We had not been at this Dennys in over two years because of the pandemic and we are in no hurry to go back. My daughter tried to order a grilled chicken and they were out so she tried the turkey dinner. The turkey was awful. She was given three thick slices that were fried on the grill and tasted like sausage. The mashed potatoes were like a rock. The corn was some awful off white color and looked like they were about a month old and tasted bad. Hard to believe they charge 15.99 for this mess. All the prices now seem out of sight. Even a Grand Slam now costs more than 11 dollars. Not going back read more

AWFUL FOOD AND SERVICE..my husband and I were there the night of April 21. There was one cook and one server. I felt sorry for them both. It was so bad guests just left because they were sitting so long without being served or order being taken. Dining room wasn't clean...old food on floor. I would never recommend this place. The waitress said the manager walked out that night and just left her and the cook. She called the general mgr but that was of no help. Even the strippers that came in between breaks at the local strip club left because of poor service. The waitress did all she could to make it a tolerable experience for the customers who stayed. If i could rate her alone she would get 5 stars!! My advice to Dennys..care about your employees!! read more

worst service i've ever had if i could give it 0 stars i would. we order, and about 30 mins later we see our server give multiple people whom had came in after us, their food. an hour into our wait a DIFFERENT waitress ASKED us if our waitress dropped our food. she didn't even have the respect to tell us they had to remake it. they were extremely rude. paid $27.63 to literally eat the bacon as all of it was terrible but i at LEAST have the RESPECT to pay the bill!!!! read more

The cook was playing loud music on his phone & flipping through his phone & oldies played on the speakers above at the SAME TIME. It would have been OK to hear just the cooks music or to just hear the Denny's station they had on the speakers above, but to have to listen to BOTH at the same time was ridiculous. Please turn one off. We decided not to eat here because the cook was so busy finding the perfect loud music on his phone that we doubted the food would be decent. I simply can not handle listening to two different songs at the same time. We got our nachos to go. They were dog food quality, canned meat, canned tomatoes and sour cream. The server was polite. I feel bad for her. We might have stayed if it wasn't for the obnoxious music issue. Pick ONE station. We are at Steak 'n Shake now. They're playing ONE station on the above speakers. We don't have to listen to the cooks music at the same time. read more

We enjoyed the prompt service! The food was delicious and the staff was very nice! We would definitely recommend and will be back soon.

To start....I have worked in this industry in the past. So here we are. Horrible counter service. Server pointing at people and asking what they are drinking. No refill offered on coffee or checking in to see what else we may or may not need. We are sitting at the counter! It's too easy. Printed receipt and placed in front of me after we ordered food. Manager has no control. Front checkout person has a line out the door and puttimg people on a list when there are so many open tables. Seems to be enough staff but nothing is organized. One woman manager yelling at staff behind counter. Thinking of getting up and leaving right now. Can not wait to get out of here and definitely will NOT return. Such a disgrace. And to finish this review: our food sat at the pass for over 12 minutes. If I could leave zero stars, I would. read more

If I could give it NO stars, I would. Disappointed with everything. We weren't greeted, the workers looked grumpy. When we were finally seated, it took a while to get our drinks or orders, while others around us, people who came after us, got theirs first. Our drinks were ordered, water and coffee for me and the cup was stained, like it hadn't been rinsed. When our food came, we weren't given utensils. We asked the waiter multiple times and he said he'll get to us. I finally got up and went to the bar and asked for utensils. The heavy set lady up there had an attitude and said she'll get it once it's wrapped. They didn't have any ready. So we sat there until we finally were given utensils...and they weren't clean!! I had to ask for another set! Extremely disappointed because Denny's is one of my favorite spots to eat breakfast! read more

had breakfast this morning before leaving cocoa beach for orlando with a total of 6 people. the host was rude and not pleasant at all. please and thank you doesn't hurt to say when your guests enter and leave. the place had a horrible smell like the cleaning supplies used is only stale water. the rug needs to be replaced ASAP. i gave two stars because the only positive note i can say is that my server was pleasant and the food was surprisingly good. But this Denny's need training in maintenance, hospitality and cleanliness. read more

Lady servicing us was of oriental descent I complained that I didn't like that my option for orange juice in size was large she shrugged her shoulders and said I don't know I just work here . One of the worst responses you. Could give a paying customer. When I just respond that it was not a good response to my complaint. She added I will not lie. Told her your response should be I convey your concern to my manager. Again shrugged her shoulder this means she doesn't care. read more

Wow!!!!! This place was so stinky as soon as we walked in. It smelled like dirty dish towels. Very unkempt and food caked underneath the condiment holder. We didn't even stay to eat. Went down the street to another breakfast place and glad we did! Gives Denny's bad name! read more

Walked in here with some friends hoping to get a good meal but as soon as we entered the premises, we were disgusted. A stench came in hitting our faces, the floors were filled with trash and the carpet itself looked like it had a layer of filth covering over it. We left. Very disappointing. read more

DO NOT EAT HERE. It smells like URINE and Puke as soon as you walk through the door. The whole restaurant smells like this. Do not go here!

I will start off by saying I am only giving this a 1 star due to the friendly staff. We came here out of convenience as we were walking. The food was ok. However the waiting not only to be seated but to pay your bill is unacceptable. On our visit the Manager on duty was just talking and moving a few chairs. Seriously help your staff with seating patrons and handling the register. Now we understand the low reviews. First thing to change, start at the top. Change management get a good manager and lead by example. read more

I really don't understand the other bad reviews on here. I've been here twice now, and both times were excellent!!! :-)! We had 2 different servers too - both good and kind and quick service. I just wanted to share that I really like this Denny's :-). And I'm very impressed with all the yummy options! I'll have to go many more times so I can try them all :). read more

We were shocked that this Denny's was so empty after all the restaurants nearby were packed after going in we realized why. The hostess Tammy clearly eyes wide open and seemed agitated was unable to handle the few guests that were there when she saw that we had a baby she did everything she could to avoid us. She passed by us several times clearly discriminating against babies. After politely asking her why she refuses to see this she said okay have a nice day. read more

so not worth it... I went here for breakfast on a Sunday morning and ended up waiting 20 minutes for a table and 45 minutes for our food after we sat down. The food was mediocre and totally not worth the price. I will never go back here. read more

What can you possible write about a Denny's? Food was ok, they did not have the pancake special I have had at other locations(Where you pick your mix in and topping). Not sure if the promo is over or this location did not have it. Water had an aftertaste and so did the soda drinks. Place was not as clean as it should be and service was poor. A waitress from another table kept screaming at the kitchen to make sausage or something like that(forgot sorry). Until I guess they finally made it and then she came back and yelled that they did not want it anymore. The fact that other diners had to hear that exchange was trashy. Our food was drenched in grease/oil. I ordered egg whites and even they were drenched in grease. If we had a car, we'd be over at the Waffle House (best coffee in the US), but alas we stayed at the Hilton and this was the only place within walking distance. read more

I want to start by saying that I typically love Denny's but this particular location needs help. We had a nice waitress but the food took way to long! Very disappointed read more

A lot of restaurants have a slight mildew smell..... but holy cow the smell in this place nearly knocks you over. Staff was nice and food was basic Denny's food. But they need need rip the carpet out and clean this place. read more

It is difficult giving this restaurant one star. In my volunteer work, I have seen homeless shelters cleaner. Arriving early in the morning, the bathroom was so dirty I was afraid I was going to catch a disease. Garbage all over the floor. There was no toilet paper and I used a paper towel from a roll nearby. The rest of the place was equally dirty and I was afraid of ordering tainted food. I left quickly and had nothing else but my coffee. read more

NO STARS * One star is way to good for this place. They give a new definition to the words "slow and service". Waited a long time for service, then a long long time for food, "two hamburgers and frys". There were about 4 wait staff, 4 people working in the kitchen and about 12 customers. Then after the wait they brought the wrong food. Said they were out of what we ordered. NEVER AGAIN DENNYS There wasn't a happy person on the whole place. A REAL DOWNER read more

Well, hey, it's Denny's! I don't think they did so bad. Wait time was long, but tje kitchen guys were having a tiff! SMH. But my server, Robin, got them in order! She was just a down to earth, keep it honest, smiling waitress. Loved her Sweet & Sassy personality! read more

Place is out of things they offer. Terrible management. Needs new manager to be on top of running a business

This location was terrible. We were greeted by unfriendly staff and a long wait. Once seated we ordered immediately but it took 15 minutes to even get drinks. Our server was inattentive and unapologetic. We were missing basic things like straws and silverware. Once we did get our food after about 45 minutes it was luke warm, undercooked and disappointing. This is probably the worst dining experience I've ever had. read more

The place smelled like human uren the service was very long even when hardly anybody was in the restaurant it was unbearable I had to put my face in my sweatshirt to muff out the smell even when the food arrived it wasn't good compared to other Denny's I've appeared at the bacon was burnt the pancakes were tolerable but if you're ever in the cocoa beach area I recommend avoiding this place read more

Awesome breakfast! My boyfriend and I had the moons over my hammy and the grand slamwich both where amazing! The hash browns where crispy on top and soft in the middle. Both of our plates looked like they just came straight from a food photo shoot lol. The gentleman that made our food was new but kudos to him because our breakfast was amazing. Our waitress was extremely nice and attentive. Will definitely go back! read more

I would give this 0 stars if I could. The restaurant itself is very out of date as compared to other Denny's. However that alone would've been manageable. Our server forgot to put in one of our person's orders, messed up two others, and didn't refill drinks the entire time until reminded multiple times. Even when the food did come, it wasn't great. We typically love Denny's but this one should be shut down. Absolutely terrible read more

Sat at the bar and the waiter mentioned how he was used to working at fine dining restaurants and therefore couldn't serve me the nasty iceberg lettuce which came with the garden salad and asked if I would be ok with the romaine. Score one for Denny's! Shortly after I saw him and the cook out front smoking. Whoops, Denny's is Denny's after all. Salad, Quesadilla and six Shrimp came to 6 bucks. Who can beat that pricing? Especially at 11 pm on a weeknight. Not much more to say. I'll be eating there again. read more

Waitress was awesome and was bringing us pitchers of water that were greatly need Neoral 5 sunburnt girls. I ordered the veggies breakfast skillet and it was not the best. I was starving so I ate the whole thing but it was very greasy and not evenly cooked. Only reason this place gets 3 stars is because the waitress was so nice. read more

Nasty dirty, dirt running down stainless steel refrigerator, smells bad! I walked out before getting food did not trust them to feed me. Waitresses standing around gabbing instead of cleaning. Manager needs replaced read more

I Rate this dennys on a dennys scale. So from one to five stars I give this place a three. I have been to better dennys but I have also been to worse. . The best thing about this dennys is its alot less busy than other breakfast or diners in cocoa beach. On a funny note this dennys was once closed from 10 pm to 6 am for about a year. Was a very slow dennys and could not get people to come all the way to the beach just to sit all night. Funny. Dennys is dennys and this one is ok. read more

If your looking for dinner and a show, look no further than Jerry Springer's restaurant... I mean Denny's. From the waitresses fighting and arguing with each other then the manager, I was entertained. Had to ask for silverware three times, before the girl came back and told us she had to go out back and roll it... finally after they found out the manager was not the father(sorry that's Maury not Jerry Springer) we were paying and the waitress checking us out was extremely rude slamming the check on the counter, mind you I had my hand out for her to put it in. Was a hot mess from beginning to end. Seriously, avoid this place like the plague, I ordered boneless wings came out 10 minutes before my wife's and daughters food...were luke warm. Daughter's "premium chicken tenders" looked like they sat in the hot grease for 10 years. Wife's cali club actually was good. read more

Looking for good breakfast? Stay away from this Danny's. Food was good but they were piling everyone into one little section, making people wait while there were 15 tables open. Hostess didn't even know what tables she could use. Loud environment and long wait for some pancakes and small omelette. read more

The worst smell ever. Smells like stinky FEET Glad the service was sooo bad that after waitress brought our drinks she said she will be back in 5 mins. Lucky us. Gave us time to scoot out. Never to return!!!! read more

I try to lead with a positive in my reviews, so I'll say, it's easy to find and there's enough parking but I can see why this location only has a 1.5 average review rating. The food was bad, the cashier had a terrible attitude and they're either understaffed or can't handle less than full seating on a weekday. I'm generously giving it 2 stars because they offer free Grand Slams on Veterans Day if you have your ID. read more

I feel bad for the staff as they seem to be undermanned. Our waitress was also the busboy and cashier. I've never been to a dirtier Denny's. The floor was so slippery that I had to tiptoe to the bathroom only to find it was disgusting too. Now I know why there is always parking here. The locals know better. read more

Wow this is easily the worst Denny's I've ever been to. I came here on vacation and I honestly feel like everyone here should be fired. It took an hour.... AN HOUR to get an omelette that I ordered online. Then I was asked if "I still want my English muffin" cause it was gonna be a while more. I watched so many burned pancakes come out of the kitchen. Seriously it was the worst experience at a Denny's I've ever had. read more

We've been here for breakfast and diner. For breakfast we had french toast, eggs (sunny side up) and bacon. All was good, french toast was a little to much butter but it was still good.
