Dorthy that it was unappetizing to witness multiple hairs in food that was prepared in the same kitchen, and we would not be eating the food. Dorthy was consistently incredibly rude and offered no reasoning even though I was trying to politely explain my concerns. Dorthy stated "my cook is bald so that hair did not come from him." Eventually after Dorthy continued to argue with me, she said I will remake the food for you. Where I Once again explained, I no longer have an appetite and I did not want the food. Eventually after extremely poor experience talking to management, my friend paid for her food, $17 on something she did not touch. After looking at Dorthy closer while checking out I noticed her black shirt covered in white fur. When I asked the manager her name and she very rudely said Dorthy. I told her I would be calling corporate, and she said "good, do it." I understand mistakes happen however, the absolute no reasoning and the "manager" immediately being defensive that there was no hair in the food and offering no apologies, was a huge turn off. ordered a $78 meal for doordash delivery, asked for silverware- the entire order wasn't delivered, the restaurant wouldn't give door dash silverware. door dash delivered- it wasn't all there so they called to report and restaurant staff wouldn't do anything- said they couldn't "find the ticket or order" I called and they told me the same thing but i have the order number and ticket in hand! still waiting on hold for what? i can email or screen shot the receipt! My husband and I just moved to Kingman, AZ and we thought that we'd go to Denny's since we like their breakfast menu. The reason that I'm writing this review is twofold, we really enjoyed the breakfast and the cooks did a brilliant job of preparing the food and our server was terrific and her name is Lynn. Lynn did an outstanding job in that we loved her attitude, polite, courteous and professional and got everything that we ordered right, something we always like! My husband and I have eaten here of and on and we have always enjoyed it. Today, I ended up in town alone and eating out alone can be a bear. Not today. Sybil was my waitress and she was all the things one could want. Attentive, kind, and professional. She made this place a five star. I will always ask for her when we come back. Oh yeah.
