We left without ever being served and would have expected at least some basic acknowledgment or attention from the staff.

we visited this location on 12/28/2019 The restaurant was extremely busy however we were greeted by a gentle man name Daniel ( knew later that he was the assistant manager ) we were party of 6 and 2 friends joined later just wanted the public to know how crocked some people are ... will do anything to to get a fee meal or take advantage.As we'r we're entering there was a lady complaining about her topping on her cake .. the waitress and Daniel kept apologizing and offered to re cook her meal but her answer was because I am hispanic you all screwed up my order smh of disguised. what does this have to do with race ???? can't you just get over this Sally !!! it's getting old and because of your type it's harder for us to enjoy a decent meal . I am hispanic and I go there 4 times a month with my friends and mistakes happen sometimes but they fix it and it's a done deal ... how low you want to go to make a seen for that stinky free meal . Hi. I like this Denny's. Except when the fire department crew shows up. I'm grateful for these men and women that provide their service. But when I come for a bit of food, I'd prefer not to hear cursing from across the dining room coming from their area. But the servers are very friendly and try their best to give attention to every customer even when they are getting slammed with customers. The coffee is way better than McWhatever! Now if only they could provide ear plugs when the fire department comes in so I can enjoy my meal and not have to hear the one fireman that loudly laughs like a retarded mongoloid that just inhaled and while canister of helium. I'm new to the area, in fact - I moved 5 miles down from this restaurant. Where I'm from, there is not a denny's within 50 miles from my cabin. Anyway, I was quite pleased. I left a "to-go" order and I'm quite precise with how I like my food. I was worried when I got there, my order would not be how I requested. I paid using their new service, it was very convenient. I got their, and the hostess opened each box for me and showed me all my food before I left. Usually, I do the checking in the car but she showed me before hand!!! I was blown away. Couple friends and I went there this morning (Thursday, 3/19/2023), we had an African American server (red t-shirt), he was very rude, we had to ask for everything, no coffee refill, no napkins, we tipped 15% and not even a single word of "Thank you". I am an Asian American, not sure this guy has a problem with Asians, felt extremely unwelcomed, very poor service, and the food was below average, don't go there, it was not worth $16 per person breakfast. If you are the manager or owner of this restaurant, hope you see this review and do something about it. Avoid this place if you can, there are so many breakfast places in this area, you will find a better place with better service and foods. read more

I've been to A LOT of Denny's locations and this one is by far superior. It's clean, well run, food is delivered to the table promptly. Bathrooms are always clean and stocked, which quite frankly is important to the overall atmosphere. Staff makes you feel like a friend, even on your visit. read more

I was told don't WORRY about that it'll be on my sandwich. Boy I'm not worried. I was curious. When I say the most SOGGIEST FATTEST BACON IVE EVER HAD IN MY MOUTH Lord. This made the back of my throat wet, and gagged. Bacon looked uncooked. And to think I used my points on this. Which I had to buy one to get the points. I called back and spoke with Mr. Lloyd he was very apologetic and happy to replace my sandwich. WHICH is fair. Thank you Mr Lloyd.

The bartender sent back a mug with salt running down the side of the mug. They forgot our appetizer. So no thank you, after you delivered our soup and salad.Thought the manager was making her way to us. That was a hard no. She turned around at the booth in front of us. No, I don't want another drink. I am over it and my poor husband feels awful. Ate the two shrimp and half the steak out of courtesy. Never again.

We shared a Giant Cheesesteak and there was enough to share with someone else! And they used White American cheese just like on the East Coast.
