I've been here three times, eaten here once. During my first visit, I was seated, but then no one came to my table for a long time, so I left. Today, my wife, granddaughter and I were waiting to be seated for more than 5 minutes. There were people in the kitchen and they looked at us, but no one so much as said "Hello". I finally asked another diner if they were being served and they said the kitchen wasn't open yet because of a power outage. The other time my son and I came here. Fairly typical Denny's experience. We'll chose another place to eat from now on. read more

The entire staff was so welcoming, and the atmosphere felt light, happy, and full of good energy. Our server was amazing ! attentive, friendly, and even helped us sign up for the rewards program so we could enjoy free 1/2 nachos (which were delicious!). The food came out fresh and clearly made with care , whoever was in the kitchen deserves a shoutout! We visited around 9:30 a.m., and I ordered the Everyday Value Slam with biscuits and gravy, solid 9/10! It was the perfect start to our day. Also, the peppermint mocha cold brew was such a festive touch. Truly a wonderful visit :) thank you to the whole team for making our morning so great! read more

I was so unimpressed with the food and the service (manager). I sent a sandwich back 3 Times, the 3rd time I got it to go. I get home and sandwhich is still wrong. Manager said come back in and she would make it right. After 3 wrong sandwiches she charged mee for a 4th sandwhich which I shouldn't have to pay for I was charged $20.00 for it. I am so appalled by this treatment. I may never go back and will not recommend this restaurant to anyone. read more

Kaylie To SAVE THE DAY! I swear the waitress did not listen although I told her my order 3 times! My steak came out rare and no real eggs used in my omelet. For some reason the waitress "Kaitlyn" must have known she had it wrong because when a different waitress "Kaylie" she knew right away it was wrong by the look on my face. She was so pleasant took the food back and made it right hot and fresh. Took the tip from 0 to HERO real quick! There were literally 3 other tables in the entire restaurant. Yes nice and clean but make the kids listen instead of trying to rush so they can get back to TikTok on their phones behind the counter. read more

Had lunch with my granddaughter today. Had the absolute worst experience. Waited 15 minutes to be seated. Waited for our waitress Arianna for 25 minutes and still didn't come. Found another waitress Janelle, we weren't allowed n her section however she took our order. Still never saw Arianna. Ate. Went up to pay. Manager was never on the floor the whole time. Thank you for Janelle. Or we would never have gotten our order and my granddaughter was hungry. Customer service goes along way. And this location does not practice good customer service. read more

Great service! Kids eat free after 4 pm everyday! The food was good and kids loved there shakes. Facility is very clean and in a great area!

Service was prompt and courteous! Tables were ready and the place wasn't overcrowded. The prices were decent. The menu did not have a lot of variety. I opted for a side of eggs that was included with my meal. I asked for cheese on top of my eggs and the request was granted- no problem. The cream cheese French toast meal with strawberries was very delicious and filling. The meal was more than enough. The sides could have been a meal by themself. Average price, $15. I'd go here if I'm not wanting an egg bowl. But everything else here seems fair game if it's French toast, pancakes, anything with carbs. read more

Dana was excellent during our last two visits at the Dysart location. Very prompt and courteous.

We came here for dinner one night and were seated right away. We got our menus, decided on what we were all getting, and waited patiently for our waitress to come back. We kept looking her way and she was just standing at another booth talking to her coworker who was taking a break. We waited for about 15 mins and she did not even look back once. After another 5 minutes, I told my family to get up and walk out. For a new establishment trying to win customers, they did not do a great job. Hopefully they turn it around and get staff that actually care about giving good service and don't act like customers are bothering them. read more

Tried this new location because it's closer to our home. Clean and a newer facility. Got seated pretty much immediately. Our waitress, Victoria, was a nice and pleasant young lady, well trained and experienced. She does it all hostess, clean tables and wait on tables! Remembered our drinks and other customers without writing them down! The wait for our meal was about 15+ minutes. I forgot to take a picture of our breakfast but I had the new Delicious Sweet and Smoky BLT & E. My husband had the Lumberjack Slam. New cook in training!!! Eat at your own risk... My skillet was so messed up the waitress had said it would be free. My husband ordered the bourbon chicken skillet and it was so raw that when I showed the waitress she said, "what the f*ck!!" and took our plate. I tried to speak with a manager and was told that she was just a glorified babysitter. So if my husband gets sick do we fill out a report and she said to call tomorrow and tell a manager. Ambiance was OK Service, terrible! We got there at 11:45 and my wife and I ordered coffee and we asked for spoons! Ten minutes went by before I kindly asked a busboy for some silverware! One minute or so the server that forgot about us apologetically gives us a set up! Coffee is ice cold! Food; We both ordered grand slams, but both our meals and toast were ice cold! We didn't make a fuss (because our granddaughter made time to meet us ant turkey sandwich was ok) but my wife ate her pancakes because the eggs were inedible! This was a bad experience! read more

My husband and I went to a late breakfast this morning around 11am. We waited about 20-25 mins for a table for two. They were busy but it seemed like they were well staffed and things were moving along nicely. Our server was Michelle and she was not only very nice but she was a very attentive server. We had a great experience. Food came out quickly and exactly as we ordered it. My husband likes to make adjustments to his food and a lot of restaurants will mess something up. It's Denny's some of it sounds good some of it bad I always enjoy my burger here though although ticket time sucks

Me and my husband decided to try this location out tonight. We ordered a T-bone steak, and a chicken bacon sandwich. The t-bone was extremely thin, the sides were cold, and the garlic bread took me to eat my entire meal before it was even out. I get that the restaurant is new, however it was so slow that there should have been no excuse for it to take as long as it did. The service was meh, the restaurant was slow so the ambiance was thrown off. Overall I will not be coming back here. read more

Came here after it opened. Got freezing cold food and they were out of items. Server never came to check on us and we had to literally wave down other workers for help. And they were annoyed to help us. Tried to come another time. Again out of several items and server was not attentive. Ended up with stomach pains for the next day and a half after my breakfast here. Went into the new restaurant here in Goodyear on 12/18/24. Service was pretty good, would have been better I'm sure if it weren't for new staff as there were four or more servers and a couple appeared unsure of themselves. However, servers were polite and attentive as needed, would have scored higher if I knew there would be faster service after more training. My hubby, son and I love to sit at the bar counter when we go. The wait staff is always so friendly. I always see the manager helping with orders, and the food is always on point. So glad we have one close to us now. The place is always clean, extremely busy on Sunday mornings so we like to go on Saturday mornings. read more
