My husband, son and I came in for dinner tonight and it was great! Laly was our server and she did a fantastic job. The restaurant was very busy since they have recently opened, but she did great at keeping our drinks refilled and checking in to see if we needed anything. My son tried something new which was surprising, he had the brisket sandwich and he said it was really good! We signed up for the rewards club and was able to use our discount during our visit. Laly prebussed our table which is always nice to have the table cleared, but it helps with table turn around as well which will help keep wait times down during busy weekend mornings! Took my family to dinner for my nephews birthday. Hannah was very attentive to us all night. She saw we ran out of coffee and had a fresh pot made for us. I stop in usually once per week and a server named Bianca is my go to server. She's always aware of customer needs and fulfills requests promptly. So I thought it was just a one off event the last time I went here. As it turns out, it wasn't. The breakfast is standard and food was good. The service at this location is absolutely horrible. The first time, we waited for about an hour with tables being empty, to be seated. This time, we sat at the counter thinking it would be quicker. Well, we got to order within 10 minutes. Unfortunately, the food came out about an hour after (not exaggerating either). The waitress apologized because there is 1 kitchen open only. This is on a Friday morning. How does this happen on one of their busiest days? They were out of milk and bananas at 10am, so someone ran to Target to get both items. Whoever runs/owns this place may need to look at the process because it's just not working. By the way, the waitresses were nice and were doing their best. My son and I went in for breakfast. The lady that seated us had zero personality - no smile at all. Took a while for a server to come take our drink order. We ordered our food at the same time but it came out several minutes apart from one another (ordered the same breakfast plate). Food was cold. Bacon wasn't cooked all the way, sausage was cold and disgusting. Eat here if you're ready to take your meal home and finish cooking it. When we went up to pay we asked for the manager and before I could even mention any of the concerns we had she just grabbed our receipt and said we were good to go. I believe the girls who helped me was Jaylean and Kailyn/Kaitlyn, sorry for forgetting the names but yall served down mamas 10/10.
