My husband, son and I came in for dinner tonight and it was great! Laly was our server and she did a fantastic job. The restaurant was very busy since they have recently opened, but she did great at keeping our drinks refilled and checking in to see if we needed anything. My son tried something new which was surprising, he had the brisket sandwich and he said it was really good! We signed up for the rewards club and was able to use our discount during our visit. Laly prebussed our table which is always nice to have the table cleared, but it helps with table turn around as well which will help keep wait times down during busy weekend mornings! Took my family to dinner for my nephews birthday. Hannah was very attentive to us all night. She saw we ran out of coffee and had a fresh pot made for us. The food took a little while to come out, but she was very apologetic and came to check on us the entire time. Her attitude out weighed the wait. So I thought it was just a one off event the last time I went here. As it turns out, it wasn't. The breakfast is standard and food was good. The service at this location is absolutely horrible. The first time, we waited for about an hour with tables being empty, to be seated. This time, we sat at the counter thinking it would be quicker. Well, we got to order within 10 minutes. Unfortunately, the food came out about an hour after (not exaggerating either). The waitress apologized because there is 1 kitchen open only. This is on a Friday morning. How does this happen on one of their busiest days? They were out of milk and bananas at 10am, so someone ran to Target to get both items. Whoever runs/owns this place may need to look at the process because it's just not working. By the way, the waitresses were nice and were doing their best. If you plan on using the mobile app don't bother the system is so broken, they've had me sit there waiting a few times even tho it's late at night and not too many people are there, plus I have no way of saying I'm here on the app so I had to call to say I'm there, one time I called they said I wasn't even in the system that I made a mobile order it was just regular pick up even tho I put my car into for the order when I called and on top of that I've kept trying to give this place a chance but they've gave me the wrong order multiple times and the food was just ok at best. I liked the burgers they made, but the QUARTER POUND CHEESEBURGER says it is supposed to come with veggies and cheese right...well I've only had it plain or if I was lucky enough to even get some cheese. They even got my caramel banana pancakes wrong and just gave me plain pancakes...how does that happen. My son and I went in for breakfast. The lady that seated us had zero personality - no smile at all. Took a while for a server to come take our drink order. We ordered our food at the same time but it came out several minutes apart from one another (ordered the same breakfast plate). Food was cold. Bacon wasn't cooked all the way, sausage was cold and disgusting. Eat here if you're ready to take your meal home and finish cooking it. When we went up to pay we asked for the manager and before I could even mention any of the concerns we had she just grabbed our receipt and said we were good to go. Given menus then nobody came to take order. Waited 25 minutes. Watched 2 other tables get seated and orders taken. Got up and left. I realize they're new. So first off I didn't have my hopes up, Dennys has always been a let down no matter the location also I have never written a yelp review before this experience made me do this. So everything started off well enough, seating, server greeted us, got our drinks. But then it went down hill fast, food took a long time, then when we got it, it was all cold (never had cold over easy eggs before) also they forgot the toast and so they made me a fresh batch somehow still cold. and then we didn't get everything at once and then we didn't get checked on at all afterwards my wife finished her water before the food got there and didn't get a refill till after she was done. Being a brand new location I had hoped for maybe something ok but Dennys quickly reminded me how it's always been anytime I've ever eaten at any Dennys ever piss poor everything.
